三、学习过程:
1. Danny can't reach the ceiling, so he climb onto Mr. Jones’ chair.
丹尼够不到天花板,所以他爬上了琼斯老师的椅子。
reach在本句中的意思是“伸手(或臂,足等)及到,够到”。
2.Help! 救命! Help 在这里用作感叹词,是呼救用于,意思是救命。
3.I tried to catch you, but you landed on top of me.我试图接住你,你却砸在我身上。
land在本句中为动词,意思是“落,降落,着陆”。
例如:The plane landed safely. 飞机安全着陆了。
4.I don’t think my arm is broken. 我想我的胳膊并没有折。
think, believe, suppose, expect等动词后面宾语从句的否定词转移到主句中,即主句的谓语动词用否定形式,而从句的谓语动词用肯定式。
例如:I ________ think I know you. 我想我并不认识你。
I ________believe he will come. 我相信他不会来。
四、知识拓展延伸:
(一)祈使句定义:祈使句指的是表示命令、请求、建议或劝告的句子。
其主语you常省略,谓语动词用原形,句末用感叹号或句号,读降调。
(二)祈使句类型
1. 肯定的祈使句
(1)动词原形+其他
Stand up, please. = Please stand up. 请起立。
(2)Be + adj. Be careful! = Look out! = Take care! 小心 / 当心!
(3)Let's + 动词原形Let’s ________(go) to school together.
咱们一起上学去吧。
2. 否定的祈使句
(1) Don't + 动词原形
________(not) stand up. 别站起来。
Don't be careless. 别粗心。
(2)Let's ( let sb ) + not + 动词原形
Let's not say anything about it. 对于这件事,咱们什么也别说。
(3).在公共场合的提示语中,否定祈使句常用No+名词/V-ing形式结构,
示禁止做某事
例如:NO PHOTOS! 禁止拍照!
(4)在Be动词引起的肯定祈使句前加Don't,构成Don't be+其它成分(形容词、名词或介词短语等)。
例如:Don't be careless.不要粗心。
注意:在这种句型中be不能省略;否定副词not不可置于be之后。
3.祈使句的反意疑问句
(1) 肯定祈使句的反意疑问句反问部分用will you 或won't you。
Please open the door, will/ won’t you? 请把门打开,好吗?
(2) 否定祈使句的反意疑问句反问部分只用will you。
Don't be late again, ________ you? 别再迟到了,行不行?
(3) 以let's开头的祈使句反意疑问句反问部分用shall we。
Let's turn on the TV, ________ we? 我们把电视打开,好吗?
<特别注意> 只有以let's开头的祈使句的反意疑问句的反问部分才用shall we,而let us 开头的祈使句的反意疑问句的反问部分应为
will you或won't you.如:Let us stay here, will/ won't you? 请(你)让我们留在这好吗?
(三)祈使句用法口诀
祈使句,祈使句,请求命令或建议。
主语是you常省去,
动词原形开头记。
否定形式加Don’t,Let否定有两种。
想更客气please, 句首句末没关系。
