充电桩中止合同协议书
Title: Agreement of Termination of Charging Pile Contract
This Agreement of Termination of Charging Pile Contract (the "Agreement") is made and entered into on _______(date), by and between ______(Party A) and ______(Party B).
WHEREAS, Party A and Party B have entered into a Charging Pile Contract (the "Contract") on ______(date), pursuant to which Party A agrees to provide charging pile services to Party B;
WHEREAS, due to ______(reason), both parties have agreed to terminate the Contract.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and mutual covenants contained in this Agreement, the parties agree as follows:
1. Termination of Contract: The Contract shall be terminated effective immediately upon the signing of this Agreement.
2. Settlement of Obligations: Party A and Party B shall settle all obligations under the Contract as of the date of this Agreement.
3. Release of Claims: Each party hereby releases the other from any and all claims, demands, damages, costs, expenses, liabilities and causes of action arising out of or in connection with the Contract.
4. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of ______(jurisdiction).
5. Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements, whether written or oral.
6. No Waiver: The failure of either party to exercise any right or remedy provided under this Agreement or under law shall not constitute a waiver of that right or remedy.
7. Counterparts: This Agreement may be executed in counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original, but all of which together shall constitute one single instrument.

鉴于，由于______（原因），双方同意终止原合同。

因此，鉴于上述前提和本协议所包含的相互承诺，双方同意如下：
1. 合同终止：自本协议签署之日起，原合同立即终止。

2. 义务清算：甲乙双方应于本协议签署之日结清原合同项下的所有义务。

3. 索赔豁免：各方在此放弃对对方因原合同或与之相关的任何及所有索赔、要求、损害赔偿、费用、支出、负债及诉讼事由。

4. 管辖法律：本协议受______（管辖区）法律管辖，并根据其解释。

5. 完整协议：本协议构成双方就本协议主题事项达成的完整协议，取代所有先前的书面或口头协议。

6. 不弃权：任一方未行使本协议或法律项下的任何权利或救济，并不构成对该权利或救济的放弃。

7. 副本：本协议可签署多份副本，每份副本均视为原件，但所有副本共同构成单一的文件。
