K826.16 A)肩负着对方方家山全厂火灾报警控制系统(JDT系统家山核电工程各厂房及设备的火灾监测任务,并在火警时发出火警信号及联动控制信号。

JDT系统是方家山各厂房、设备投运的先决条件,是方家山机组调试、运行期间一道重要的安全屏障。

在JDT系统调试过程中发现的问题包括系统设计、设备质量、安装质量等,例如:JDT系统逻辑关系表设计不合理、消防联动设备需JDT系统控制机柜提供DC24V电源、控制机柜多处报联动设备反馈、感温电缆安装时间的选择、控制机柜运行不稳定等。

本文将结合JDT系统调试现场的实际情况,针对吸气式感烟探测器误报率高以及JDT系统与消防联动设备设计上存在缺陷这两个问题进行系统、全面的分析,并提出合理且行之有效的解决方案。

吸气式火灾报警探测器误报率高的分析及解决方案2.1 吸气式火灾报警探测器(以下称ASD)概况ASD是一种具有报警功能及继电器信号输出的空气管路取样式感烟火灾探测器,利用高灵敏度的烟雾探测器对重要厂房、设备作出火灾早期预警,也可对需要高灵敏度烟雾探测的场所及高洁净、高大空间、高温、高湿或具有强电磁辐射等环境进行火警监测。

JDT系统监视模块对ASD火警继电器和故障继电器触点的状态进行监视,并将信息通过双总线传输至JDT控制机柜,从而实现ASD与JDT系统控制机柜通讯。

一般情况下JDT系统控制机柜向ASD提供DC24V电源,特殊情况(JDT系统控制机柜DC24V电源负载过重)下会专门为ASD设置DC24V电源装置。

1. DESCRIPTION AND OPERATION 1.1 Designation

The portable hand-held day and night ANTISNIPER device is designed for optical surveillance of terrain, detection of optical, electro-optical and light-reflecting objects (objective lenses of cameras, binoculars and riflescopes, night vision and thermal devices, geodesic poles with reflectors, etc.) and measuring the distance to them. ANTISNIPER can be used in law enforcement and anti-terrorist operations, VIP security and protection, geodesy and construction. 1.1.2. The Device contains a highly sensitive TV sensor, which performs the terrain observation. The internal display shows the observed objects, information about the Device’s operational modes, detection marks, if an optical object gets caught in the field of view, and the results of the distance measurement to the detected object. Device provides following additional capabilities - recording of video on internal SD memory card (removable) - output of video signal to external devices equipped with standard RCA connector. - operation from car power adapter (cable adapter is supplied).

首先分析已知组成和浓度的标准样品溶液,由数据处理系统生成校正曲线,再分析经过必要前处理的样品溶液,数据处理系统将其结果与先前生成的校正曲线进行比较,完成定性/定量的计算,得到样品结果。

②进样阀液体样品由自动进样器或人工注入定量管后切换位置,由淋洗液推入分析柱。

③分离ICS-1000采用离子交换的分离方式,根据离子半径和价态的不同通过分离柱分离。

④抑制淋洗液和样品离子从分离柱进入抑制器,淋洗液的电导被抑制,背景噪音降低。

⑤检测电导池检测样品离子的电导率。

⑥数据分析电导池将检测信号传输至数据收集系统,根据离子的保留时间、峰高/峰面积等参数进行定性/定量计算,得出最终结果。

1.2 仪器概述ICS-1000包括泵、进样阀、柱加热器和电导检测器等,根据检测需要采用不同类型的保护柱、分离柱和抑制器,还可以选择柱加热器。

Chromeleon(6.50 SP2)是基于Windows 2000/XP操作平台的色谱数据处理系统,具备强大的数据采集和处理功能。

2 系统组成

它通过内部的一个抽气设备产生低气压,带有若干个小孔的空气采样管从被监控区吸入空气,这些空气被吸入采用独特设计的激光采样检测室内进行分析,相应的微处理器对数据进行综合处理,判断是否有火警发生,如有则给出相应的声光及文字显示信息。

该探测器还具有故障自诊断能力,当空气采样管发生堵塞、破损;风机发生故障;系统出现问题等,探测器会给出相应的故障信息。

2 系统组成该系统由如下设备组成,根据现场需要还可以进行增加或减少。

∙吸气式探测器;∙专用电源箱;∙吸气管路;∙配接的火灾报警控制器(可选配);∙可配接的显示、控制设备(如声光显示等,可选配)。

3 系统设计3.1 设计基本原则吸气式探测器通常安装在需要提供高于普通探测器的灵敏度,希望能提供早期报警的区域,或安装在传统探测器无法提供探测的区域,比如:∙接触或者维护困难区域;∙高顶层空间;∙需天花板内安装;∙机柜;∙电缆桥架。

在设计吸气式烟雾探测系统时,首先要定义对系统的性能需求以及相关标准、规范的要求。

系统的探测灵敏度设置可根据现场需要进行适当调整,同时根据现场环境状况设置探测器的管路检测的控制阈值。

需要注意同一种设置方式在不同的应用环境及管路布置情况下其响应灵敏度及管路中气流速度会不同。

一般而言在高大的空间里,由于高大空间对空气样本的稀释,设备的响应灵敏度及响应时间会低于较小的空间。

一般的设计要求如下:∙最大单管长度不超过 100 米(一定要保证最末端采样孔到探测器的气流传输时间不超过120秒)∙最多使用 2根采样管(双管路探测器)∙需采用国家标准认可的坚固耐用的采样管(采样管应涂成红色或沿管路涂有不小于2毫米宽的红色标记,并在两端1米内标有探测器吸气管路字样);内径为20-22mm 左右(西安盛赛尔公司可提供标准管路)。

∙尽量使管路保持平直,减少弯曲的次数;如必需弯曲,也要使用小曲率弯头以保证气流尽可能畅通。

∙可以使用最长 6 米的远端毛细采样点。

∙在使用T型分支时要充分考虑其对抽气流量的影响,应适当减少抽气管长度。

∙不同设备允许开取的采样点的数量各不相同,探测器的灵敏度与采样点数和采样点的孔径都有很大关系。

∙采样点的孔径最小直径 2 毫米,采样孔的位置需要根据现场状况专门设计。

3.1.1通风口管路设置(空气流速大于1米每秒)这个系统假设保护区内的任何烟雾都最终将经过空气处理系统,所以采样点布置在空气处理系统的进风口格栅附近。

高回风气流区域经常需要高灵敏度的探测,考虑到烟雾的稀释,其保护面积要小于常规情况。

对一些极端例子,比如洁净室等环境,保护面积还需进一步降低。

最好每个空气处理单元单独使用一根采样管,以避免气压不一致,保持气流平衡。

如果探测器安装在保护区外,那么必须把样本空气重新排放到保护区内,这样可以避免采样空气和可能的烟雾,污染其他区域,并可以平衡保护区和设备安装区的气压。

图一 通风管路安装方式3.1.2 常规环境管路设置此时系统通常将采样点按传统点式探测器布置的位置来布置。

如果需要达到增强型灵敏度或者高灵敏度,每个探测点的常规保护面积需进一步减少:因为烟雾需要热量才能上升到一定高度,如果火势非常小,那么只有最小范围的烟雾能到达高空。

图二 高层建筑物3.1.3 非常规应用及不利环境影响吸气式烟雾探测器经常被安装在不利于探测的环境里进行保护,如高温、低温、多灰尘等场合。

在这些场合中,需要将探测器安装在保护区外环境相对友好的区域,并且采样管需使用合适的、可靠的材质。

如果需探测防爆场合,探测器必须获防爆认可。

哪怕探测器主机安装在一个安全的区域也须如此。

另一个需要考虑的因素是烟雾路径,必须根据可能的烟雾路径来此确定最佳的采样位置。

如顶棚有热源如灯泡,必须考虑该灯发热所产生的热效应对气流运动的影响,热气流会向上走,必须在上方加以探测,同时考虑在热源底部设置探测点以保护下方空间。

3.1.4门廊/高空采样门廊等大空间内的空气分层随季节温度不断变化,使之很难确定其最佳的采样面。

这种类型的区域通常除了在保护区上空平面布置采样管外,还应当使用垂直的采样管,形成三维保护。

不论是在门廊,竖井还是高大仓库,垂直采样点应该以 3 米为间距,或者以2℃的温度差为间距来布置。

每个采样点还要尽可能提供水平方向的探测保护。

3.1.5密闭大空间吸气式烟雾探测系统对密闭的大空间能提供有效的保护,但是必须考虑布置远程的测试采样点,这将方便在进行例行维护,测试系统性能时,不需要完全靠近探测点。

采样点必须布置在保护区上空10%的空间范围内。

受限区域:有些区域可能不容易靠近,可能是因为保安因素或者可能导致健康损害。

这些区域经常需要吸气式探测系统的保护,且通常将探测器主机安装在保护区外。

这样可以尽可能降低由于无法靠近保护区而引起的维护困难。

非常重要的是,空气样本必须重新输送回采样区以避免污染。

3.1.6 复杂屋顶结构许多建筑物有不同寻常的尖顶结构。

不论是古遗址的珐琅圆厅,还是现代建筑的帐篷形外壳,吸气式烟雾探测系统都可以提供完善的保护。

采样管使用轻便的半硬质材质,因此可以紧贴建筑表面曲线布置,以提供常规探测器无法提供的保护。

3.1.7 冷库除了温度对探测器的损害外,主要的问题还发生在冷库的冷凝作用可能使采样点被冰堵塞。
