小学英语教研美篇为了全面提高学生的素质,更好地实施新课程标准,努力优化课堂教学,提高教育教学质量,提高我校教师的教育教学水平。

本学期我校英语科开展了一系列教研活动,总结如下:一、加强业务学习,提高教师自身素质。

1、稳步非政府教师深入细致自学《英语课程标准》,明晰各年级教学的任务和建议,积极探索代莱教学模式。

2、鼓励支持教师参加各种业务培训和学习,学习课件制作并尝试利用多媒体进行教学。

3、强化基本功训练,积极主动出席学校举办的各项各类比赛。

二、科研促教,努力优化课堂教学,提高课堂教学效率,提升教学质量。

1、融合学校的工作计划和建议,积极主动出席校公开课和优质课比赛2、积极参加教研活动,不断充实自己和提高自己的教学能力。

除了参加本校的教研活动外,还积极参加兄弟学校的教学开放日活动,从中吸收经验,做到教学相长。

平时全校各教师之间互相听课、评课,互相学习,共同提高。

3、在个人复习的基础上,强化集体复习,互相切磋,取长补短,集思广益,非政府研究上不好教研课。

本学期四个年级的教师都积极开展了研讨课,各自的课堂教学效果甚不好。

其中四年级赵燕子老师在学校效力的研讨课受镇英语评课小组高度的评价。

4、检查教师的备课、听课和作业批改以及各单元自查情况,各个老师都能按要求做好工作。

三、狠抓后进生的转变和培育优生的工作。

1、严格要求按计划抓好各方面的教学工作,写好复习计划,实施有效的复习,在期末自查中获得了较好的成绩,中下生大大减少了。

2、各负责管理老师按时至班严格执行,狠抓落实、狠抓每天一念。

3、按计划上好辅导课和开展了"一帮一"优帮差活动,培优转差取得了一定成绩。

四、积极开展不好英语课外活动,拓宽知识面。

1、课余兴趣活动中,教唱英文歌曲,做游戏,演对话,增强了学生学习英语的兴趣。

2、按计划积极开展了一系列活动,进一步增强自学英语的兴趣。

本学期举办了三---六年级的英语技能赛,各级比赛都接到了较好的效果。
