Health is very important for people.We can even say that nothing is more important. It is the foundation of one’s success. If you become sick, it is impossible to go with your education, much less make your dreams come true. On the other hand, if you are strong, you can go all out to overcome the obstacles that lie ahead of you.
Now that we know health is very important. How to keep hot? First, we should spare some time to take exercise every day to strengthen our muscles. Second, we must go to bed earlier and get up earlier. If we get up early , we can bread the fresh air and make our heads wiser.
In conclusion, health is much important than working hard for man. So on one hand, we should work hard. And on the other hand, we should pay attention to health.

Peter is a naughty boy. He likes to play jokes on others. Once he saw a little girl skipping a rope under a big tree. He hid himself behind the tree and made a terrible noise. The little girl heard the noise and was frightened. She stopped playing and began to cry. But Peter felt very happy.
He walked on and saw a dog sleeping in a bench. He also wanted to play s joke on the dog. He threw a stone at it. To his surprise, the dog woke up and ran after him. He became s frightened that he had to run away as fast as possible.

Peter and John are classmates. One day they had a math test. Peter got full mark in the test while John got only 50 and didn’t pass the exam. Peter become so proud that he began to play all day long. John made up his mind to catch up with the other students in his class. He corrected all his misstates with the help of the teacher. He also studied hard at home. In the evening, when Peter was watching TV, John was working hard at math.
A month later, they had another math test. To their surprise, John got full mart while Peter filed this time.

Lily and her mother went to she supermarket to so some shopping. Lily didn’t like shopping. Shi went outside by herself. Then she walked here and there. When she Came back, s he didn’t see her mother. She was so frightened that she began to cry loudly. A
policeman came and asked her a few questions. Then he helped her find her mother. Lily stopped crying as soon as she saw her mother. The policeman advised her mother to take good care of her little girl.

Tom likes watching TV very much. Every evening, he always watches TV for long hours instead of studying hard. Since he was often late for school. His teacher was very angry with him .he ordered Tom to go to school on time. Tom agreed, but he never did. He had final exam yesterday, he made a lot of mistakes and failed in the exam. He felt sorry and regretted for the time he had wasted.

One day, Tom bought an ice-cream. When he was eating it, he met an old friend of his, Kate. He hid the ice-cream behind himself quickly. Then they began to talk with each other. Kate’s dog walked around and found the ice-cream behind Tom. It began to eat the ice-cream happily. Tom was so absorbed in talking that they didn’t know it at all.

An old man had a clever monkey. One day it was very hot. The old man was asleep under a big tree. A fly came and sat on the old man’s nose. The monkey climbed down and drove the fly off. But after a while, the fly came and stopped on the old man’s nose again and again. When the fly came again, the monkey became angry. He picked a branch of a tree and threw at the fly. The fly flew away, but the old man’s nose was broken.

Last Sunday, Tom and John played football happily near their home. Suddenly, they saw an old man passing by with a heavy bag. The old man looked too tired to go on walking. So the two boys stopped playing football at once and ran to help the old man to carry the heavy bag. The old man thanked them again and again. But Tom and John answered in a loud voice,” We are read to help others.”

One afternoon, Tom saw a group of children playing football in the street. There are a lot cars running in the street. How dangerous it was to play football there! Tom decided to stop them. He ran out of his house, picked the ball and ran towards the stadium. At first the children were very angry. They didn’t know why Tom took the ball from them. They ran after him and shouted. “ The ball is ours”
Tom stopped at the stadium. And said, “ Let’s play together here.” The children understood why Tom took away the ball. They started to play together happily.

Y esterday, I went home on food as usual after school. On my way home, I saw a boy fall off his bike and hurt himself. He lay on the road. I took him to the nearest hospital at once. The doctor looked over the boy carefully and said that there was nothing serious with him. The boy told us that he must be careful next time. He thanked both the doctor and me. It was late when I got home. But I felt very happy because I did a good deed.

Last Sunday after supper, Mary asked Tom to see a film with him. On their way to the cinema they saw a little boy crying in the street. They bought him a cake to stop him from crying. But when they asked him where he lived, he told them that he did not know. So they had to take him to the police station and asked the policemen to take care of him. After that they went to the cinema. When they got there the film was nearly over. They missed the film but they felt happy because they did a good deed.

On farms and in factories, they help us do tiring and difficult work. They also help us with work in the office and at home. Thanks to the computers, people lived much easier than before.

December22, Monday Fine
After school, on my home, I saw an old man looking around under the tree. I went up to him and asked what was the matter with him. He told me that he had just come from a small village in Hebei. and he wanted to visit his daughter who worked in the GZ. As he had never been to here before ,he didn’t know the way to the GZ. So I tried to take him to the factory. It was very difficult for us to find the GZ. When we finally arrived at the GZ, it w as dark. The old man and his daughter were very thankful to me.
It was very late when I got home. I was tired and hungry but I felt happy, for I did a good deed for others,
One Saturday afternoon, some boys were playing football in the grass. How they enjoyed themselves! but before long, something wrong happened. When the ball came to Jim, he kicked it hard, so it flew away and fell into a hole under a big tree.
The boys rushed there to get the ball, but they couldn’t ge t it out. Just then LiLei had a good idea. He said, “ Let me have a try.” He left for a while and returned with a pail of water. he poured some into the hole. But the water was not enough for the ball to get out. So the boys all went to get water. When several pails of water had been poured into the hole, the ball came out at last. The boys felt proud because they had done a good job.

This morning I got up at half past six. When I was putting on my clothes, I found it was raining outside. After I had breakfast, I rode to school.
