那么如何进行精简全面的回复审稿人呢，请您往下看：1：回复信开头，（1）若给我们的修回邮件中有主编名字则要写上其名字：deardr.**，以示尊重；若没有编辑个人信息则可以写为：deareditor等。
（2）文章编号即文章的id，要与邮件中显示的编号一致，也可以去投稿系统中查找。

（3）回复信开头一般要先说明稿件中如何进行的修改，例如在文中以加粗，红色字或者ms模式修订等标亮；然后感谢审稿人及编辑的审阅及评价；另外，还需要在该部分体现出文章题目（最好加粗或者斜体等方式标亮）；最后是客套话，如我们还想继续提交到您的****杂志，希望您再帮忙审阅等等。
要注意语言一定表达中肯、谦逊，语言流畅。
2.接下来，就可以对审稿人的意见一一回复，主要包括各审稿人的各个问题，还有我们的一一感谢，及修改方式。
这里，需要注意的是：（2）每一条意见回复前最好先对审稿人表示感谢，礼多人不怪，为了顺利发表，多写几个字又何妨呢；（3）能准确完整的补充审稿人提出的要求；不能补充的资料能够引用文献充分的论证，有理有据；（4）详细的列出修改的内容；（5）语气委婉，谦逊；（6）能够随机应变，回复审稿人的意见最好恰到好处。
3.第三部分就是信件的结束语。
这里无非还是再次感谢，最后就是yoursincerely及通讯作者的署名了。

SCI检索中英词汇对照表
一次文献、二次文献、三次文献：根据文献内容、性质和加工情况可将文献区分为：一次文献、二次文献、三次文献。
一次文献指以作者本人的研究成果为依据而创作的原始文献，如期刊论文、研究报告、专利说明书、会议论文等。
一次文献数量庞大、分散在各种期刊、媒体、会议论文集、图书、连续性出版物、特种文献之中，所以寻找困难。
所以就有了二次文献、二次文献。
二次文献是对一次文献进行加工整理后产生的一类方面，如书目、题录、简介、文摘等检索工具。
三次文献是在一、二次文献的基础上，经过综合分析而编写出来的文献，人们常把这类文献称为“情报研究”的成果，如综述、专题述评、学科年度总结、进展报告、数据手册等。
1)Camera Ready Paper:很久以前论文都是用打字机打出来的.投稿的时候只有纸本.因此出版的时候, 出版商会先用相机把纸本拍起来再製版印刷.寄过去的论文必须是最终版本, 排版好的,这样照相机拍下去才可以直接用.这也是Camera Ready Paper 的由来.相对于Camera Ready Paper 则是Manuscript.现在虽然大部分研讨会都已经改用电子投稿,但是仍然沿用Camera Ready Paper 这个名词,通常是用ps or pdf 档案寄过去.大会不会对投稿论文作任何排版而是直接印表机印出来就送印刷厂了。
2) ISTP(Index to Scientific & Technical Proceeding ): 即《科学技术会议录索引》，创刊于1978年，由美国科学情报研究所编制,主要收录国际上著名的科技会议文献。

SCI检索中英词汇对照表
一次文献、二次文献、三次文献：根据文献内容、性质和加工情况可将文献区分为：一次文献、二次文献、三次文献。
一次文献指以作者本人的研究成果为依据而创作的原始文献，如期刊论文、研究报告、专利说明书、会议论文等。
一次文献数量庞大、分散在各种期刊、媒体、会议论文集、图书、连续性出版物、特种文献之中，所以寻找困难。
所以就有了二次文献、二次文献。
二次文献是对一次文献进行加工整理后产生的一类方面，如书目、题录、简介、文摘等检索工具。
三次文献是在一、二次文献的基础上，经过综合分析而编写出来的文献，人们常把这类文献称为“情报研究”的成果，如综述、专题述评、学科年度总结、进展报告、数据手册等。
1)Camera Ready Paper:很久以前论文都是用打字机打出来的.投稿的时候只有纸本.因此出版的时候, 出版商会先用相机把纸本拍起来再製版印刷.寄过去的论文必须是最终版本, 排版好的,这样照相机拍下去才可以直接用.这也是Camera Ready Paper 的由来.相对于Camera Ready Paper 则是Manuscript.现在虽然大部分研讨会都已经改用电子投稿,但是仍然沿用Camera Ready Paper 这个名词,通常是用ps or pdf 档案寄过去.大会不会对投稿论文作任何排版而是直接印表机印出来就送印刷厂了。
2) ISTP(Index to Scientific & Technical Proceeding ): 即《科学技术会议录索引》，创刊于1978年，由美国科学情报研究所编制,主要收录国际上著名的科技会议文献。
它所收录的数据包括农业、环境科学、生物化学、分子生物学、生物技术、医学、工程、计算机科学、化学、物理学等学科。
从1990-2003年间，ISTP和ISSHP( 后文将要讲到ISSHP)共收录了60，000个会议的近300万篇论文的信息。

我做科研的几点体会
1.一半时间做实验，一半时间看文献。 千万不能把时间全部消耗在实验台上。看文献、看 书、看别人的操作、听别人的经验、研究别人的思 路，边做边思考。要学会比较，不要盲从。 2.准备越充分，实验越顺利。 古人云，磨刀不误砍柴工。前期的知识储备、文献 储备、材料准备、方法准备可以避免手忙脚乱，充 分的预实验使你充满信心。最不能容忍的是在开始 的几步偷懒，造成后面总有一些无法排除的障碍。

如何看文献
1. 多数文章看摘要，少数文章看全文 多数文章看摘要， 掌握了一点查全文的技巧，往往会以搞到全文为乐， 以至于没有时间看文章的内容，更不懈于看摘要。 真正有用的全文并不多，过分追求全文是浪费，不 可走极端。当然只看摘要也是不对的。 2. 集中时间看文献 看过总会遗忘。看文献的时间越分散，浪费时间越 多。集中时间看更容易联系起来，形成整体印象。
精心组织初稿
编辑部一天网上投稿没有千儿也有八百，切记匆忙投稿（有 的老板就是要求快投稿，从高往下投，希望reviewer来帮你 写文章，结果不是太理想）。editor 和reviewer一天审大量 的稿件，如果一眼看下去漏洞百出，缺乏逻辑，就会非常快 地告诉你：We apologize to inform you。 因此，文章从大 的方面说要深入浅出，reasonably organized; 其次要没有语 法和表达上的错误 另外，拼写错误要避免！Reviewer认为字母都会拉掉的人， 其研究质量也好不到那里去。Reviewer工作一天回来很累了， 拿起一篇文章是为了享受的，如果你的文章破坏了他的心情 或是让他反胃，你就没指望了。一般文章初稿写成以后都要 拿给别人看，请别人提意见，大多情况下是你老板吧，最好 再多1-2个人。如果你的文章专业和非专业的都能理解，初 稿就可以定稿了。

一篇文章的接收与否，关键是审稿人看到你的文章是否会 surprising一下，如果是，你的文章就会被接收 主题。别人看你文章，最先看到的是题目。如果题目定得 主题 不好，影响是很大的。你要强调，你的文章，与当前热门 话题是有关的。 摘要。所有审文章的人，会比较注意摘要、引言、结论这 摘要 几部分。 你研究的是什么问题，你研究的主题，为什么是重要的。 你需要引证别人的观点来支持你的观点。 现在世界上，对这个问题，研究到了什么地步。最好是 你能告诉别人，现在全世界有很少的人做这个题目，因为 他们做也做不出来。或者你说，全世界做这个问题的人很 多，但他们都没做好，有什么什么样的缺点，而我做好了 ☺。这时，别人也对你的文章会比较有详尽。 人总是有一点虚荣心的。只把成功的步骤或漂亮的 结果记到实验记录里，是很多人的做法。殊不知， 许多宝贵经验和意外发现就这样与你擦肩而过。客 观、真实、详尽的记录是一笔宝贵的财富。 4.不要整天想着为老板省钱。 效率为先。整天算计着省钱，一旦用了不可靠的东 西，只会浪费时间，遭受打击，到头来一分钱也省 不了。

你可以批评任何人，说做得不好，但你要给出理由。 然后，你要给出，你要用什么思路来处理这个问题。 如果这一段给别人的印象是价值不高，就可以直接 拒绝你的文章了。 技术论文，讲求简明，你不需要太多的形容词，因 为这毕竟不是在抒情。写一段话，要看看这段话告 诉大家写的是什么，如果拿掉之后，对表达没什么 影响，那就应该拿掉。 如果你的文章，得到的评语只是"英语不好"，那就 说明你的文章是非常好的了。
投稿后要调整心态
初投稿的人都希望一投稿就马上有回复，或者没到 时间就写信去催，这是很不礼貌的。一般来说，正 规杂志不用催，到了承诺的时间就会给你回信。因 此,不要一投稿就希望马上有回复。 我的投稿的文章一般是两个月(Food Chemistry)给 的回信。送一句话给正在投稿的同志，可能会有助 于调整心态：文章审的越久,说明Reviewer越难找到 你的漏洞；文章在他手上越长，说明他越喜欢你。 这样想你大概会开心一些的。
英文文章写作
1.阅读10篇文献，总结100个常用句型和常用短语。经常复 习。 注意，文献作者必须是以英文为母语者，文献内容要与你的 专业有关。 2.找3-5篇技术路线和统计方法与你的课题接近的文章，精读。 写出论文的草稿。要按照标题、作者、摘要、背景、目的、 材料、方法、结果、讨论、致谢、参考文献、图例、图、表、 照片和说明的统一格式来写。这样做的好处是从它可以方便 地改成任何杂志的格式。
如何看待外面收费代修文章
有的同学对此寄予厚望，认为是国外的帮助修改的 一定成。我不知到大家实验室外送修回的稿件投出 去接受的几率是否明显增高？但是，我的意见是不 要过多依靠。 我得出的体会是，改文章要和作者相互沟通，要尽 心尽力！否则就是英国人帮你，你的文章还是逻辑 性不强。至于尽心尽力，我想外面的商业机构是很 难作到的。 哦，忘了说初稿修改的量化指标，我想4-5遍吧。我 的文章初稿一般自己改5遍，老师改3遍，最后自己 再看1遍。
怎样修回
如果你的文章修回了，说明编辑给了你一个机会，记住仅仅 是机会，而不是接受的承诺（通常信里会说This letter is not a promise…）,因此精心准备修回是非常关键的。这时切记 匆匆修回！修会一旦发出是没办法收回的。2-3个月都等了， 再花上1-2周修回还是不过分的。 除了个人根据本专业回答问题以外，我这里要提醒大家的主 要是语气。我建议采用不亢不卑+自信的语气。编辑不希望 你这个人太弱，当然也不希望遇到一个没礼貌的家伙。编辑 的工作说来都是公式化的东西，其时间有限，一眼看下去还 没有看到想看的解释，心情肯定不爽。所以建议一两句必要 的客套话后，直接进入主题，采用Q：A：式的方法，条理 清晰。
