这次比赛我们获得了压片技能组二等奖，这次得奖意义重大，因为它是我校首次在压片技能比赛中获奖，我相信这只是一个开始，我校在以后会得到更多的奖项。
我们能获得二等奖，首先要感谢学校给我们这次参赛的机会，也要感谢唐英玲老师、岳交易老师、汤建奇老师、陈勇老师、李春华老师等几位指导老师的悉心指导，以及队友、同学和朋友们的支持、鼓励。

上海知青广场摄影大赛让我们相聚在这里，抒发知青的情感，续写知青的历史。
此次比赛“自由华彩”环节的才艺展示可真是让我大伤脑筋。
我最擅长的英文歌曲和手工制作，相信在如云的高手中一定会相形见绌。
于是，我决定进行沙画表演，那种用沙
子作画神奇而又独特的表现力，一定会带给大家耳目一新的视觉享受。
不过这只是我业余的一点爱好，并没有跟随老师系统的学习过沙画，而且也缺乏专业的表演道具，拿到台上当众表演怕是要显得粗糙些。
裹足不前解决不了问题，敢想敢做才能成功。
于是，我自制了沙画所需的道具，没有专门的沙画台就用实物投影仪来代替，没有细沙就用筛子过滤粗沙，大胆的尝试最终收到了良好的效果，在场的观众和评委们都表现出了极大的兴趣。
唯一一点遗憾就是由于比赛规定限制，投影仪没有派上用场，没能让每位观众都看得清楚，影响了互动和交流。
大众评委:现场抽取十名观众。
进场前一百名观众一人发一张号码纸，由预赛第一名选手随机写出11个号码，赛前让其写好，选前10个，第11个替补，(此条赛前保密) 20XX年的钟声已经敲响了!在新的一年里，我们又会迎来新的挑战，新的机会，新的人生。
庄子说的好：人生天地之间，若白驹过隙，忽然而已!人生短暂，我们不能躺在过去的成绩上，沾沾自喜，而让眼前的大好机遇白白浪费掉。

很高兴在今年的摄影大赛上获奖，在这里我非常感谢各位评委老师及同学对我的肯定。
其实这张照片拍摄的很偶然，并没有像我的其他照片一样是出去旅游或者是特意为了拍一个日出而凌晨 4点半起床。
细细品味其实生活就是这
样，我仅仅是把身边的美留下来，它或许是一个瞬间，或许是在大多数人不会留意的角落，然而美却往往就在这里。
用摄影记录身边的美，用摄影记录自己的心路历程。
正如照片中的小麻雀一样，静静凝望，去思索，去感悟，留下的是一个个瞬间，是一个个让人无限遐想的画境。
从我踏上摄影道路，就一直珍藏着这样一句话：摄影靠的不是前边的那个镜头，而是相机后边的大头!诚然，同样的东西，在不同的摄影人的眼里都有着不同的感觉，对于他们自身而言，或许那一个画面就意味着世界。
去观察，留意，然后思索;构图，再者曝光锁定，调节不同的感光、光圈、快门、白平衡;或是用不同的测光模式等等，一张好的照片往往就是这样从摄影师拍的一组或是几组，几十甚至上百张照片中选出来的仅仅一张。
对于创意，微距、虚化、鱼眼，亦或是多重曝光，相信每一位爱摄影的人都是这样尝试着一步步走来的。
想做好一件事就要好好努力，这次的获奖与我自己的拍摄经验和曾看过的数本摄影书，摄影协会里的交流，老师的教诲是分不开的。
然而更重要的我觉得还是我自己，用一个爱好摄影的心将摄影赋予了生命。
从摄影角度讲，学会如何用心去拍摄才是最重要的。
总之，无论如何，我还会继续努力，再次谢谢评委老师们对我的肯定，我会继续努力做得更好!
我觉得我现在的工作很开心，大家都很团结，同事们之间都很坦诚，大家将心比心，都像姐妹一样互相鼓励着，我认为作为管理者做好一家店最重要的就是这家店的氛围，他是一家店的灵魂，店铺氛围好了大家卖货会很积极，大家会团结一致奔着目标一起努力，把工作做好。
而且要用人之长，把每位同事的优点放到最大化，并及时给予肯定，每位同事都有自己的长处，得到鼓励后会更加积极努力，在不断学习和成长中形成一个良性循环，大家在愉快的心情合理的竞争中工作，我想这样的一家店是最成功的。
我们现在有一个很好的平台会奔着这样的一个目标去共同努力共同进步。
为了把这篇文章写的更加真实，我查了很多资料。
包括这条路是如何建成的，以及当时党中央下达的一些相关政策等。
了解了这些详细情况之后，我很快完成了初稿。
但是还有很多改进的地方。
经过XX书记和XX老师的多次悉心指导，终稿最终敲定。
三是在语文教学中，认真备课，积极构思复习内容及需要学生掌握的方法技巧，及时处理作业试卷，仔细分析学生反馈的学习状况，有针对性地解决学生学习过程中的各种问题，激发学生学习的积极性和主动性。
经过师生的共同努力，在中考中，语文取得了比较理想的成绩。
