爽爽文档汇编之续写A Vacation with My MotherI had an interesting childhood. It was filled with surprise and amusement, all because of my mother---loving, sweet, yet absent-minded and forgetful. One strange family trip we took when I was elven tells a lot about her.My two sets of grandparents lived in Colorado and North Dakota, and my parents decided to spend a few weeks driving to those states and seeing all the sights along the way. As the first day of our trip approached, David, my eight-year-old brother, and I unwillingly said good-bye to all of our friends. Who knew if we would ever see them again? Finally, the moment of our departure arrived, and we loaded suitcases, books, games, camping equipment, and a tent into the car and bravely drove off. We bravely drove off again two hours later after we’d returned home to get the purse and traveler’s checks Mom had forgotten.David and I were always a little nervous when using gas station bathroom if Mom was driving while Dad slept: “Y ou stand outside the door and play lookout (放哨) while I go, and I’ll stand outside the door and play lookout while you go.” I had terrible pictures in my mind: “Honey, where are the kids?” “What?! Oh, Gosh (I)thought they were being awfully quite.” We were never actually left in a strange city, but we were not about to take any chance. On the fourth or fifth night, we had trouble finding a hotel with a vacancy. After driving in vain for some time, Mom suddenly got a great idea: Why didn’t we find a house with a likely-looking backyard and ask if we could set up tent there? David and I became nervous. To our great relief, Dad turned down the idea. Mom never could understand our objections(反对). If a strange family showed up on her front doorstep, Mom would have been delighted. She thinks everyone in the world is as nice as she is. We finally found a vacancy in the next town.注意:1. 所续写短文的词数应为150左右;2. 至少使用5个短文中标有下划线的关键词语;3. 续写部分分为两段,每段的开头语已为你写好;4. 续写完成后,请用下划线标出你所使用的关键词语。

Armed with my backpack and a map, I set out to discover the hidden treasures of this enchanting land.My first stop was the picturesque city of Hangzhou, famous for its stunning West Lake. As I strolled along the promenade, I was greeted by the sight of elegant pagodas and weeping willow trees swaying in the gentle breeze. The air was filled with the sweet scent of osmanthus flowers, adding to the magical atmosphere of the place.Next, I visited the ancient town of Wuzhen, where time seemed to stand still. The narrow cobbled streets were lined with traditional wooden houses, and the sound of wooden clogs clacking on the pavement filled the air. I wandered through the maze of alleyways, discovering hidden courtyards and quaint tea houses where I sampled the local delicacies. From Wuzhen, I travelled to the vibrant city of Ningbo, known for its bustling markets and vibrant nightlife. I spent the day exploring the historic Tianyi Pavilion, one of the oldest private libraries in China, and feasting on delicious street food at the bustling Fangqian Street. As my journey drew to a close, I reflected on the unforgettable experiences I had during my time in Zhejiang. The stunning natural beauty, rich cultural heritage, and warm hospitality of the people had left a lasting impression on me. A woman hurriedly opened the door and stretched out her hand, shouting, “Get in!” Mac grabbed her hand without hesitation, left his bicycle lying on the road and jumped into the car. The moment he shut the door, he caught the glimpse of the fierce eyes and hungry look of the wolf by the door. A cold feeling crept over his heart and made him shiver. However, the car had left the wolf far behind, which made him sigh with relief. Mac thanked Paul and Becky and afterwards they pulled over by the road to wait for Mac’s friends.

Thinking of this tent, Mom suggested that we go camping in the next village in excitement, with her eyes glittering(with 复合结构). Considering her enthusiasm, we all agreed. When the door of our car opened, Mom stormed out instantly and urged us to put up the tent. David and I were asked to pick up some branches to build a fire. 2017年6月浙江高考英语读后续写范文As the final year students in Zhejiang province were sitting in the exam hall, they were nervous yet determined to do their best in the English section of the college entrance exam. The reading comprehension portion was particularly challenging, with a passage about the impact of technology on society. In the passage, the author discussed the pros and cons of technological advancements in modern society. Theyhighlighted how technology has brought about convenience and efficiency in various aspects of life, such as communication, transportation, and healthcare. On the other hand, the author also pointed out the potential negative effects of over-reliance on technology, such as social isolation, loss of privacy, and job displacement caused by automation. After reading the passage, the students were asked to write a continuation of the passage, expressing their own views on the topic. Many students took a moment to gather their thoughts before starting to write. Some argued that the benefits of technology far outweighed the drawbacks, citing examples of how it has improved their lives and the lives of those around them. Others, however, expressed concerns about the negative consequences of technological advancement, and emphasized the importance of finding a balance between embracing progress and preserving traditional values. One student, in particular, took a different approach and proposed potential solutions to mitigate the harmful effects of technology. They suggested that society should prioritize education and training in the face of automation, and that regulations should be put in place to protect individuals' privacy in the digital age.As the students finished their essays and handed in their papers, a sense of relief and accomplishment filled the air. They knew that they had done their best to articulate their thoughts and opinions on a thought-provoking topic. Regardless of their individual perspectives, one thing was clear - the impact of technology on society is a complex and multi-faceted issue that requires careful consideration and ongoing discussion.。

If we complained about not having what other kids did, we'd hear something like, “I don't care what so-and-so got for his birthday, you are not getting a TV in your room or a big party.” We had to earn our allowance (零用钱)by doing chores(家务)around the house. I can still remember how long it took to polish the legs of our coffee table. My brothers can no doubt remember hours spent cleaning the house. We had to keep track of our belongings, and if something was lost, it was not replaced. It was one summer day. My mother drove me to the bike shop to get a tire fixed —and there it was in the window —white, shiny, plastic and decorated with flowers. The basket winked at me and I knew —I knew —I had to have it.“It's beautiful,” my mother said when I pointed it out to her, “What a neat basket.”I tried to hold off at first, but then I couldn't stand it any longer. “Mom, please can I get it? I'll do extra chores for as long as you say. I’ll do anything, but I love that basket. Please, Mom, please?" 1 was desperate.“You know," she said, gently rubbing my back while we both stared at what I believed was the coolest thing ever, “If you save up you could buy this yourself.”“By the time I earn enough it’ll be gone! Someone else will buy it. Please, Mom, please?”“There might be another way," she said.1. 续写词数应为150左右2. 请按如下格式在答题卡的相应位置作答。

On a bright, warm July afternoon, Mac Hollan, a primary school teacher, was cycling from his home to Alaska with his friends. One of his friends had stopped to make a bicycle repair, but they had encouraged Mac to carry on, and they would catch up with him soon. As Mac pedaled(骑行) along alone, he thought fondly of his wife and two young daughters at home. He hoped to show them this beautiful place someday. Then Mac heard quick and loud breathing behind him. "Man, that’s a big dog!" he thought. But when he looked to the side, he saw instantl y that it wasn’t a dog at all, but a wolf, quickly catching up with him.Mac’s heart jumped. He found out his can of bear spray. With one hand on the bars, he fired the spray at the wolf. A bright red cloud enveloped the animal, and to Mac’s relief, it fell back, shaking its head. But a minute later, it was by his side again. Then it attacked the back of Mac’s bike, tearing open his tent bag. He fired at the wolf a second time, and again, it fell back only to quickly restart the chase(追赶).Mac was pedaling hard now. He waved and yelled at passing cars but was careful not to slow down. He saw a steep uphill climb before him. He knew that once he hit the hill, he’d be easily caught up and the wolf’s teeth would be tearing into his flesh. At this moment, Paul and Becky were driving their car on their way to Alaska. They didn’t think much of it when they saw two cyclists repairing their bike on the side of the road. A bit later, they spotted what they, too, assumed was a dog running alongside a man on a bike. As they got closer, they realized that the dog was a wolf. Mac heard a large vehicle behind him. He pulled in front of it as the wolf was catching up fast, just a dozen yards away now.Preparations for writing:How the story begins: find the key words.Who: __________________________________________________________________When: __________________________________________________________________What: __________________________________________________________________How the story develops: Use a sentence to describe the development.__________________________________________________________________Action!
