空压机排气温度过高的故障排除和改造的
讨论摘要:高排气温度就是空压机因系统中出现的各种问题引起的温升故障。空压机在运行中如得不到充足的润滑或冷却,会使机体处在高温中长时间工作。而过高的油温会降低输气系数和增加功率消耗,润滑油粘度也会降低,过高的温度还会使转子和轴承材料的物理系数值产生变化,使轴承产生异常摩擦损耗,甚至出现轴承散珠事故,温度过高还会使润滑油在金属的催化下出现热分解,生成对工作有害的游离碳、酸类物和水分(结碳),严重时会使整个主机螺杆卡死或出现停跳现象,而影响企业的正常生产。

空压机是一种对气体进行压缩的机械设备。气体的压缩依靠容积的变化来实现,而容积的变化又是借助压缩机的一对转子在机壳内作回转运动来达到。空气被压缩后也就是对空气做了功,其温度必然要升高,再经过热能的传递,传到缸体上,缸体发热,过热就会出现所排出的空气温度超过规定值。而过高的温度也会使机体内转子和轴承材料的物理系数值产生变化,严重时会使整个主机抱死出现停跳现象,虽然空气压缩机厂家都对高温加装了保护装置,但故障的存在也会使该保护装置频繁动作,影响到企业的正常生产。

我厂使用的是1998年引进的3台康普尔注油式螺杆空气压缩机,型号DSR-10A,功率17•5KW,供气压力为0.7MPa,排气量为67m3/min。设备实行三机两运行,即两台运行一台备用,产气时间分别为8.6万小时8.4万小时7.9万小时。由于投入运行时间较长,设备经常处在较高排气温度状况下运行(76℃~95℃较多,甚至高达102℃),尤其在夏季最为明显。在通过常规的处理方法,如更换润滑油、空气滤清器、清洗油冷却器、冷却水管路、甚至更换新的温控阀等,使用效果仍不理想。
