内容摘要

采购管理作为企业生产经营管理过程中的重要环节，己经成为企业降低成本、提高核心竞争力的重要方法。采购管理正在从简单购买向“合理采购”转变，优秀的采购管理，可以降低采购的总成本，提高采购效率，促使企业降低产品售价以增强市场竞争力，从而提高企业的最终获利水平，而且采购的速度、效率、订单的执行情况会直接影响企业的客户服务水平。本文主要介绍了采购管理的相关理论内容，指出斯米克机电设备有限公司在采购管理上存在的一系列问题，以及如何通过有效的采购策略逐步弥补采购管理过程的缺陷，在降低采购成本的同时优化公司整体经营绩效。本文从策略采购的运用、增加采购批量降低成本、加强对供应商质量的过程控制等方面对公司采购过程中存在的弊端进行了细致的分析和努力的改善，从而证明了研究企业的采购管理具有十分重要的现实意义。

Abstract

As an important link in the process of a corporate production and management, procurement management is becoming way of reducing costs and improving the enterprise core competitiveness. Procurement management is changing from simple procurement to “reasonable procurement”, excellent procurement management process not only plays a positive role in reducing the total procurement costs and raising profits, but also enables companies to reduce prices and increase their market competitiveness, so as to enhance the ultimate profitability level of the enterprise, the speed and efficiency of procurement and the implementation of the order will directly affect the service level of enterprise. This paper includes an overview of basic theories of procurement management. It's introduced a series problems of CIMIC Mechanical & Electrical Equipment Co., Ltd in the procurement and described how to implement procurement strategy to gradually make up the defects in the procurement management processes effectively with reducing procurement costs while in the optimization company whole management achievement. The disadvantages in the procurement process are analyzed in details and to be improved in efforts through the application of the procurement strategy, increasing

the purchasing volume to reduce costs and strengthens to the supplier quality process control, thus proving the research enterprise Procurement management is of great practical significance.
