考试范围为外语教学与研究出版社出版的《义务教育教科书（三年级起点）》系列教材三年级上、下册内容。
在《英语课程标准》二级要求的语音、词汇、语法、功能、话题等语言知识中，仅考测外研版教材（三年级起点）三年级上、下册所涉及（或相关）的内容。
试题涵盖听、说、读、写等语言技能以及语音、语法、词汇知识的灵活运用等几方面内容。
二、考试形式考试采取书面闭卷的方式，全卷满分100分，考试时间为45分钟。
三、试卷结构及分值试卷分为听力和笔试两部分，听力60分，笔试40分。
