The two women in the life of Forrest Gump----the film review on the film “Forrest Gump”Forrest Gump, the movie which I have watched for three times, is a film that surprised and moved me so much .It was based on the novel of Winston Groom while the hero is a famous actor―Tom Hanks. He performed so well all through the film that I enjoyed the warm human nature, the inspiration of belief and other virtues through any scene in it.The female, a kind of role, is very essential in the film as it acts in the real society .As the Chinese saying goes, women hold up half the sky. In the life o f Forrest Gump, there are two women―one is his great mother, the other is his lifelong lover, Jenny. They accounted for Forrest’s whole life.At the beginning of the film, Mrs. Gump, Forrest’s mother, impressed me much .I think Forrest with an IQ of 75 was so lucky to own such a strong-minded and smart mother. She and her Forrest lived in Greenbow, Alabama, all on their own. She told Forrest he was no different than anybody else was though he braced his legs. Under her philosophical words, “life is like a box of chocolates, you never know what you are goingto get”, Forrest achieved marvelous success in his life step by step such as entering college, being awarded the Congressional medal of honour, being a gozillionaire and so on. She was just like any mother to love Forrest from the bottom of her heart and inspire him any time. In turn she was also proud of Forrest with happy smile in his college graduation ceremony and when he was awarded as a Vietnam War hero. Unfortunately, she was sick with a cancer and died on a Tuesday. At the end of her life, she still teached her son to accept death as a part of life and to pursue his own destiny. Though keeping far away in the heaven finally, I think this mother would still look at and bless her son.Jenny wa s Forrest’s lifelong lover. They met each other in the school bus. In the film Jenny did many bad things to Forrest. From their childhood right on up Jenny and Forrest were good friends .They came to school together and grew with each other’s accompany. 《阿甘正传》英文影评Movie Review of the Forrest GumpThis is one of my favorite movies that I've ever seen. It's heartwarming, beautiful, charming, funny, and just overall great. The acting is superb, the story is excellent, and music is probably the best I've ever heard. Mostly because of the genius song selection for this movie.This movie is great.I enjoyed it very much and is one of the best I've ever seen.This movie is about the life of Forrest Gump.This movie is all you need if you want to relax and see the beauty and ugliness of the life.Forrest Gump is the life itself.The movie starts with Forrest Gump who is on a bank waiting for his bus and tell the story of his life to the listeners who come and go.During the movie Forrest tells them the story but when he finishes telling his story he finds out that he has a boy.It's a movie that must be seen. In the end her wife dies of cancer and he is alone with his boy that has the same name as him, Forrest Gump.The way Forrest handles all his successes is unbelievable. We see people who become head strong for such trivial things, and Forrest wins again and again without even bothering about the level of success he has achieved. There is a particular scene in which Forrest says to his bench mate in the bust stop ` I went to Washington again, met the president again' the statement sounds so naturally innocent. The actor and the director deserve a special congratulation in this particular scene for making it sound so natural and do not look like a egoistic boast.People say that the movie has no plot, no line to follow, but there is. It's Forrest, Forrest Gump. He is the backbone, he is the life line of this movie. What you see through Forrest's eyes are both sad and happy. But to him, it's all a part of life and it's just how you live. He ran across the country many times for what? He just felt like running. Once in awhile, we all feel like running. But we don't run, because we think that it's just a stupid thing to do. Forrest runs and he becomes a national celebrity.I really liked the setting in this movie. Where Forrest Gump starts off as a normal boy to a man in a small fictional town in Alabama, and then travels around and sees "the whole world". He didn't choose to become a football player or a shrimp fisherman; he met Bubba to even find out what shrimps were. Only one thing was something he chose and always wanted to have, to get married with Jenny. His love and everything he would do for her to make her happy. The author did this on purpose.
