Remove the hardware pack and all loose parts from the carton. Be sure the carton is empty beforediscarding.2. Lay out all the parts and hardware as shown on pages 2 and3.3. Assemble the cart bed side body and bottom body with Round Head Bolt M6x16 (E), Flat Washer Ø6(T), Lock Washer Ø6 (J) and Hex Nut M6 (G). See Figure 1.Do not tighten at this stage.Figure 1STEP 2:1. Position cart body halves upright on a smooth level surface such as a garage floor or a paveddriveway. See Figure 2.2. Assemble halves together using nine Round Head Bolt M6x16 (E), Flat Washer Ø6 (T), Lock WasherØ6 (J) and Hex Nut M6 (G) as shown in Figure 2.Do not tighten at this stage.Figure 2STEP 3:1. Position the tailgate reinforcement bracket on outside of cart as show in figure 3. Assemble the bottomof the cart body using six Round Head Bolt M8x16 (F), Flat Washer Ø8 (U), Lock Washer Ø8 (K) and Hex Nut M8 (H). Do Not tighten. See Figure 3.2. Position the tailgate guides with the holes to the rear as shown in figure3. Assemble the guides to theinside of the cart using six Round Head Bolt M6x16 (E), Flat Washer Ø6 (T), Lock Washer Ø6 (J) and Hex Nut M6 (G). Do Not tighten.3. Assemble two Round Head Bolt M6x16 (E), Flat Washer Ø6 (T), Lock Washer Ø6 (J) and Hex Nut M6(G) to the top rear corners of the cart. Do not tighten. See Figure 3.4. Tighten the six bolts assembled in step 6 and the two bolts in step 8. Tighten the nine bolts assembledin step 5, keeping the bottom of the cart body halves even.Figure 3STEP 4:1. Lower the cart to rest upside down on its top flanges. See Figure 4.3. Assembling the wheel support at the rear of the cart using twelve M8X16 Round Head Bolts (F), FlatWasher Ø8 (U), Lock Washer Ø8 (K) and M8 Hex Nuts (H) as shown in Figure 4. Bolt heads go on inside of cart. Tighten.4. Connecting the 2 wheel supports by eight M8X20 Hex Bolts (D), Flat Washer Ø8 (U), Lock Washer Ø8(K) and M8 Nuts.Figure 4STEP 5:1. Assemble the axle through the wheel support as shown in Figure 5.2. Apply grease to the ends of the axle now or use a grease gun after the wheels are assembled.3. Assemble a Ø20 Flat Washer (R), a wheel (valve stem out), another Ø20 Flat Washer and a Cotter Pin(O) to each end of the axle as shown in Figure 5.4. Assemble a Hub Cap (S) over the Ø20 Flat Washer (R) on each end of the axle as shown in Figure5.Figure 5STEP 6:1. Stand the cart on end, front end facing up.2. Assemble the two front axle supports to the cart using twelve M8X16 Round Head Bolts (F), FlatWasher Ø8 (U), Lock Washer Ø8 (K) and M8 Hex Nuts (H) as shown in Figure 6. Do not tighten yet.Figure 61. Make sure the center bolt (pivot bolt ) is inserted as far as possible through the axle channels and thentighten the four bolts assembled in Figure 8,which fasten the front axle supports to the cart bed.Figure 81. Assemble two corner caps to the front of the cart using four M6X16 Round Head Bolts (E), Ø6 LockWasher (J), Ø6 Flat Washer (T) and M6 Hex Nuts (G). Tighten. See Figure 9.Figure 9STEP 10:1. Assemble the tie rod to the axle spindles using two M12X30 Hex Bolts (C), four Ø12 Flat Washer (L)and two M12 Hex Lock nuts (I), Tighten, leaving loose enough that the spindles still pivot. See Figure10.Figure 10STEP 11:1. Remove the M12 Lock nut (I) from the center pivot bolt. Assemble rear tongue section, the PivotBushing (Q), the Large Ø12 Flat Washer (M) and M12 Hex Lock Nut (I) onto the pivot bolts as shown in Figure 11. (The Pivot Bushing (Q) fits into the hole in the tongue.) Tighten.2. Fasten the tongue to the tie rod as shown in Figure 11, using a M12X30 Hex Bolt (C), two Ø12 FlatWasher (L) and a M12 Hex Lock Nut (I). tighten, leaving loose enough that the tongue can pivot.3. Apply grease to the axle spindles now or use a grease gun after wheels are assembled.Figure 11STEP 12:1. Assemble a Cotter Pin (O) to the inside hole in an axle spindle. Place a Ø20 Flat Washer (R), a wheel(valve stem facing out) and another Ø20 Flat Washer (R) onto the axle spindle. Assemble a Cotter Pin (O) to the end hole in the axle. Repeat on other side. See Figure 12. Note: Prevent the axle spindle from pivoting downward until the wheel is secures to it by the outer Cotter Pin (O).2. Assemble a Hub Cap (S) over the Ø20 Flat Washer (R) on each wheel. See Figure 12.Figure 121. To lower the cart onto its wheels you should: a:Chock the rear wheels as shown in Figure 13.b: Getthe assistance of another person to help you lower the cart onto it’s wheels.Figure 13STEP 14:1. Assemble the two pivot bars to the front tongue section using four M8X20 Hex Bolts (D), Ø8 LockWasher (K), Ø8 Flat Washer (U) and M8 Hex Nuts (H). Don’t tighten yet. See Figure 14.2. Assemble the pivot bars to the rear tongue section using a M12X120 Hex Bolt (A) and Ø12 FlatWasher (L) and M12 Hex Lock Nut (I). Tighten the Lock nut, leaving it just loose enough to allow the front tongue to pivot. Now tighten the four Hex Bolts, Lock Washers and Hex Nuts assembled to the front tongue in Step 31. See Figure 14.Figure 141. Assemble the hitch bracket to the front tongue section using two M8X20 Hex Bolts (D), Ø8 LockWasher (K), Ø8 Flat Washer (U) and M8 Hex Nuts (H). Tighten. See Figure 15.2.
