高端电流检测2MHz 高亮度LED 驱动器概述QX5341 是一款降压、恒流、高效率的高亮度LED 驱动器。

输入电压范围从5.5V 到36V。

通过外接一个电阻设定输出电流。

通过DIM 引脚实现辉度控制功能。

QX5341特别适合宽输入电压范围的应用。

高端电流检测达到±5%的电流精度,同时只需很少的外接元件。

由于采用滞环控制方式,QX5341对负载瞬变具有非常快的响应速度,对输入电压具有高的抑制比。

QX2303 系列产品总共有四种封装形 式:SOT23、SOT23-5、SOT89-3 和 TO-92。 其中,SOT23-5 封装内置了 EN 使能端, 可控制变换器的工作状态,当 EN 使能端 输入为低电平时,芯片处于关断省电状态, 功耗降至最小。

QX5256支持一组LED 灯,灯的控制由开关来完成。

QX5256有两种工作模式:在工作模式1下,LED 灯可在“全亮”和“闪亮”这两种工作状态之间切换;在工作模式2下, LED 灯可从“全亮”状态切换到1/4亮度的“暗亮”状态再到“闪亮”状态,这三种工作状态是循环往复切换的。

QX5256最大工作电流为200mA 。

其输入电压范围为2.5V 至5.5V ,非常适合单节锂电池供电的电子产品。

All ABs are designed to inflate only under certain conditions and in certain types of severe collisions: frontal and knee ABs typically inflate in frontal collisions; side and side curtain ABs in side collisions; Roll-Sensing Curtain ABs at a severe tilt degree, roll or lateral G-force. In all other accidents, the ABs will not inflate. To decrease the risk of injury from an inflating AB, always wear seatbelts, sit upright in the middle of the seat as far back as possible and do not lean against the door. Do not put objects in front of an AB or around the seatback. Do not use a rearward-facing child seat in any front passenger seat. The force of an inflating AB may cause serious injury or death. See Owner’s Manual for further information/warnings. 21. The Adaptive Front Lighting System helps improve vision at night. Situations such as dirty windshield, rapidly changing light conditions or hilly terrain will limit effectiveness, requiring the driver to manually turn off. See Owner’s Manual for details. 22. Smart Stop Technology operates only in the event of certain simultaneous brake and accelerator pedal applications. When engaged, the system will reduce power to help the brakes bring the vehicle to a stop. Factors including speed, road conditions and driver input can all impact stopping distance. Smart Stop T echnology is not a substitute for safe and attentive driving and does not guarantee instant stopping. See Owner’s Manual for further details. 23. Continuous average power, all channels driven, at less than 0.1% THD; 20–20,000 Hz. 24. Dynamic Radar Cruise Control is designed to assist the driver and is not a substitute for safe and attentive driving practices. See Owner’s Manual for details. 25. The SmartAccess system may interfere with some pacemakers or cardiac defibrillators. If you have one of these medical devices, please talk to your doctor to see if you should deactivate this system. 26. The engine immobilizer is a state-of-the-art anti-theft system. When you insert your key into the ignition switch or bring a SmartAccess fob into the vehicle, the key transmits an electronic code to the vehicle. The engine will only start if the code in the transponder chip inside the key/fob matches the code in the vehicle’s immobilizer. Because the transponder chip is embedded in the key/fob, it can be costly to replace. If you lose a key or fob, your Lexus dealer can help. Alternatively, you can find a qualified independent locksmith to perform high-security key services by consulting your local Y ellow Pages or by contacting . 27. 20-in performance tires are expected to experience greater tire wear than conventional tires. Tire life may be substantially less than 20,000 miles, depending upon driving conditions. 28. 应用指南
工作原理
QX2306 是一款 BOOST 架构、同步电 压型 PFM 控制模式的 DC-DC 变换器。
QX2306 所需的外部元器件非常少, 只需要一个电感和输入、输出电容就可以 提供 1.9V~3.3V 的稳定的低噪声输出电压。

当大负载的时候,由于 ESR 造成的纹 波将成为最主要的因素,输出电压纹波可 能会大大超过 100mV。同时,ESR 又会增 加效率损耗,降低转换效率。所以建议使 用 ESR 低的钽电容,或者多个电容并联使 用。
输入电容
只要电源稳定,即使没有输入滤波电 容,DC-DC 电路也可以输出低纹波、低噪 声的电流电压。但是当电源离 DC-DC 电 路较远, 建议在 DC-DC 的输入端就近加 上 10uF 以上的滤波电容,可以减小输出 的噪声。
震荡电路提供基准震荡频率和固定的 脉宽;参考电压电路提供稳定的参考电平; 并且由于采用内部的修正技术,保证了输 出电压精度可达到±2.5%。
BOOST 架构 DC-DC 变换器的功率损 耗主要是电感的寄生串联电阻、同步管的 导通电阻、功率管的导通电阻以及控制功 率管信号的驱动能力这四个方面,当然芯 片本身消耗的静态功耗在低负载的情况下 也会影响转换效率。

例如当输入为 1.5 V,输出 3.0V,负 载 20Ω(即输出电流为 150mA),RL 为 0.5Ω 时,则效率损失 10%。综合考虑,建 议使用 47uH、寄生串联电阻小于 0.5Ω 的 电感。如果需要提高大负载时的效率,则
需要使用更大电感值、更小寄生电阻值的 电感。

为了获得较高的转换效率,除了要求 用户选择合适的电感、电容外,芯片内部 的功率管和同步管导通电阻也要非常小。 功率管由驱动能力很强的驱动电路驱动, 保证功率管开关时快的上升沿和下降沿, 大大减小了开关状态时的动态损耗。
如上所述,电感的寄生串联电阻,同 步管和开关管的导通电阻的大小会影响功 率损耗。同时电容和电感会影响输出纹波。
