• Juli likes sitting high on the big tree to see the scenery.One day the workers came to cut down the tree.She felt sorrow and wanted to protect the tree in this way.She asked Bryce to help her but in vain.She cried for two days.
Juli tidied her yard and raised some chickens.Most eggs that these chickens laid were sent to Bryce every morning.
• Bryce's father thought these eggs unhealthy, • so Bryce poured all eggs out just after Juli sent them. • At last,Juli found this "secret",and she didn't want to talk to Bryce any more.
• However,at the beginning and for the next six years,Bryce does everything he can do to get rid of Juli,but it seems uneasy way to do this.Becasue they go to the same school and live across the street from each.
