一产品简介DBJ-9800-III型全自动袋装水灌装机生产线,是饮用水行业一次新的突破和飞跃。
新概念袋装饮用水采用密封包装使水质更卫生、储存更持久。
本机采用友好的人机界面和欧姆龙可编程序控制器(PLC)对各道工序按设计要求准确控制,自动化程度高,操作简单明了。
各个环节均可根据包装工艺需要在人机界面上进行调节设定。
整机具有产能高,薄膜厚度适用范围宽,灭菌冲洗工艺合理,灌装计量准确,封口平整、美观、牢固等特点。
主要部件均采用304不锈钢材料精制而成,符合食品生产要求。
本灌装机设计制作精良、结构合理、操作安全、运行稳定可靠,是袋装饮用水生产的首选产品。
也可用于其他非粘滞性液体的包装。

将机器进出水管与水源连接好,水源流量要满足灌装要求。
4.2本设备用户必须提供可靠的电源接地系统,否则将可能引发事故。
4.3本设备安装时左右必须要水平,前后应允差10mm为最佳,即前面(正面)高于后面(即放膜架)10mm。
五、开机前准备5.1本机由DGJ-Ⅲ型全自动袋装水灌装机是由机架、送膜进膜系统、牵引机构、喷淋消毒、热封切断装臵、灌装以及电器控制系统组成。
见灌装机外型、结构简图(图一)。
5.2本机出厂时各项参数已调整好,安装人员现场根据使用地电压、水压可适当调整,详情见(六)使用操作。
5.3装膜:送膜架上配有X、Y微动调节及微涨力机构,同时配有断膜或无膜的光电跟踪装臵,一旦断膜或无膜,整机会立即停止工作;进膜配有主导板、进膜膜架,进膜微调调节板来完成进膜工艺。

Hot Top 2 Dual Dispenser User GuideThis dispenser is the property of Gehl Foods, LLC. IT MAY NOT BE RESOLD. The Gehl’s Hot Top 2 Dual Dispenser takes 4-6 hours to preheat an UNOPENED bag to the proper temperature in a heated dispenser.PartsRev01/18/2023loading the dispenser 1.Once the bag of sauce reaches at least 140°F , remove the outer cap and puncture the inner seal with the BagCap Opener/Puncture Tool provided. To puncture the seal, simply insert the tool completely and twist.2.Attach the valve to the tment on the bag and fasten securely using the screw collar. The valveopening should be facing down toward the short end of the bag - see photo at right.3.Place the bag of sauce in the dispenser. Align the valve between the dispenser pan using theguides on the side of the valve. Lower the bag and push the valve down into the U-shaped grooveuntil it is securely in place.4.Place a weight on top of the dispensing bag. Note: When product gets low, add an additional bag for preheating.The heated shelf life begins as soon as sauce is heating (see hot hold times in “Important Information”)5.Place the lid on the dispenser, and check to see that the valve guard is in place. If not, slide valve guard onto the tracks below the dispensing valves. Lid and valve guard are necessary for proper heating.**NEVER LEAVE A DISPENSER OPERATING WITHOUT THE LID AND VALVE GUARD IN PLACE**bag replacement 1. When the sauce ow begins to slow, remove the lid & weight and reposition the bag of sauce. Roll the top of thebag down while moving sauce toward the spout. Replace the weight and lid. Note: A second bag can bepreheated at this time. Place on top of the dispensing bag and replace weight. This will maximize ow.2. 气缸使用说明书一、说明书的使用范围本产品使用说明书是按气缸在一般气动系统中做为执行元件应用的情况下编写的,因此适用于一切普通单杆双作用、带缓冲的、无油润滑的、耐高温的,薄型的、方型的、微型的各种型号各种规格的标准气缸和在标准气缸基础上修改设计的非标准气缸。
同时也适用于普通标准气缸的基础上开发设计的各种特殊气缺缸的气缸部分。
本说明书与各型号气缸产品样本合用,其各型号气缸的特点、技术参数、外型[安装尺寸见产品样本,特殊气缸有关气缸部分按通用说明书,其特殊部分按产品使用补充说明书。
二、气缸使用条件1、气缸使用系统压力、介质温度应符合各型号气缸基本参数表规定的基本参数值(见产品样本)2、驱动气缸的压缩空气必须清洁、水份少、为此在气动系统回路中必须使用分水过滤器。
3、为了润滑气缸内部在气动系统回路中必须安装使用油雾器(无油润滑气缸可不用油雾器)。
三、气缸安装使用1、气缸开箱安装前应检查气缸在运输过程中有无损坏、两端连杆螺母或螺纹连接处有无松动,清除防绣油及防护罩(帽)方可安装使用。
2、气缸安装时应注意气缸活塞杆不宜承受偏心载何或横向载何,应使载何的运动方向与活塞杆轴心线一致,对与长行程气缸负载和活塞杆的连接最好采用可活动的v型接头或关节接头。
无论安装任何开式都必须保证气缸安装底座有足够的刚度。
3、气缸缸体在水平使用时,可用“三点法”进行检验。
首先使用活塞杆与负载相连接,当活塞杆全部伸出时,在杆的中间放一水准仪观察水平情况;其次当活塞杆处于中间位置时,在靠近气缸前端盖处的活塞杆上放一水准仪观察情况;最后当活塞杆处于退回位置时,应无别劲现象。
长行程气缸卧式安装时,为了防止活塞杆下垂、缸筒变形须设置适当支撑。
4、采用前后法兰、脚架式安装的气缸,应避免装螺栓直接承受推力或拉力的负荷。
5、采用尾部单双耳的气缸或中间摆动的气缸时活塞杆顶端连接销位置应与安装件轴的位置处于同一方向。
尾部单双耳或摆动气缸应与安装架之间留有适当的间隙。

一、缸体设施1.缸体必须按规定装有正压表、安全阀、压力表,确保设备工作安全。
2.设备使用时间较长的缸体需要定期维修和检测,以确保安全使用。
3.工作人员必须清除缸体内部淤积物和结垢等物质,保持设备良好的工作状态和使用寿命。
二、操作规程1.操作前,对设备和缸体进行一次检查,确保没有问题后方可开始操作。
2.工作人员必须全程监控缸体工作状态,并定期检测缸体内压力。
3.操作人员需要掌握操作流程,按照生产工艺要求正确操作。
4.在缸体内倒注物料时,注意避免出现抽喉或着火的情况。
5.缸体使用过程中,一旦发现缸体内部出现异常情况,应停止使用,并及时进行检查和处理。

There are no user serviceableparts. Contact a qualified service agency if your boiler needs repair or maintenance. Ask your gas supplier for a list of qualified service agencies.• A qualified service agency should inspect the venting system of this boiler on an annual basis.(For non-direct vent installations)Figure 1. Location and Identification of parts.AquastatINSPECTIONY our boiler and heating system will last an indefinitely long time at full efficiency, if it is inspected regularly and is kept in good repair and adjustment. Y ou, the user, should make regular inspections, and report any problems to your ser-vice agency. At regular intervals, you should have that agency inspect the system, clean the boiler and make repair adjustments as necessary. what you and the service agency should do is listed below. Contact your gas suppli-er for a list of qualified service and repair agencies.USER INSPECTIONThe user should make the following inspections at least once each month during the heating season and once just before cold weather starts.T ypical installation is shown on Figures 2, 3 and 4.1. VENTING SYSTEM REGULAR INSPECTIONInspect the system regularly for condensation, corrosion and/or physical damage. A qualified professional should ser-vice the boiler annually and include such an inspection at that time. The homeowner should look over the system monthly for damage, water stains, any signs of rust, other corrosions or separation of the vent piping.Should an inspection turn up signs of condensation, corro-sion or damage, the boiler should be shut down immediately and the condition should be corrected by a qualified profes-sional.If the boiler is vented horizontally through the wall, the outside termination and screen should be checked for any debris blocking the opening and cleaned as required.S Figure 2Figure 3filled with water. DO NOT operate the boiler without fill-ing the trap with water to prevent flue gas discharge into space. Periodic inspection should be made of this assembly for deterioration of the tubing and to insure that the trap is not plugged. If it is plugged or appears to have excessive sediment in it, it should be removed from the drain assembly, straightened out to clear the obstruction, reformed, filled with water and reinstalled as before.3. PIPING INSPECTIONLook at all water piping. There should be no leaks or signs of leaks at any pipe joints or around the boiler.4. SYSTEM WATER PRESSURE INSPECTION The temperature and pressure gauge indicates the pressure in the boiler at each water temperature. For most installations, it should indicate about 12 to 15 psi pressure when temperature is about 70 to 100F and from 15 psi to 25 psi when temperature is up to 240F .FOR YOUR SYSTEM, there is one correct pressure for each temperature. ASK YOUR INST ALLER OR SERVI-are higher or lower than normal, and if the relief valve spills water. Repair or adjustment is needed.5. UNUSUAL NOISEStand near the boiler and look and listen. As the burn-ers start and shut off, there should be no unusual noise.6. BOILER ROOM AIR SUPPLYAmple boiler room fresh air is required for combustion and ventilation. Check air vents for continues positive supply of air as required. Air needs are greatest in cold weather. 本缸全部采用高质量亚克力材料制作,体积小,重量轻,不易损坏,是家庭和办公室饲养宠物水母的必备设备。
本缸带有独立的过滤系统和灯光系统,可以保证水母在缸中长期健康成长。
第一章部件及功能缸体:主要部件,内有过滤系统和养殖系统等区间。
水泵:用于形成水流,以进行循环和造流。
灯架:用于发出彩色灯光,对水母进行渲染,增加水母的观赏价值。
控制盒:内有变压器、开关等部件,可以对灯架进行控制。
过滤材料:用于对水体进行过滤处理,净化水质。
滤棉:用于拦截大颗粒物体,清洁水质。
水位线:用于标示水位,在饲养过程中,保证水位在水位线附近。
第二章使用方法一、水母缸建缸方法:1、搭建系统将缸中电源线等拉出理顺,从电线孔穿出。
将滤材放入右后方两个格子中,保证放平放匀。
将滤棉放入右后方第一格中,放平放匀,并使其在下水口下方。
清理水母缸,保证水母缸中无其他杂物。
2、加水向缸中加入可饮用纯净水或矿泉水,如使用自来水,一定要加入鱼乐宝,并充分溶化,以去除水中的氯气。
加水到水母缸指定水位线即可。
3、加盐根据缸的型号,将配套的水母专用开缸盐加入前方养殖系统,并用细滤网充分搅拌,使盐充分溶化。
4、运转系统开缸盐大部分溶化后,将水泵电源接通,这时水泵将开始运转,养殖系统区域将形成环形水流,过滤系统区域将开始形成前后循环水流。
5、稳定系统系统开始运转后,向缸中加入水母保护剂和海水益生菌,以稳定水质,为水母营造良好的生活环境。
系统稳定运转2-3小时后,缸中水质澄清,无气泡,即可放水母入缸。
二、水母入缸方法1、过水。
由于水母本身生活的海水与新配的海水存在差异,入缸前必须过水,减少水质变化对水母的刺激。
首先将水母连同包装袋一起放入缸中浸泡10分钟,以保证温度达到一致,然后打开包装袋,根据袋中水量多少,加入等量的缸中的海水,静置5分钟。

Per ragioni tec-niche, l’angolo ottimale dipende dal numero di giri.Per l’alimentazione del calore si può utilizzare a scelta una piastra di riscaldamento elettrica in-tegrata, un lumino oppure la radiazione termica focalizzata della luce solare o di una lampada. Principio di funzionamentoIl funzionamento del motore Stirling può essere suddiviso per semplificare nei quattro tempi in-dicati di seguito:Apporto di calore:Per l’apporto di calore, il pistone di compres-sione (P1) si muove in avanti e sposta l’aria verso il basso nell’area riscaldata del cilindro di compressione. Temperatura e pressione sal-gono in maniera pressoché isocora. In questa fase, il pistone di lavoro si trova al punto morto inferiore (v. Fig. 1). Il pistone di compressione precede quello di lavoro e raggiunge il punto morto superiore. L’aria ha il volume più basso, la temperatura maggiore e la massima pres-sione (v. Fig. 2).Espansione:L’aria riscaldata si espande in maniera pressoché isotermica e sposta il pistone di lavoro (P2) verso l’alto.Il lavoro meccanico viene quindi ceduto all’asta centrifuga tramite l’albero a gomiti. Il volume dell’aria aumenta, l’aria assorbe calore e la pres-sione si riduce (v. Fig. 3).Cessione del calore:Nel caso della cessione di calore, il pistone di lavoro si trova presso il punto morto superiore, mentre il pistone di compressione (P1) arretra e sposta l’aria nell’area superiore del cilindro di compressione. Il motore è ora pronto all’uso.Il trasporto del motore Stirling è consentito so-lamente se il pistone di compressione è stato messo in sicurezza.A questo scopo, rimuovere il tappo del rac-cordo del tubo flessibile, reinserire il gancio di sicurezza e assicurare con l’anello ela-stico.Bloccare l’asta centrifuga.8. Funzionamento8.1 Funzionamento come motore termico 8.1.1 Riscaldamento elettricoPer il riscaldamento elettrico del motore Stirling si consiglia il seguente alimentatore: 1 Alimentatore CC @230 V 1003312 oppure1 Alimentatore CC @115 V 1003311Collegare l’alimentatore alla coppia di jack eimpostare una tensione di riscaldamento fino a 12 V (circa 1,5 A).Dopo un tempo di riscaldamento di circa 1-2 minuti, avviare l’asta centrifuga con senso di rotazione orario guardando il motore dal davanti.Se il motore Stirling non comincia a ruotareautonomamente, ripetere l'operazione di avvio dopo circa 1 min.Il numero di giri del motore si comporta in ma-niera pressoché proporzionale alla differenza di temperatura fra piastra superiore e piastra infe-riore e dipende sostanzialmente dal calore ap-portato.Diminuire gradualmente la tensione di ri-scaldamento fino a 8 V ed osservare il calo del numero di giri.8.1.2 Riscaldamento con la fiamma di unacandelaAccendere il lumino e collocarlo su un pianodi appoggio resistente al calore.Sistemare il motore Stirling con l’incavocentrale sopra il lumino.Attendere qualche minuto affinché la piastrainferiore si scaldi.Avviare l’asta centrifuga con senso di rota-zione orario guardando il motore dal da-vanti.Se il motore Stirling non comincia a ruotare autonomamente, ripetere l'operazione di avvio dopo circa 1 min.8.1.3 Riscaldamento con una lampada (spot-light)Irradiare la piastra superiore del motore Stirling dall’alto da una distanza di circa 1-2 cm con una lampadina da 60 W con angolo di irradiazione limitato (spotlight). La piastra inferiore raffredda in questo caso l’aria all’interno del cilindro di compressione.In alternativa, riscaldare la piastra superiore con luce solare focalizzata attraverso uno specchio concavo.Attendere circa 8-10 minuti affinché la pia-stra superiore si scaldi.Avviare l’asta centrifuga con senso di rota-zione antiorario guardando il motore dal da-vanti.Se il motore Stirling non comincia a ruotare autonomamente, ripetere l'operazione di avvio dopo qualche istante.8.2 Registrazione del diagramma pVPer la registrazione del diagramma pV sono inoltre necessari i seguenti apparecchi:1 Kit aggiuntivo Motore Stirling D 1008516 1 Alimentatore CC @230 V 1003312 oppure1 Alimentatore CC @115 V 1003311 1 Sensore di pressione relativa FW ±100 hPa10215321 Rilevatore di corsa FW 10215342 Cavi del sensore 1021514 1 Data logger1 SoftwareUlteriori informazioni sulla misurazione digitale sono disponibili sul sito web del prodotto, nel webshop 3B.Con il tubo in silicone, collegare il sensore di pressione relativa al raccordo del tubo flessibile. Fissare la piastra di supporto al montante dello stativo utilizzando la vite a testa zigri-nata.Avvitare l’asta con il piede magnetico nel rile-vatore di corsa e posizionare sulla piastra di supporto.Allentare la vite presso la puleggia del rile-vatore di corsa. Girare il filo una volta in-torno alla puleggia, farlo fuoriuscire dall’in-cavo e annodare ad occhiello attorno alla vite. Fissare il filo con la vite (v. Fig. 8).Fissare un’estremità del filo al gancio della biella e agganciare all’altra un peso.Fissare un secondo filo alla piastra di base per mezzo della ventosa. Sistemare il filo sopra la scanalatura dell’eccentrico e utiliz-zare il secondo peso appendendolo all’es-tremità libera.Il peso funge da carico e serve per eseguire al meglio il diagramma pV.Collegare l’alimentatore alla piastra di ri-scaldamento e impostare una tensione di12 V (circa 1,5 A).Collegare entrambi i sensori al data logger. Avviare il software.Dopo il tempo di riscaldamento, avviare il motore Stirling in senso orario.Avviare la procedura di misurazione. 冷热缸使用说明书一、冷热缸用途冷热缸(又名老化缸),冷热缸具有节能、消声、耐腐、生产能力强、清洗方便等优点,广泛于乳品行业、食品、制药、化工、饮料等工业部门,作为加热、冷却、保温、杀菌处理或贮藏浆液的必须不锈钢罐,特别适用于牛奶的巴氏消毒与保温,是冰淇淋生产线中的必需设备。
二、冷热缸结构与功能该设备由内胆、夹套(美乐板)、保温层、外包皮、减速器、搅拌桨、温度计等组成。
1.内胆:采用不锈钢板SUS304材料制成,表面抛光。
2.中层夹套:采用A3钢板或1Cr18Ni9Ti钢板制成,加强圈螺旋式装置,冷水从下到上(无压力),达到最佳升和降温的目的。
冷热缸结构图3.保温组:由不锈钢板抛成鱼鳞花纹而成,保温层用聚氨脂或玻璃棉保持与外界的温度,达到保温的效果。
4.减速器:摆线针轮行星减速器,固定在横梁中的托架上,减速器轮出轴与搅拌桨联接,采用活套联接,便于拆装与清洗。
5.温度计:规格0°C~100°C,安装横梁上,直伸最低介质位置,使液料用到最低位置也能指示出温度,达到杀菌及老化目的。
三、技术参数五、冷热缸分类按加热介质可以分为:天然气冷热缸,蒸汽冷热缸,电加热冷热缸按物料进出可以分为:敞开式冷热缸,封闭式冷热缸按结构可以分为:普通型,上下锥形,上下封头六、冷热缸的使用与保养1、说明:本设备使用前,贮液器内须用淡热水清洗干净,然后用蒸汽消毒。
物料浆液由固定在缸盖上的物料管进入缸内,或开启缸盖倒入,物料不宜装得太满,以免物料被搅拌器搅拌时外溅,造成环境不卫生或损失。
2、加热方法:加热时必须关闭冷媒进管阀门,放尽夹套内的剩余冷媒,再输入物料,开动搅拌器,然后开启蒸汽阀门,到达所需温度后,应先关闭蒸汽阀门,过2~3分钟后,再关搅拌器。
3、冷却方法:关闭蒸汽阀门,放尽夹套剩余蒸汽冷凝水,再开缸底冷媒阀门,使冷媒从夹套通过,降低缸内物料的温度。
4、保温:根据所需温度,开动搅拌器,高速阀门,并保持温度(注意温度表)以便达到保温之目的。

这其中温控系统由于采用电加热的方式而成为耗能大户,尤其是在冬季,一个中型鱼缸要保持水温在22ºC左右每月耗电费至少150~200元。
而现在很多家庭都安装了太阳能热水器,其水箱中的热水水温在冬季晴天都能保持在50ºC以上,我的设计思路就是对热带鱼鱼缸进行改造,利用水循环技术吸收热水器中的热能,调节鱼缸内的水温,从而实现节约能源、绿色环保的理念。
鱼缸总体构思鱼缸的总体设计方案如图1所示,我采用一个带温度传感器的温度控制器(型号XMTA-2202)来控制热水循环泵,当鱼缸水温低于22ºC,则开启循环泵与太阳能水箱中的热水进行热交换,当鱼缸水温高于25ºC则停止循环泵。
由于鱼缸里的水和太阳能水箱里的水通过水管隔离,所以互相不会污染。
另外,我设计了控制器直接控制增氧泵和清污泵开启与停止的电路。
图1太阳能热交换热带鱼缸设计方案温控装置的电路设计我采用的温度控制器型号为XMTA-2202,其外观如图2所示,它给出了两组触点——欠温触点和过温触点。
利用这两组触点我设计的热水循环泵控制电路如图3所示。
图2 温度控制器外观图3 热水循环泵控制电路在该电路中,HT-C触点为温控器输出的过温触点,当鱼缸水温低于设定设定水温上限25ºC时,HC-C触点闭合,反之则断开;LT-O触点为温控器输出的欠温触点,当鱼缸水温低于设定水温下限22ºC时,LT-O触点闭合,反之则断开。
这样当水温低于22ºC 时HT-C闭合、LT-O闭合,则继电器RY1通电,其触点闭合则循环泵M开启,当水温超过22ºC时LT-O断开,但由于RY1-1常开触点闭合,继电器RY1仍通电,循环泵继续开启,当水温超过25ºC时HC-C断开,继电器RY1断电,循环泵停止工作。

冷热缸使用说明书
一、冷热缸用途
冷热缸(又名老化缸),冷热缸具有
节能、消声、耐腐、生产能力强、清洗方
便等优点,广泛于乳品行业、食品、制药、
化工、饮料等工业部门,作为加热、冷却、
保温、杀菌处理或贮藏浆液的必须不锈钢
罐,特别适用于牛奶的巴氏消毒与保温,
是冰淇淋生产线中的必需设备。
二、冷热缸结构与功能
该设备由内胆、夹套(美乐板)、保温
层、外包皮、减速器、搅拌桨、温度计等组
成。
1.内胆:采用不锈钢板SUS304材料制
成,表面抛光。
2.中层夹套:采用A3钢板或1Cr18Ni9Ti
钢板制成,加强圈螺旋式装置,冷水从下到
上(无压力),达到最佳升和降温的目的。

3.保温组:由不锈钢板抛成鱼鳞花纹而成,保
温层用聚氨脂或玻璃棉保持与外界的温度,达到
保温的效果。
4.减速器:摆线针轮行星减速器,固定在横梁
中的托架上,减速器轮出轴与搅拌桨联接,采用
活套联接,便于拆装与清洗。
5.温度计:规格0°C~100°C,安装横梁上,
直伸最低介质位置,使液料用到最低位置也能指
示出温度,达到杀菌及老化目的。

六、冷热缸的使用与保养
1、说明:本设备使用前,贮液器内须用淡热水清洗干净,然后用蒸汽消毒。
物料浆液由固定在缸盖上的物料管进入缸内,或开启缸盖倒入,物料不宜装得太满,以免物料被搅拌器搅拌时外溅,造成环境不卫生或损失。
2、加热方法:加热时必须关闭冷媒进管阀门,放尽夹套内的剩余冷媒,再输入物料,开动搅拌器,然后开启蒸汽阀门,到达所需温度后,应先关闭蒸汽阀门,过2~3分钟后,再关搅拌器。
3、冷却方法:关闭蒸汽阀门,放尽夹套剩余蒸汽冷凝水,再开缸底冷媒阀门,使冷媒从夹套通过,降低缸内物料的温度。
4、保温:根据所需温度,开动搅拌器,高
速阀门,并保持温度(注意温度表)以便达到保
温之目的。
5、清洗:加工结束,放尽缸内夹套剩余冷
凝水后,应尽快用温水冲洗,刷掉粘糊着的物料,
然后用40C~50C碱水在容器内壁全面清洗,并
用清水冲洗,待下次使用时,用热水或蒸汽
(90C)以上,保持2~3分钟的消毒处理。
6、保养:要经常注意整套设备和减速器的
工作情况,减速器润滑油不足时应立即补充,半
年换油一次(40#机油),在设备不用时,一定
要用温水冲洗夹套,以免盐水腐蚀,经常擦洗缸
体,保持外表清洁,内胆光亮,达到经久耐用的
目的。
