一、用途及适用范围
本平板车主要为移动式矿用装备(如:移动式瓦斯抽放泵站、制氮机、注浆装置等)配套使用。

通过动力机车或绞车牵引,煤矿井上、井下均可单车或成列使用。

四、安装、使用
1. 平板车整体出厂前,应保证将轮对正确摆放到轨道上即可投入使用。

在用户正常使用的条件下,从到货之日起6个月内,确因质量问题而使平板车不能正常使用时,制造厂应负责为用户维修或更换。

2. 平板车之间的连接采用φ32三环链、φ40连接插销进行连接。

三环链、连接插销必须有有效期内的安全标志证书。

五、检查、维护、保养及贮存
用户可根据使用频度制定检修、保养制度。

一般情况下的维护和保养按表2进行。

The cam nut is properly adjusted whenpumping the handle in NEUTRAL position causes no movement of the hydraulic ram.Figure 68.0 Maintenance8.1 Cleaning Release ValveOver time, the hydraulic pump assembly may become clogged with debris or air bubbles, and not function properly.To clean the release valve and bleed the pump: 1. Pump handle quickly, raising pallet truck tofull extent. While continuing pumping action, pull lever to down position. 2. When forks reach total down position, valveis flushed. Repeat if necessary.8.2 LubricationCheck oil level annually by removing oil plug found on top of pump housing. When changing or adding oil, fill the tank through the oil plug screw hole to 80% capacity with hydraulic jack oil, about 2” deep in pump housing, see Figure 7. Do not use any other type of oil.Figure 7There is one grease fitting (#55B, section 10.1.1) located on the table. Lubricate this point on a semi-annual basis.Wheel bearings are sealed and require no lubrication. The crank shaft features Oil Lite bushings which also require no lubrication. Lightly oil all other moving parts.8.3 Piston Seal/O-Ring Replacement1. Raise pallet truck by pumping handle.2. Remove screws #70, sect. 10.1.1. This willfree the pump and handle assembly from the pallet truck.3. Empty the oil into a suitable container.Pump handle until all oil has drained.Dispose of used hydraulic oil or fluid according to local regulations.4. Pull out piston plunger #33, and/or rampiston #25.5. Remove all o-rings and seals (see Figure 8).Figure 86. Insert new o-ring or seal one at a timemaking sure to replace with the same size that was removed.7. Reassemble and fill oil tank through the oilplug screw hole to 80% capacity with new hydraulic jack oil, about 2” deep in pump housing, see Figure 7.9.0 Troubleshooting the PTJ Series Pallet TrucksIndex numbers refer to parts breakdown, section 10.0.Symptom PossibleCause CorrectionHydraulic unit does not lift. Any part of the operator’s body should NEVER be placed under the forks, cargo or load at any time.PALLET JACK USE AND CARE•Do not modify the pallet jack in any way. Unauthorized modification may impair the function and/or safety and could affect the life of the equipment. There are specific applications for which the pallet jack was designed.•Always check for damaged or worn out parts before using the pallet jack. Broken parts will affect the pallet jack operation. Replace or repair damaged or worn parts immediately.•Do not exceed the pallet jack load capacity.•Distribute the load evenly. Uneven loads may cause the pallet jack to tip, resulting in personal injury to the operator or others.•Use the pallet jack on flat and level surfaces capable of supporting the pallet jack and its maximum load. Pulling or pushing a load on a slanted or uneven surface can result in loss ofcontrol.•Store idle pallet jack. When pallet jack is not in use, store it in a secure place out of the reach of children. Inspect it for good working condition prior to storage and before re-use.•Hydraulic oil. Hydraulic oil for the pump is approx. 8.5 oz. The ISO RATING is #32 (Oil Quality Standard). #32 oil can be used at 41-104o F and low-temper working oil at 95-41 o F.ASSEMBLYSee Figure 1. Remove Cotter Pin (1) from Axle Pin (2), then pull and remove Axle Pin (2).STEP 2:Next, place handle tube (3) into Position A (see Figure 1)Position Axle Pin (2) so the eyelet hole is vertical, then insert roller chain (5) of handle through the eyelet hole (see Figure 2).Connect handle tube (3) to the Pump Body (4) with Axle Pin (2). Wait to secure with cotter pin until later step. Be sure the handle can move freely.STEP 3:Attach screw and nut to the end of the roller chain (5) into the slot of Lever Pad (6). (See Figure 2 and Figure 5).STEP 4:Check that Axle Pin (2) is pushed fully through handle, and then insert Cotter Pin (1) into Axle Pin(2) to fully secure.See Fig. 3. Keep fingers clear of any pinch points. Lower handle to a horizontal position and HOLD at this position. Pull out Pin (7) and save it for future use if handle is replaced.CHECK OPERATION:Move handle up and down (pumping motion), and operate Trigger (8) at different positions to check if pallet truck is working for raising, lowering and neutral gear for pulling loads. See Fig. 4.MAKE ADJUSTMENTS IF NECESSARY:Screw (9) in Fig. 5 is used for the adjusting the pallet jack. In the event that the pallet jack lowers shortly after raising, turn Screw (9) slightly counterclockwise, then try the pallet jack again.Continue to adjust until pallet jacks holds steady after raising.If the pallet jack is unable to lower, turn Screw (9) clockwise slightly, then try the pallet jack again.Continue to adjust until pallet jack lowers when pulling trigger (8) upward.Hex nut (10) at Screw (9) function as a lock, so it must be re-fastened and locked before and after modification.OPERATIONSee Fig. 4.Trigger (8) in lower (bottom) position is for raising the forks. Move the handle up and down (pumping motion) to raise the forks to the desired height.Trigger (8) in the middle (center) position, puts the pallet jack in neutral. This position is for moving the handle while pulling or pushing loads, and the forks will NOT move up or down.Trigger (8) in the top postion (or pulling upward) is for lowering the forks. Squeezing the trigger will allow forks to lower. Stop squeezing the trigger when forks are at desired height.WARNING:When the load or cargo is to be removed from the forks, it must not be removed until fully lowered onto floor or level hard surface.NEVER overload the pallet truck, this will cause damage to the pallet jack and may cause damage to personal property!ALWAYS postion the load or cargo in the middle of two forks. Unbalanced loading can cause overturns and damage to cargo or personal property.Do not load unstable cargo/loads.Do not leave cargo/loads in the raised postion on the pallet truck for long periods of time. 当得出结数后的Sin值就是小托板要扳的角度,注意得出多少角度,就是小托板回转多少度。

我的床子是C61250,大托板走1米,小托板走20厘米

扳小托板1度43分,与大托板联动走刀,得出1:100的锥度。

这个方法比较好,比偏移尾座好处多多。

检验:在床子运转中,我用围尺每100毫米量一下,锥度还行。

微调:1度43分,扳到差不多时走刀试车,差多少用百分表找小托板,
秘诀:小托板的旋转中心到表的距离,走刀距离是这个的2倍,那么差多少丝,或道,或杠或零点零几mm ,那小托板就扳多少,这样很快就能找准。

大小托板联动的话就得走倍数,没必要,先只走小托板找好小托板的度数。

我的小托板旋转中心到一头的丝杠处是650mm。

走650×2,看差多少敲多少。
