海信面试

我最初应聘的岗位是海信商用智能公司的结构设计岗位

第一轮面试是英语面试，十个人一组，两个HR，其中一个是做记录的。首先给你一两分钟的自我介绍，然后每个人回答一个问题，一般四个人的问题是一样的。我们那组十个人分别问的是：介绍一下你的家乡、介绍一下你的爱好、介绍一下你的项目。一轮面试就这么完事了，没有想象的那么狗血，还是挺简单的。一轮结束以后回去等待消息，第二天我在海信网申系统中看到自己的状态变为“已进入人才库”，我的天哪，沉重的打击，我感觉自己面试的还行啊，大多是经过英语面试以后状态都是“综合面试中”（当然也有很多显示“综合面试中”的最终也没有得到二面的机会），一晚上没睡好觉，毕竟准备好几天，心想就这样吧，不要我就在找别的。

意想不到的是，第二天下午6点多吃完饭刚回来，接到一个电话，使用座机打的，电话里说是海信的HR，说我被智能商用公司给推荐到并向公司了，如果可以的话让我明天去酒店进行综合面试（技术+个人素质），带着网申的简历和自己做的简历以及以前做过的项目图片（整理成WORD打印出来，彩印，清晰明了，比较管用），让我十一点过去，当时由于我还有一个面试，两个面试时间一样，我想着早点去看看能不能提前面试以后再去另一个企业面试，我不到十点就去了前面有两个人，我就在那等，一个人大约面试三四十分钟，看来另一个企业的面试不能去了，我果断放弃了。

终于轮到我了，面试官连个女HR，一个技术HR，我先向他们问好，然后坐下，HR简单介绍了一下，就开始了，跟技术HR聊得比较多。先问我那份简历比较全面（网申简历和自制简历），我说自制的比较全面，他问为什么，我说：“网申建立很多自己想表达的东西表达不出来”，他笑着来了一句：“就是说没有足够让你发挥的空间呗”，我笑着点点头。然后问我都学过什么课程，我说：“机械设计、机械原理、机械制造工艺学、PLC等”，他又问“学过有关材料的课程吗？”，我说：“学过机械工程材料、金属工艺学”，于是他开始问我问题了；粗糙度的单位（微米），粗糙度的定义，粗糙度两种不同的符号分别代表什么意思（一种是去除表面材料、一种是不去除表面材料），基准制（基孔制、基轴制），基准制都用于什么场合（标准件），一般设计中都用哪一种（基孔制，因为孔难加工），热处理方式（回火、退火、淬火等），在设计过程中要考虑哪些问题（设计要求、加工、转配、美观等）。专业知识大约就是这些，然后问我项目。最后问我一些自己的情况，家庭，男女朋友，爱好等。最后的最后，女HR问我还有什么要说的吗，我就表达了一下自己要去海信的意愿，同时说了一下自己应聘这个岗位的优势。心得：应聘岗位与简历内容一定要匹配，比如硬应聘结构设计岗位，你的简历必须有几个设计项目。面试的时候把自己真实的一面呈现出来，真诚的和面试官交流。

Good morning, everyone. My name is XXX, it is really a great honor to have this opportunity for the interview, I am XXyears old, and born in XX, XX province,and I am studying in NEU for my master’s degree, majoring in mechanical manufacturing and automation. I achieved bachelor’s degree on Mechanical Design-Manufacture and Automation in XXX University.

In the university, I spent most of my time on study and acquired many scholarships. I was also devoted in research and got first prize in 3DDL competition. What’s more, I have been in charge of lots of projects and achieved good results. In life, I gained the recognition from teachers and classmates and awarded the title of excellent graduate of Shang Dong Province, and “three good postgraduate” of NEU.

It is said that people of Shan Dong is homesick and I am no exceptional. I have been longing to join Hisence. Please give me an opportunity to work hard for it. That’s all, thank you.

面试常问问题：

1.Why do you apply for Hisense？

海信是中国乃至世界著名家电企业，我的专业与海尔提供的结构设计工程师相适应。此外，海信位于山东青岛，毕业后我打算回家乡工作，海信是一直渴望加入的公司。First,Hisense is the famous appliance company in China, even in the word and is the company I have been eager to join in. Then, My major (加上你的专业) is match with the structural designengineer Hisence supply. The most important point is that Hisense is located in Qingdao, and I want to work in hometown after graduate.

海信是一家生产电视、冰箱、空调、洗衣机的大型家电企业，在全国家喻户晓，是中国五百强企业。海信（Hisense）、科龙（Kelon）和容声（Rongsheng）三个中国著名商标。Hisense is one of the top five hundred enterprises in China and is famous for three trademarks,Hisense,Kelon, Rongsheng. Its products, television, washing machines, refrigerators, mobile phones, air conditioning, etc, are selling well all over the word.

在课余时间我比较喜欢大打篮球，打篮球不仅可以锻炼身体而且懂得什么叫做合作，什么叫自信等。

I like playing basketball in my free time, playing basketball not only makes my body stronger but also teaches me what is called corporation, what is called confidence.

5.What do your friends think about you？

我朋友都认为我是一个踏实肯干，真诚友善，积极向上的人。My friends all think I’m diligent,faithful and positive.

6.How do you deal with rejections(排斥)?

首先反思自己有什么缺点，然后做好自己，用真诚去消除别人对我的排斥。

At first, I will reflect my mistake, then to be the best myself. At last, I will

eliminate the

rejections by communicating with other peoplesincerely.

7. How do you define "successful"?

I think Success is to set new goals for yourself constantly and achieve it.

8.How to handle disagreement？

心平气和的坐在一起用恰当的语言去沟通，找出产生争议的原因，最后解决争议。

language, find the cause of disagreement, then solve the disagreement.

我的父母都是诚实守信、勤奋能干、与人友善的人，我也深受他们的影响。
