】应用文写作:抱怨信、投诉信在当今商品经济时代,商品买卖活动非常普遍。

在日常生活中,人们常会遇到对所购商品质量或售后服务不满意的情况,这时可以写投诉信(A Letter of Complaint )求得解决。

投诉信与普通书信的格式基本相同。

但要注意的是,写投诉信的目的是为了求得一个解决问题的办法而不是为了泄愤,因此写信时一定要注意态度诚恳、直截了当。

一、一封投诉信应包括三个最基本的方面:1.投诉内容。

一般放在信的开头。

常用的表达法有:I am writing to you about... which I received/bought ...I am going to complain about ...I am sorry to have to return with this letter... which I received/bought... )2.投诉原因。

一般讲述对商品质量或售后服务不满意的地方。

常用的表达法有:When we checked..., we noticed...When I took... out of the bag and examined... closely, I found...When I unpacked... and tried to use it, it did not work.3.希望得到的结果。
