承包商特殊情况核准程序
CONTRACTOR SPECIAL CASE APPROVAL PROCESS
在异常情况下，可以使用承包商特殊情况核准程序。

这些非常规情况包括由通常不能提供承包商服务的一方提供的短期、一次性工作。

例如，设备供应商可能必须帮助在现场安装或修理设备。

只有在时间安排、工作性质以及邦基的关键业务需求使承包商不能提供完整的承包商资格预审包时，才能使用该程序。

并不仅仅因为合同工作具有一次性性质就要使用该程序。

特殊情况核准表需要由工作联系人填写并必须由工厂厂长签字。

The Contractor Special Case Approval process can be used in unusual circumstances. Such circumstances include short term, one-time work by a party that does not normally provide contractor services. For example, an equipment supplier may have to provide assistance on-site with installation or repair of equipment. This process can only be used if the timing, the nature of the job and a critical Bunge business need prevent a contractor from providing a complete contractor pre-qualification package. This process is not meant to be used just because the contract work is on a one-time basis. The Special Case Approval form must be completed and signed by the plant manager.
