甘蔗糠
65t/h蔗渣锅炉 Bagasse Boiler 蔗渣锅炉
本锅炉为室外布置，双锅筒自然循环锅炉，采用“п”型布置。前 吊后支、固态排渣。甘蔗渣由布置在前墙上面的四个甘蔗渣喷渣装置 喷播进入炉室。省煤器和空气预热器各为两级布置。空气预热器为钢 管式，构架采用钢结构，尾部为钢架支承结构。按7度地震设计，锅 筒内部采用旋风分离器，炉膛采用膜式水冷壁，过热蒸汽温度调节采 用面式减温系统，减温水采用锅炉给水。平台为拉网板结构。

45t/h蔗渣锅炉 Bagasse Boiler 蔗渣锅炉
45t/h蔗渣锅炉是双锅筒自然循环炉，主要燃料为甘蔗渣，辅助燃料为木材， 负压燃烧，室内布置，前墙布置四个蔗渣喷燃设备，使甘蔗渣由热风播入炉膛并 与炉底吹入一次风混合，在炉膛下部悬浮燃烧，由于炉膛有足够高温保证了蔗渣 在炉膛中充分燃烧，足够的蒸发受热面，保证了机组的正常出力。 45t/h bagasse boiler adopts double drum, natural circulation mode, the main fuel is bagasse and minor fuel is, negative pressure, indoors disposed, the front wall layout four baggase ignition device, which feed the bagasse into the furnace by hot air to mix up the primary air from the furnace bottom, the bagasse is suspending combustion at the furance lower part. Due to the bagasse completely combusted in the furnace by high temperature, the sufficient heating surface enable guarantee the unit’s capacity.
前言 Perface
东方锅炉始建于20世纪60年代，已近五十年历史，通过几代东锅人的 不懈努力，使东方锅炉成为中国三大锅炉厂之一，主要以生产电站锅炉为主， 同时为适应市场需求，也生产一些以生物质为燃料的锅炉。 Dongfang Boiler was founded in 1960s, by hard work of generations of staff, Dongfang Boiler is becoming one of three lead boiler manufacturers in China. Our main productions are power plant boilers. As the requirement of the client market, we also provide biomass fuel boiler. 以生物质作为燃料的锅炉，目前为止我厂已生产的产品主要有蔗渣炉、 棕榈炉、黑液炉等，正在研发设计的产品则包含以稻糠、酒糟等其它生物质 为燃料的锅炉。 As biomass fuel boiler, we have achieved boiler productions with the fuel such as bagasse, kitool and black liquor. And now we are developing the boiler with fuel of rice chaff and lees.
This Boiler is outdoors located, double drum natural circulation, пtype layout. Front section hanger and stern section support, solid state cinder discharge. The bagasse is feed into the front compartment by four spray devices on the front compartment. The economizer and air preheater are both two stages. The air preheater is steel tubular, steel structure, the stern part is supported by steel frame, which can withstand 7 intensity of earthquake. There are cyclone separator inside the drum, the furnace chamber is membrane water wall, the superheated steam is regulated by surface type attemperator, the cooling water is the cycled boiler feed water. The platform is web plate structure.

35t/h蔗渣锅炉采用双锅筒自然循环炉型，主要燃料为甘蔗渣，辅助燃料为木材(仅 供停榨清机继续煮糖使用)负压燃烧，室内布置。 35t/h bagasse boiler adopts double drum, natural circulation mode, the main fuel is bagasse and minor fuel is lumber(which supply only at the mill maintenance time) , negative pressure, indoors disposed. 炉膛底部布置炉排，炉排下面两侧墙各有三个一次风口。锅炉前墙0.00米标高以下 布置了三台蔗渣喷燃设备，甘蔗渣通过三个燃烧器由热风喷入炉膛。 The grate locates under the furance, there are three primary air hole at each wall under the grate. There layout three bagassee ignition device under boiler front wall nil elevation, the bagasse is feed into the furnace by hot air of the three burners. 锅炉构架钢结构，除下级空气预热器管箱外，所有受热面都由构架支承。 The boiler is steel structure, all heating surface is supported by the frame structure, except air preheater pipe and tank after the primary. 锅炉本体除炉膛下部为砖砌炉墙外，其余均为轻型炉墙。 The boiler proper is sectional supporting water cooled wall, except the lower part that is brick structure.
