五、乙方的权利义务

5.2 对于乙方推荐的人选，甲方面试后因某种原因暂不能长期聘用该人选，而委托人选做兼职或代理或其他形式的服务或合作，应同样视为已完成推荐该人选的工作并向乙方支付全额服务费。
四、甲方的权利义务
4.1 甲方承诺是依法成立的组织，符合并具备法律规定的面向社会公开招聘的各项条件和手续，并且向乙方提交的委托职位信息。
4.2 甲方委托职位方式包括但不限于快递、传真、EMAIL、QQ、电话、短信、微信、口头等通知方式。
4.3甲方需通过乙方与候选人沟通、联系，不得以任何理由擅自与候选人联系；如因特殊情况需要直接与候选人联系的，应先征得乙方同意。
