环境运行控制程序

1. Purpose目的

This document is to ensure the relevant environmental operations and activities under control and not depart from the objectives and targets确保环境管理有关的作业和活动得到有效控制，使环境管理活动有效运行并不偏离目标和指标。

2. Scope范围

This procedure applies to the wholly process of company’s environmental management operation. 适用于公司环境管理运行的全过程。

5. Responsibility职责

5.1FMT department is responsible for repairing and maintenance of all office, fire

fighting, and living facility. FMT负责公司所有的办公/消防/生活设施的维护与保养。

5.2 EQT department is responsible for repairing and maintenance of all the production

equipments.设备部负责公司所有的生产设备的维护和保养。

5.3 EQT and/or OCI is responsible for making safety management regulations. 设备部

和/或OCI负责制订安全管理规程。

5.4 Department supervisor is responsible for the management of dangerous chemicals

and classifying the waste materials.各部门主管负责本部门危险化学品的管理和管理废弃物分类处理。

5.5 Management representative is responsible for supervising of environmental

management system operation. 管理者代表负责体系运行的日常监督。

6. Process Description过程描述

6.1 It aims to implement supervision control to evaluated significant environmental

aspects. EHS set up Significant Environmental Activities List, and supervise the operation. 主要是针对已识别评价出的重要环境因素实施监督控制。由EHS负责人制订出《重要环境活动一览表》，并对其运行进行监视。

6.1.1 In order to prevent water pollution, air pollution, noise pollution, it is necessary

to set related regulation to manage the equipments and positions effectively,

refer to Water/ Air / Noise Pollution Control Instruction.为了有效防止公司的

水质污染、大气污染、噪声污染，对本公司相关的设备、岗位或地点制订相应的

规定进行有效管理，具体内容参见《水/气/声污染控制规程》。

6.1.2 In ord er to ensure company’s waste material kinds and disposal methods,

decrease the impact of waste material on environment, refer to Waste

Material Management Instruction to ensure manage waste material

effectively. 为了明确公司的废弃物种类及处理方法，减少废弃物对环境的影响，

制订相应的规程进行有效管理，具体依照《废弃物管理规程》执行。

6.1.3 In order to improve the safety management of dangerous chemical’s purchase,

transportation, usage, storage and use, prevent environmental pollution, refer

to Dangerous Chemical Management Instruction to implement. 为了加强公

司化学危险品的购买、运输、保存、使用、废置过程的安全管理，防止造成环境

污染,具体依照《危险化学品管理规程》执行。
