Crystaleye 比色仪和目测法比色准确性的比较

【摘要】目的比较Crystaleye 比色仪和目测法比色的准确性。方法对21位受试者的左上颌中切牙分别用

目测法和Crystaleye 比色仪比色，并根据2种比色结果为每位受试者制作2个金属烤瓷冠，分别为目测组和Crys-taleye 组，用Crystaleye 比色仪测定每组金属烤瓷冠与天然牙颈、中、切色差ΔE 、ΔL *、Δa *、Δb *值，对差值进行配

对t 检验（α=0．05）。每位受试者和2名医师分别对2个金属烤瓷冠颜色准确性进行评分，对2组得分进行t 检验（α=0．05）。结果

除金属烤瓷冠中部Δb *值外（P ＜0．05），2组ΔE 、ΔL *、Δa *、Δb *

值的差异均无统计学意

义（P ＞0．05）。目测评分，Crystaleye 组平均分为22．90分，目测组平均分为23．14分，2组差异无统计学意义（t =0．370，P =0．715）。结论临床上可用Crystaleye 比色仪辅助医师比色。

To compare the accuracy of two shade-matching approaches ：visual method and Crystaleye

spectrophotometer．Methods

Twenty-one participants ’maxillary left central incisors were evaluated．Corresponding

metal ceramic crowns were fabricated with each shade-matching approach．The color distributions （L *，a *and b *）of the cervical ，

middle ，and incisal regions of each tooth and corresponding metal ceramic crowns were spectrophotometrical-ly assessed．The color difference （ΔE ）and color distributions （ΔL *，Δa *and Δb *）between the tooth and the corre-sponding crowns were calculated．The ΔE ，ΔL *，Δa *and Δb *values were compared using paired t test separately．Each participant and two dentists evaluated the color matching accuracy by scored it from 1to 10．The values were com-pared using paired t test．Results Regarding ΔE and the three color distributions ，no significant difference was found ，

except for b *（P ＜0．05）of the middle third region．No significant difference was found regarding values of the two

groups．Conclusion

Crystaleye spectrophotometer can be used in clinic to assist dentists in shade matching process．

临床比色通常使用比色板，但比色板不能覆盖

天然牙所在的全部色彩范围［1］

。另外，人眼对色彩的感知能力也有差异，

比色过程还会受到光源和背景色等方面的影响［2］

。仪器比色可以消除比色中的主观差异，奥林巴斯公司生产了一种分光光度计类

比色仪———Crystaleye 比色仪。它体积小巧，易于手持拍摄，

能获取全牙列标准光源下的光谱，电脑软件可以根据所获光谱提供全牙列每颗牙齿各个部位的

可视图像和数据，但其比色准确性需要检验。本研

究比较了Crystaleye 比色仪和目测法比色的准确性，颜色测量结果用国际照明委员会系统来表示，为Crystaleye 比色仪的临床应用提供参考。1材料和方法1．1

试验对象

北京大学口腔修复专业的21名研究生志愿者，8名男性，13名女性，年龄21 29岁。

纳入标准：左上颌中切牙完好，无治疗史，无明
