被告甚至提出原告“可以用左脚开车”，建议被拒后，被告表现得就好像原告毁了他的生活一般。
罪状二情感折磨1. 被告极其恶劣的行为使得原告脑中不断闪现意外跌倒时的细节，并为此感到内疚，也加深了原告对境外旅游的焦虑；更导致了原告对度假本身产生了顾虑，不论被告是否同行；同时原告也担心将来与被告在一起时自己再次受伤。
2. 被告可恶的、不可理喻的行为造成了原告过度忧虑和伤心，迫使原告产生了对被告的愤怒和痛恨。
对这种不健康的情绪原告十分不适应。
3. 原告对其配偶，即被告的人品和能否与其融洽相处十分不确定。

此判决应执行数十年或执行至原告认为合适的时间，并由被告承担一切费用，如律师费以及法庭认为适当的其他补偿方式。
