今日就陈玉教师的公开课,进行了热烈地探讨。
很多时候,评课的时候常常“离题万里”,天马行空地聊了开去。
往往在评一个教师的课时,话题会迁移到另外一个教师的教学环节的设计与处理上去;在评课的时候也不断产生并抛出话题,引起各位教师的共鸣与探讨。
这样的“漫无主题”,其实是更深层次的研讨;这样的“游离主题”,其实是更深刻地研讨。
叶文教师:这节课设计大胆、新颖,创意十分好。
教师对教材重、难点的把握比较扎实。
陆建华教师:这节课中背景图片都是日常的生活场景,十分有亲切感,能够激发学生学习兴趣。
宋燿天教师:陈教师的教学设计每次都有其独特之处,除了能够显示教师的教学本事,也能够体现教师的教学创新意识和本事。

课程特别强调要关注每个学生的情感,激发他们学习英语的兴趣,帮助他们建立学习的成就感和自信心,使他们在学习过程中发展综合语言运用能力,提高人文素养,增强实践能力,培养创新精神。
(二)整体设计目标,体现灵活开放基础教育阶段英语课程的目标是以学生语言技能、语言知识、情感态度、学习策略和文化意识的发展为基础,培养学生英语综合语言运用能力。

有了兴趣,才能使学生在整个学习过程中保持高昂的情绪,饱满的精神,产生强烈的求知欲,从而达到良好的学习效果。
在小学阶段的英语教学中,要激发学生的兴趣,必须提高课堂的趣味性。
新课程就明确主张通过唱歌、游戏、表演、竞赛等多种形式激发学生学习英语的兴趣,培养学生初步运用英语进行听、说、读、写的能力。
苏津津:英语中的情境是指一种生活场面。
在英语教学中,创设生动形象的情境,既能够活跃课堂气氛,激发学生的学习兴趣,锻炼学生的语言能力,也可以培养学生的思维能力和想象能力。
其实小学英语的情境教学就是要求教师将教学目标外化为一个学生容易接受的情境,让学生身临其境,有直观的形象可以把握,有浓厚的情绪气氛可以感受,让学生先感受、后表达。
情境是人、事、物及其相关的综合体,情主要指人及其行为和心理;境则强调客观外界构成的自然性。
因此,在小学英语教学中,可以应用多媒体、录像、投影、实物、图片、简笔画等多种教学手段,创设特定的教学情境,充分调动学生的感官,让他们积极投入到课堂教学活动之中。
在丰富多彩的情境下,能够让学生产生学习的欲望,可以使呆板的学习过程变得轻松愉快,可见这有利于提高我们课堂教学的效率。
王剑萍:要在我们40分钟的课堂中收到良好的效果,应该在课堂上采取形式多样的教学方式,而且这些教学方式必须与学生的生活密切相连,也就是要使课堂生活化,而这并不是单纯地模仿和说说、唱唱、玩玩,要使英语课堂真正做到贴近学生的生活,应该注意以下几个方面:一是运用语言于真实自然之中,避免机械性的练习。
教师必须抓住学生们通常谈论的事,来创设适当的语言教学情景。
二是在趣味中将语言融入生活。
教师在教学设计时就必须注重趣味性及多样性,把重点放在让学生运用语言去获取与自己生活相关的信息上。
学生通过活动,既学习和运用了新的语言知识,老师也能顺利地完成教学任务。
学习语言是为了应用于生活,而语言的学习也离不开生活。
所以必须使我们的英语课堂真正成为一种生活性的课堂,让学生真情投入到课堂上。

美国心理学家罗杰斯说:“成功的教学依赖于真诚、理解和信任的师生关系,一种充满心理安全感的课堂气氛。
”根据外语教育心理学理论,一个人听力理解能力的好坏与心理素质有密切关系。
在生活中,学生时刻处于汉语的语言环境中。
小学生不适应英语的语言环境,在进行听力训练时,学生要听清、听懂稍纵即逝的语言材料,明确语言的含义,与此同时做出正确的判断回答问题。
一旦出现不会回答的题目,学生会产生较重的心理负担,变得手忙脚乱,结果往往连最简单的词句都听不懂。
因此在平时的听力训练中,教师要注意学生的心理变化,创造轻松的课堂气氛,避免使其产生厌恶甚至抵触的情绪。
教师要培养和激发学生听的兴趣。
其次,学生的英语学习过程主要是在课堂上进行的。
要提高学生的听力水平,教师一定要坚持课堂教学主阵地,重视常规教学,创造良好的课堂英语语言环境,采用丰富多彩的课堂教学方法,提高课堂教学艺术,坚持用英语授课,从而切实落实语言基础知识。
现代语言教学理论认为语言输入量越大,语言的输出才会相应提高。
当输入达到一定的量时,学生的语言能力便会产生质的变化。
对于缺乏自然英语环境的小学生来说,平时的课堂教学是语言输入的主要途径。
因此,教师坚持用英语授课可以直接帮助学生练习听力。
最后勤朗读也是提高听觉能力的有效途径。
听力的强弱,关键在于自身正确、娴熟的发音。
英语语音的正确、语调的优美流畅、节奏的把握都要靠平时的勤学苦练。
朗读过程中学生首先要注意模仿正确优美的语言材料,多听录音,努力创造听的环境,多模仿,反复读,体会说话人的情感。
在教学中,要注重学生课文朗读的练习,要求学生惟妙惟肖地模仿录音中的朗读。

听课者应该了解上课教师所上的是哪一册的哪一单元第几课时,以及了解这一课时前学生学了什么。
2、备理论。
听课教师在听课之前了解一些相关的理论知识,不仅可以帮助自己客观地评价所听的课,更可以提高自己的教育教学理论。
3、课前预设。
通过课前预设,听课者可以了解到自己对这一节课的认识并预设好一些教学环节。
在听课时,把自己预设的环节和上课教师所上的环节作个对比,这种充分准备后的听课充分发挥了听课者的主观能动性,是保证听课有效的前提。
二、听课时全面关注:教师所听的是否是一堂好课呢?最简单的“标准”是:一堂好课不在于教师教得如何精彩,而在于学生是否学得主动。
这就告诉听课者听课时更应该关注学生的学。
但学生的学和教师的引是分不开的,所以听课时应该全面关注。
1、关注教师的引。
一堂课的好坏,学生的思维火花是否能被点燃,和教师巧妙自然的引导是分不开的。
引导的方式很多,有问题启发、情境换位、身份换位、故弄玄虚等方法。
2、关注学生的学。
学生的学习是否主动通过一堂课的教学,学生获得了什么能输出多少…要求每个听课者都要认真做好学生的记时器,记录他们每个环节机中获得的时间及其有效时间。
三、听课中巧妙记录:1、教学设计式记录。
教学设计式记录并不是教案再现。
听课者首先可以记录上课教师主要的上课环节和活动方法,对一些个别的细节或者操作比较精彩的地方可以进行详细记录,然后在每一环节的旁边注明其优点以及缺点或者改进的办法,写上简略的文字,以便课后反思及评课。
2、流程问题式记录。
这种记录方式和教学设计式记录唯一的不同点就是,前者是在旁边注上设计的优缺点和改进的办法,而后者更注重听课者给自己和上课教师的提问过程。
在评课的时候让上课教师自己回答,这样的问题式评课更加人性化,更加有利于教师们的共同成长。
四、听课后积极反思:1、反思差距。
自己的课前预设和上课教师有哪些环节用的是相同方式,哪些环节不同这堂课教与学的高潮是什么,自己在听课之前想到了吗从学生的反应听课教师可以比较清晰地了解哪一种方法更适合学生,哪里还可以更好地突破,从而扬长避短、精益求精,重新设计出优化后的教学方案。
2、提炼课题。
一堂课所提供给我们的就是一个鲜活的研究材料。
听课后,对一些困惑或者质疑,听课教师可提炼出小课题供自己在今后的教学中进行研究,从而走出教学中存在的一些误区。

这样,给学生增添了无穷的情趣,让他们在愉快的氛围中,在英语的环境中学习英语、掌握英语。
苏津津:实行情景教学。
现代教学,不能停步在过去的“黑板+粉笔”的教学模式,而应适应小学生的心理特征,采用多媒体教学手段。
利用实物、挂图、录音机、幻灯机、电视机、录像片、电影和计算机进行英语教学,形象直观,生动活泼,有助于学生直接理解所学的英语。
所以作为现代教育者,就要经常利用图片、实物、收录机、幻灯机、录像机等辅助工具,利用情景和设置情景进行教学。
这样,就使学生直接地、具体地获得英语知识。
王剑萍:实施快节奏教学。
快节奏教学并非语速快、内容进程快,而是根据儿童心理和语言作为技能来学习的特性进行多形式、多手段、多环节的课堂操练。
小学生的年龄特点是有意注意时间短暂,注意力容易分散。
教师要抓住注意力集中的短暂时刻的优势,以学生能接受的快节奏来组织教学。
如何在课堂做到高密度、快节奏呢?课前可先让学生sing a song,或让学生进行一个chant.坚持在每堂课中这样操作的话会取得良好的效果。
既使歌曲和歌谣的教学渗透到每一节课中,避免为教而教。
又能帮助学生把注意力从课间活动转移到英语课堂上来。
英语教研组活动记录6活动时间:地点:小办公室主题: 谈如何上好复习课人员: 全体英语教师活动内容:在一节复习课里,设计的知识密度高,但不能简单地认为只要把备课的内容对学生进行“满堂灌”,只注重旧知识的巩固和操练,这起不到良好的效果。
一堂成功的复习课应该让学生里理清知识间的脉络,把重点放在学生的难点、弱点上以及常出错误和失误的方面,努力做到有的放矢。
我们要善于引导学生多动脑,多动手,多参加课堂活动,要努力使“重复”变为生动积极的“再现”,将能力培养置于整个复习过程中,切忌教师“垄断”复习课堂。
我们要努力做到:1、确定复习课内容,做到有的放矢,层层递进。
2、运用不同的复习方法,努力化解重、难点。
