7. Quality Control Measures

7.1 The people who are engaged in doing test must have enterprise, consciousness of responsibility and relevant work certificates, and perform their position duties with due diligence. It is necessary for them to study and digest drawings and relevant documents as soon as possible. If any problem is found, it is necessary to raise it in time. Further, being explicit with the work scope and test items is indispensable.

7.2 Testing personnel must comply with all valid regulations, specifications, provisions, standards, and methods issued by nation and accepted by industry.

7.3 Testing personnel must be familiar with the operation and performance of testing equipment, instrument and apparatus. And guarantee they are in good working conditions.

7.4 Testing personnel must make original records with discreetness and secure the authenticity and reliability of test data without leave-out and mistake, so that the data can serve as proof for investigation. The electronic version of test reports must be preserved properly to protect them from being damage and tampered.

7.5 When the quality is in conflict with the project period, insist on the quality first thought.The unqualified products are reported to the factory or replaced.

7.6 Any accident due to poor quality, regardless of its seriousness, occurring or not cannot be hidden, indulged, and compromised.

8. Safety, civilized construction and environmental management.

8.1 General provisions

8.1.1 All workers who are engaged in construction must pass safety examination and health examination, understand safe operation regulations of different types of work. Before work can start, technicians must give safety instructions and safety instructions to workers and specify working method, procedure, precautions and personal duties to workers.
