Ith20A是表示接触器的一个重要的技术参数
Ith20A是表示接触器的一个重要的技术参数,叫做热稳定电流值,也就是可以在两秒钟内可以通过的最大电流值。
20A不是触点的额定工作电流,而是瞬间通过的最大的电流。
交流接触器主要技术参数有:1)接触器额定绝缘电压(Ui)2)额定工作电压(Ue)、3)额定发热电流(Ith)、4)额定工作电流(Ie)5)额定工作功率额定发热电流(Ith):有的地方就叫发热电流(Ith),其实是应该叫做热稳定电流(额定短时耐受电流)Ith。
关于热稳定电流(额定短时耐受电流)Ith在高压断路器中有人这样解释的:当短路电流通过高压断路器时,不仅会产生很大的电动力,而且还会产生很多的热量。
短路电流所产生的热量与电流的平方成正比,而热量的散发与时间成反比。
由于短路时电流很大,该电流在短时间内将产生大量的热量不能及时散发,因而高压断路器的温度将显著上升,严重时会使高压断路器的触头焊住,损坏高压断路器,甚至引起高压断路器爆炸。
因此,高压断路器铭牌上规定了一定时间(规定标准时间为2s,需要大于2s时可用4s)的热稳定电流。
在4s内,能够保证高压断路器不损坏的条件下允许通过的短路电流值,称为4s热稳定电流。
在铭牌上热稳定电流以额定短时耐受电流(短路电流有效值)表示。
Ith20A的意思就是它在很短时间可以承受20安的电流,估计额定工作电流就只有十几安左右了。
如一个继电器的主要技术参数:a、额定绝缘电压 Ui : 600Vb、额定工作电压 Ue : AC 277V 。
c、额定工作电流: Ie=30A (AC-8b); Ith=40A 。
d、机械寿命> 100 万次;电寿命> 10万次。
e、线圈工作电压范围:继电器线圈在70% Us~110% Us范围内可靠吸合并工作,释放电压在20% Us~ 70% Us范围内。
f、产品线圈工作电压 Us=208 ~240V 。
它的热稳定电流为40A,但额定工作电流就只有30A。

收稿日期:2021-04-20在工业厂矿特别是轮胎制造行业的生产设备中,基于PLC 通过PROFIBUS DP 现场总线与变频装置进行控制通信,实现电机的启动、停车和调速非常常见。
本文通过一个具体实例讲述新时达变频器在胎胚立库系统中的安装调试与应用,分享国产变频器使用的一点经验,助力国产变频设备的发展。
1 新时达ME500变频器产品概况ME500系列为400 V 级(380~460 V )电流矢量控制高性能矢量型变频器,适用于电机容量为 1.1~355 kW 的三相交流异步电机和永磁同步电机。
2 新时达ME500变频器现场安装及接线首先要检查电机在运输过程中有无损坏,核对铭牌信息(图1),确认型号是否正确。
检查并确认线电压与变频器的电压和频率范围适应。

博能电机铭牌型号说明电机铭牌型号说明每台电动机的机座上都装有一块铭牌。
铭牌上标注有该电动机的主要性能和技术数据。
铭牌本身就是一个简单的说明书,是选用电动机的主要依据。
型号常见电动机的型号含义为:1.额定功率电动机的额定功率又称为额定容量,是指电动机在额定运行(额定电压、额定频率、额定负载)条件下,转轴上输出的机械功率。
就是说,额定功率并不是指在实际运行过程中的一个数值,它的含义实际上是描述了电动机的做功能力,单位为千瓦(kW)。
2.频率在交流电路中,电流每秒钟变化的周期次数称为频率,我国目前采用50Hz的频率。
不同国家的电力系统的交流电频率不同,通常为50赫兹或者60赫兹。
在亚洲使用50赫兹的国家与地区主要有中国、日本、泰国、印度和新加坡,而韩国、菲律宾和中国台湾使用60赫兹,欧洲大部分国家使用50赫兹,美洲使用60赫兹的国家主要是墨西哥、美国、加拿大。
3.额定电压额定电压是指电动机在额定运行状态下加在定子绕组上的线电压,单位为伏特(V)。
三相异步电动机的额定电压有380V、3000V及6000V等多种。
有些电机铭牌上标有两种电压,如220/380V,表示这台电动机可用于线电压为220V的三相电源,也可用于线电压为380V的三相电源。
电动机只有在额定电压下运行才能输出额定功率。
4.额定电流电动机的额定电流是指电动机在额定电压、额定频率和额定负载下运行时的电流。
也可定义为在额定环境条件(环境温度、日照、海拔、安装条件等)下可以长期连续工作的电流,单位为安[培](A)。
电动机定子绕组为△接法时线电流是相电流的√3倍;为Y接法时,线电流等于相电流。
一般电动机电流受外加电压、负载等因素影响较大,所以了解电动机所允许通过的最大电流为正确选择导线、开关以及电动机上所加的熔断器和热继电器提供了依据。
对于额定电压为380V、容量不超过55kW的三相异步电动机,其额定电流的安[培]数近似等于额定功率千瓦数的2倍,通常称为“1千瓦2 安[培]关系”。
三相异步电动机的名牌参数
三相异步电动机的名牌参数三相异步电动机的额外值刻印在每台电动机的铭牌上,通常包含下列几种:类型:为了习气纷歧样用处和纷歧样作业环境的需求,电动机制成纷歧样的系列,每种系列用各品种型标明。
例如Y132M-4,Y→三相异步电动机,其间三相异步电动机的商品称谓代号还有:YR为绕线式异步电动机;YB为防爆型异步电动机;YQ为高起动转距异步电动机。
132→机座基地高(mm);M→机座长度代号;4→磁极数接法:这是指定子三相绕组的接法。
通常鼠笼式电动机的接线盒中有六根引出线,标有U1、V1、W1、U2、V2、W2。
其间:U1U2是榜辅弼绕组的两头;V1V2是第二相绕组的两头;W1W2是第三相绕组的两头。
假定U1、V1、W1别离为三相绕组的始端(头),则U2、V2、W2是相应的完毕(尾)。
这六个引出线端在接电源之前,互相间有必要精确联接。
联接办法有星形(Y)联接和三角形联接两种。
通常三相异步电动机自3kW以下者,联接成星形;自4kW以上者,联接成三角形。
额外功率PN:是指电动机在制作厂所规则的额外状况下作业时,其输出端的机械功率,单位通常为千瓦(kW)。
对三相异步电机,其额外功率:PN=UNINηNcosN,式中ηN和cosN别离为额外状况下的功率和功率因数。
额外电压UN:是指电动机额外作业时,外加于定子绕组上的线电压,单位为伏(V)。
通惯例则电动机的作业电压不该高于或低于额外值的5%。
当作业电压高于额外值时,磁通将增大,将使励磁电流大大添加,电流大于额外电流,使绕组发热。
一同,因为磁通的增大,铁损耗(与磁通平方成正比)也增大,使定子铁心过热;当作业电压低于额外值时,致使输出转矩减小,转速降低,电流添加,也使绕组过热,这对电动机的作业也是倒运的。
中国出产的Y系列中、小型异步电动机,其额外功率在3kW以上的,额外电压为380V,绕组为三角形联接。
额外功率在3kW及以下的,额外电压为380/220V,绕组为Y/联接(即电源线电压为380V时,电动机绕组为星形联接;电源线电压为220V时,电动机绕组为三角形联接)。
