本系列数字式变压器保护装置有三种不同原理的差动保护。

本系列保护装置基本配置设有两套完全相同的CPU插件,同时完成变压器所有的电量保护功能,各种保护功能均由软件实现本系列数字式变压器保护装置的保护逻辑可在线编程。

1.1.2 SGT 752变压器保护装置本保护装置适用于750kV和500kV电压等级的特高压和超高压电力变压器;其中,磁通制动原理的差动保护为国际首创。

1.2 装置特点1.2.1 人性化●装置采用大屏幕触摸液晶显示器;●事件和定值全部采用汉字显示或打印;●定值以表格方式输出,录波数据可选择波形输出或数据输出;1.2.2 大资源●提供100M光纤以太网通道扩展模拟量输入通道和开关量输入输出通道;●提供波特率大于2Mbps的HDLC通信接口与监控及通信模件交换数据。

●保护功能模件(CPU)的核心为32位RISC架构CPU,定点计算峰值速度280MIPS,浮点计算峰值速度约100MFPS;数据采集管理和预处理由峰值速度为150MFPS的32位浮点DSP完成;。

包装容器金属辅件1 范围本文件规定了包装容器起吊护铁、包角角铁、包棱角铁、通风窗、合页、卡扣、索具螺旋扣等金属辅件的基本要求、技术要求。

本文件适用于包装容器中使用的金属辅件。

2 规范性引用文件下列文件的内容通过文中的规范性引用而构成本文件必不可少的条款。

3.1金属辅件 master accessory包装容器中用于结构加强或实现辅助功能所用的金属件。

4 一般要求4.1 除另有规定,各种金属辅件应采用GB/T 709规定的热轧钢板或GB/T 700规定的普通碳素钢以及GB/T 699规定的优质碳素结构钢。

4.2 尺寸公差应符合GB/T 1800.2-2020公差等级IT14的规定。

4.3 金属辅件应进行防锈处理。

4.4 金属辅件的表面应光滑,不应有毛刺。

4.5 金属辅件的结构型式与尺寸要求可依据包装容器的情况适当改变,但尺寸要求不应小于本文件的规定。

5 技术要求5.1 起吊护铁5.1.1 起吊护铁安装位置分为:a)底座用起吊护铁;b)顶盖用起吊护铁。

起吊护铁按内装物重量可分为:a)Ⅰ型:2t及以下b)Ⅱ型:2t~4t及以下;c)Ⅲ型:4t~6t;d)Ⅳ型:6t~10t;e)Ⅴ型:10t~20t;f)Ⅵ型:20t以上。

1.1.2 外观、颜色管材的色泽应基本一致。

管材的内外表面应光滑、平整,无凹陷、气泡和其他影响性能的表面缺陷。

管材不应含有可见杂质。

管材端面应切割平整并与轴线垂直。

一般为灰色,其他颜色可由贵我双方协商确定。

按其国标规定,有以下相关检测标准:

HG/T3660 热熔胶粘剂熔融粘度的测定
GB/T16998 热熔胶粘剂热稳定性测定(GB/T16998-1997,eqvISO10363:1992)
GB/T15332 热熔胶粘剂软化点的测定环球法
在测定温度为150℃士1℃以外,其他指标按照H G /T3660 的规定进行测定。

在 2 h 内将试样加热到试验温度,试验温度为) 2000C ,连续保持恒温 4 h。

熔融粘度的规定进行,其他指标按照G B/T16998 的规定进行测定。

检测过程中热熔胶无发烟、相分离、凝胶现象;无沉淀,无颜色变化,软化点和熔融粘度符合其技术检测指标如下:
