This is a novel by the English author Daniel Defoe,published in 1719.It is one of the most popular adventure novels in all literature.It is the story of Bobinson Crusoe, Englishman who is shipwrecked in a lonely tropical island.He builds himself a hut,grows his own food,and becomes sufficient.After 23 years he meets with a group of cannibals and rescues one of their prisoners,a young native whom he calls Friday.Crusoe and his“man”Friday become close friends,and when they are finally rescued four years later,both return to England.Robinson Crusoe was partly based on the actual deeds of Alexander Selkirk,an 18th-century Scottish sailor who spent almost five years alone on a desert island.This novel is famous for its lovely details and its expression of belief in man's ability when left alone in nature.

On the long road of life, there may be a great deal of hardship, which will obstruct your steps forward.If you never give up, everything will be conquered by yourself.

After reading the by Foddy, a huge sea was showed in the front of my eyes inconsciously, and there was a boat going ahead on the wave.Suddenly, there came out the huge wind and big wave, which made the boat turnover. Later, Robinson struggle to lead a life in a desert island. In his mind, there always exists one kind of voice,like "let's give up.it has no meaning to live as now. No one will come to save you." However, his strong will brat this thought. He made all the problems he faced with disappear. At last, he got the opportunity to get back to the civilized society.

Actually, our life is full of ups and downs, Don't complain about them.What you should do is to face with the difficulties bravely and never give up your hope. Then I believe you will have a lgiht future.

We need ability of perseverance, Robinson do not have any Tools in the absence of any circumstances be able to create a new world of their own. In our lives, perseverance will help us to not fear difficulties, to take full advantage of their own strength to overcome all difficulties, whether it is learning, or life. we often can not insist on completion of their dream, but also because we do not have willpower, we be afraid of difficulties, do not

know how to face difficulties, we are afraid they will fail. In fact, persistence is that it has given all to win driving force for the fruits of victory only with perseverance, can we hope to continue their efforts to continue to adhere to. If the perseverance to pursue their ideals are not, how can expect the same as other people realize their own ideals, to reach the end of this dream.

In summary , from this novel we can study too much experience . The most important is we must know our life is truly up to ourself. As a old says:"God gives every bird its food , but he does not throw it into its nest. Wherever you want to go whatever you want to do ,it's truly up to you".Your beliefs are very powerful and have the power to create or to destroy your life.In most cases , whatever you believe is

what you will become. If you believe that you are loser, that you never get a break in life,that you can not accomplish anything, these things will be your reality. Believe that you are unlimited, that you can do anything you commit to doing ,and when you do , your accomplishments will know no bounds.
