Y2 系列三相异步电动机使用维护说明书安徽皖南电机股份有限公司衷心感谢您选购、使用南华牌电动机在使用电动机之前,请仔细阅读本说明书,以便您正确的使用和维护。

检查1.仔细检查电动机外观是否损伤,核对电动机铭牌数据,如型号、额定功率、电压、频率等与实际要求是否相符。

2.轻轻传动电动机转轴。

转动应轻快、灵活(注:装有骨架式橡胶油封的IP55电动机转动时相对较紧)。

3.检查零部件的装配应良好,紧固件应无松动。

4.打开接线盒,用500V兆欧表测量电动机绕组的绝缘电阻,所测值应不低于5兆欧。

注意:检查过程中,若有疑问,应向专业技术人员请教或与我们联系。

安装电动机的安装应由技术人员完成,对带底脚的电动机,安装平面应坚固,并保证底脚在一个平面上。

如果底脚要加垫片,应保证在电动机底脚安装紧固过程中不被挤出。

电动机允许采用联轴器、正齿轮及皮带轮传动。

联接电动机的电源线不宜过细、过长,否则电源线压降过大,使电动机起动困难)。

按接线图,将电源线与电动机牢固联接,同时接好接地线。

在接通电源前,还应测量输入电压是否正确,然后接通电源,检查旋转转速,旋转方向是否正确。

运行与维护1.电动机使用的环境最高温度为40℃,最低温度为-15℃,海拔不超过1000m。

2.电动机允许满压或降压起动,但应注意,满压起动时起动电流为额定电流的3.3~7.5倍。

降压起动时,因转矩与电压的平方成正比,电压下降时转矩也随之降低。

故当静负荷相当大时只能用满压起动。

3.电动机不得用于含有易燃性气体、化学腐蚀性气体或其它有害气体的环境中(特殊环境用电动机除外)。

4.电动机必须保持清洁,进风口及风道必须畅通无阻。

5.电动机在运行中若发现异常,如怪声、过热、焦味或轴承发热等,应立即停机检查,待故障排除后方可使用。

6.电动机在运行过程中应保证润滑良好,一般在电机运行5000小时左右,即应更换润滑脂(封闭轴承在使用寿命期内不必更换润滑脂)。

在运行中若发现轴承过热时,应停机检查轴承润滑脂是否太多。

皖南电机 ZSL4直流系列样本

ZSL4系列直流电动机机座号:112~160 功率:1.1~18.5 kW工作制:S1 绝缘等缘:F级额定电压:440V ,160V 励磁方式:他励额定转速:3000、1500、1000、750r/min适用于:ZSL4系列主要用于低速范围小,设备安装空间狭小的各种机械传动;防护等级IP23S,冷却方式IC01,可实现最低300r/min至最高转速间平滑调速。

特点:稳定、良好的调速性能,可实现降低电枢电压恒转矩向下调速或减小励磁电流恒功率向上调速,输出功率大,过载能力强,电机无需冷却风机。

1、电机的外壳防护等级及安装结构型式a. 外壳防护等级为IP23S。

b. 电机均带底脚,安装方式为IMB3、IMB35、IMB5、IMV1、IMV15等。

2、出线盒的位置,从传动侧视之,在电机右侧。

3、冷却方式,整个系列电机采用开启式结构,电机冷却方式为IC01;可实现最低300r/min(恒转矩)至最高转速(恒功率)间平滑调速。

4、电动机订货说明a. 订货时请注明电动机的型号、功率、电压、转速、励磁电压、出线盒位置、出轴数等详细信息。

b. 订货时请注明需要的安装在电动机上附件的型号、规格、数量等详细信息。

c. 需要的规格、技术要求与本样本有出入,请即与我公司联系,事先提出具体而明确的要求,经协商同意后签单技术协议或在订货合同中注明。

5、电动机型号含义备注:他励电动机启动时,必须先将励磁电压升至额定电压,然后接通电枢回路。

停车时,先切断电枢回路,然后断开磁场电路,避免在启动和停车时因弱磁引起过速。

外形及安装尺寸Dimensions mm卧式、机座带底脚卧式、机座带底脚,端盖带凸缘卧式、机座带底脚表中外形尺寸为参考值,实际情况以实物为准。

Remove the motor carefully from its shipping container.2. Visually inspect the motor for any damage.3. Examine the motor frame, front output shaft, and mounting pilot forany defects.4. Notify the carrier of any shipping damage immediately.Do not open or attempt to open the motor.Only a qualified Allen-Bradley employee canservice this type of motor.Failure to observe these safety procedures couldresult in personal injury or equipment damage.Using Shaft SealsAn additional seal is required on the motor shaft near the motor front bearing, if the shaft is exposed to fluids or significant amounts of fine dust. This includes lubricating oil from a gearbox. The motor ingress protection (IP) rating depends on the usage of shaft seals and environmentally sealed connectors/cables. The additional seal is not recommended in applications where the motor shaft area is free of liquids or fine dust. Refer to Shaft Seal Kits on page17 to find the catalog number of the seal kit for your H-Series motor.Publication 1398-IN517A-EN-P — August 20014H-Series Motor Installation InstructionsUsing Couplings and PulleysMechanical connections to the motor shaft, such as couplings and pulleys, require a torsionally rigid coupling or a reinforced timing belt. The high dynamic performance of servo motors can cause couplings, pulleys or belts to loosen or slip over time. A loose or slipping connection will cause system instability and may damage the motor shaft. All connections between the system and the servo motor shaft must be rigid to achieve acceptable response from the system. Periodically inspect connections to verify their rigidity.When mounting couplings or pulleys to the motor shaft, ensure that the connections are properly aligned and that axial and radial loads are within the specifications of the motor. Refer to Motor Load Force Ratings on page14 for guidelines on how to achieve 20,000 hours of motor bearing life.Damage may occur to the motor bearings and thefeedback device if sharp impact to the shaft isapplied during installation of couplings and pulleys.Damage to the feedback device may result byapplying leverage from the motor mounting face toremove devices mounted on the motor shaft.Do not strike the shaft, couplings, or pulleys withtools during installation or removal. Use a wheelpuller applying pressure from the user end of theshaft to remove any friction fit or stuck device fromthe motor shaft.Failure to observe these safety procedures result indamage to the motor and its components.Publication 1398-IN517A-EN-P — August 2001H-Series Motor Installation Instructions 5 Preventing Electrical NoiseElectroMagnetic Interference (EMI), commonly called noise, may adversely impact motor performance by inducing stray signals. Effective techniques to counter EMI include filtering the AC power, shielding and separating signal carrying lines, and practicing good grounding techniques.Effective AC power filtering can be achieved by using isolated AC power transformers or properly installed AC line filters.To help avoid EMI:1. Physically separate signal lines from motor cabling and power wiring.Do not route signal wires with motor and power wires, or over the vent openings of servo drives.2. Ground all equipment using a single-point parallel ground system thatemploys ground bus bars or large straps. If necessary, use additional electrical noise reduction techniques to reduce EMI in noisyenvironments.Publication 1398-IN517A-EN-P — August 20016H-Series Motor Installation InstructionsBuilding and Installing CablesKnowledgeable cable routing and careful cable construction improves system ElectroMagnetic Compatibility (EMC).To build and install cables, perform the following steps:1. Keep wire lengths as short as possible.2. Route signal cables (encoder, serial, analog) away from motor andpower wiring.3. Separate cables by a minimum of 0.3 m (1 ft) for every 9 m (30 ft) ofparallel run.4. Ground both ends of the encoder cable shield, and twist the signal wirepairs to prevent electromagnetic interference (EMI) from otherequipment.High voltage can be present on the shield of apower cable if the shield is not grounded.Ensure there is a connection to ground for anypower cable shield.Failure to observe these safety procedures couldresult in personal injury or equipment damage.H-Series motors with high resolution encodersrequire the use of Allen-Bradley power andfeedback cables.H-Series connector kits do not provide thenecessary connector grounding for use with highresolution encoders.Failure to observe these safety procedures couldresult in personal injury or equipment damage.Publication 1398-IN517A-EN-P — August 2001H-Series Motor Installation Instructions 7 Installing Your MotorThe installation must comply with all local regulations and use of equipment and installation practices that promote electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) and safety. Preferred fasteners are stainless steel.Unmounted motors, disconnected mechanicalcouplings, and/or disconnected cables aredangerous if power is applied.Disassembled equipment should be appropriatelyidentified (tagged-out) and access to electricalpower restricted (locked-out).Before applying power to the motor, remove theshaft key and other mechanical couplings whichcould be thrown from the shaft.Failure to observe these safety procedures couldresult in personal injury or equipment damage.An H-Series Personality Module must be installedon servo drives requiring a Personality Module.Rapid shaft rotation up to one revolution mayoccur when the drive is enabled, if an H-SeriesPersonality Module is not installed.Failure to observe these safety procedures couldresult in personal injury or equipment damage.Publication 1398-IN517A-EN-P — August 20018H-Series Motor Installation InstructionsGuidelines for InstallationObserve the following for installing the motor:1. Allow sufficient clearance around the motor to keep it within itsspecified operating temperature range. Refer to Receiving andMaintenance Information on page2 for operating range. Do notenclose the motor unless forced air is blown across the motor forcooling. A fan blowing air across the motor will improve itsperformance. Keep other heat-producing devices away from the motor.2. Refer to Mounting Dimensions on page9 to determine the mountingdimensions of your motor.3. Place the motor with connectors pointing downward.4. Properly mount and align the motor.5. Attach all power and encoder cables after the motor is mounted, anduse a drip loop in the cable to keep liquids flowing away from the connectors.Outer surfaces of motor can reach hightemperatures, 100° C (212° F) during motoroperation.Take precautions to prevent accidental contact withhot surfaces. 皖南电机型规详解电动机型号由电机类型代号、电机特点代号、设计序号和励磁方式代号等四个小节顺序组成。

1、类型代号是表征电机的各种类型而采用的汉语拼音字母。

比如:异步电动机Y同步电动机T 同步发电机TF直流电动机Z 直流发电机ZF2、特点代号是表征电机的性能、结构或用途,也采用汉语拼音字母表示。

比如:隔爆型用B表示YB轴流通风机上用YT 电磁制动式YEJ变频调速式YVP 变极多速式YD起重机用YZD等。

3、设计序号是指电机产品设计的顺序,用阿拉伯数字表示。

对于第一次设计的产品不标注设计序号,对系列产品所派生的产品按设计的顺序标注。

比如:Y2YB24、励磁方式代号分别用字母表示,S表示三次谐波,J表示晶闸管,X表示相复励磁。

如:Y2--160M1–8Y:机型,表示异步电动机;2:设计序号,“2”表示第一次基础上改进设计的产品;160:中心高,是轴中心到机座平面高度;M1:机座长度规格,M是中型,其中脚注“2”是M型铁心的第二种规格,而“2”型比“1”型铁心长。

8:极数,“8”是指8极电动机。

如:Y630—10/1180Y表示异步电动机; 630表示功率630KW;10极、定子铁心外径1180MM。

电机型号编制方法详解我国电机型号一般采用如下4部分组成。

1-产品代号,2规格代号,3-特殊环境代号,4-补充代号一、产品代号即电机所属的系列及类型代号。

一般采用电机所属系列和名称汉语文字中有代表性的一个或者几个字母的汉语拼音字头来组成。

例如:交流异步电机和名称汉语字中Y;; 交流同步电机T'; 交流同步发电机为TF; 电动阀门用单相异步电动机YDT等。

这一部分中,有时也采用多年来已习惯应用的国际通用字母代号,例如交流单相电容电动机,其中代号则YC,其中的;C;则为国际通用电容代号。

当字母代号后面跟有一位阿拉伯数字时,该数字表示本系列产品的设计序号或改型次数,有时也成为代数。

二、规格代号即为电机规格形式代号。

HZS120 型混凝土搅拌站使用说明书各种概述HZS120 型混凝土搅拌站是应用国外先进技术与科研成果设计的一种新型混凝土搅拌站,它采用JS2000 双卧轴式混凝土搅拌机为主机,通过由工控机和可编程控制器所组成的自动控制系统,搅拌各种配比的混凝土,其生产率为120m3/h,卸料高度为3.8m,适用于中等规模的建筑、水电、公路、桥梁、港口、机场等工程建设及大中型混凝土预制厂和商品混凝土生产厂。

搅拌站由砂石配料系统、物料输送系统、计量系统、搅拌装置、供水系统、附加剂供给系统、气路系统及电控系统等部分组成,其工艺流程为:水泥筒仓的水泥、粉煤灰通过螺旋输送机进入相应称量斗中,砂石料斗中的砂、石通过其仓底的弧形门投放到其下的水平皮带机上进行称量,并通过水平皮带机、斜皮带机输入到砂、石贮料斗;水、附加剂则通过电泵送入到各自的称量斗中,配料完毕,进入搅拌机搅拌,搅拌后的混凝土通过混凝土集料斗直接卸入混凝土输送车中。

该站整机性能稳定可靠,称量精确,搅拌混凝土时间短,质量好。

具有手动和自动两种操作方式,自动化程度高。

可储存200 种混凝土配方,配有打印机,便于生产管理。
