特别是铝合金门窗强度高，以平开窗为例，其物理性能经国家建筑工程质量监督检测中心建筑门窗监督检测所检测。
铝合金门窗所能达到的各项物理性能指标可保证其应用于高层建筑，阵风较大的地区，广泛适用于工业与民用建筑等。

门窗型材隔热材料的隔热性能及机械强度均满足现行的国家相关规范要求。
铝合金型材采用**************铝业有限公司生产的优质铝合金型材，型材表面具备较强的抗老化性能，颜色为纱纹灰，美观环保耐用。
门窗玻璃采用汽车级优质浮法玻璃制成的中空玻璃（6+9A+6），中隔条采用符合国家有关门窗规范、标准的中空热压胶条，隔热保温性能优越。
门窗的密封采用符合国家有关标准的硅硐密封胶。
五金件采用高档门窗五金，均符合国家标准。
窗户的纱窗采用外置式纱窗，该纱窗能有效地防止蚊虫进入室内，纱窗的纱网采用白色的胶织纱，该窗纱具有视线好耐冲击、寿命长等优点。
二、门窗使用说明1、内开窗的使用说明：在窗扇确认锁闭的情况下转动窗执手至水平位置可平开窗扇，关闭窗扇时旋转执手至向下的位置，使窗扇与窗框紧密接确，开关窗扇和旋动执手时不宜用力过猛，以免损坏五金件。
2、浇注式隔热铝合金型材80系列单轨推拉窗：开启示意3、80系列铝合金型材推拉门：为了保证本推拉门系统的整体气密性，我司在中间勾企部位进行紧密配合设计。
故在关闭门的时候，请将另一扇门稍微向外推。

门窗使用说明书【铝合金平开窗使用说明】铝合金平开窗，顶端根据窗的大小采用2-3个铝合金合页，窗上下端采用两个不锈钢限位撑杆（开启后自动定位），开启和关闭必须按照图示要求进行正确操作使用。
如遇开启不灵活，首先检查不锈钢伸缩臂的支撑点有无问题，开启扇是否有下沉问题，不得强行开启或关闭。
如有需要请及时通知物业公司进行修理，不允许自行拆卸修理。

（4）严禁酸性，碱性化学物品接触铝合金门窗表面，以免受到腐蚀。
（5）铝合金门窗固定玻璃的橡胶嵌条由于老化收缩容易变短、变细后松脱，应及时镶嵌或更换，否则玻璃易松动，产生缝隙，容易渗漏风雨。
（6）铝合金门窗玻璃应选择蓝色玻璃。
（7）在重新粉刷房间时，要把铝合金门窗用布包上。
（8）风雨天气，请及时关闭门窗，以免雨水，尘土等侵入室内及其他情况发生。
（9）平时清洗门窗时可用水溶性或中性洗涤剂清洗。
（10）门窗应远离热源，因为过高的温度会使门窗变形及损坏。
（11）外墙装修粉刷勿堵塞门窗下水孔，以免渗水。
（12）轨、滑轮忌粘水泥、杂物，以免受破坏，造成推拉不畅顺。

铝合金型材门窗
铝合金型材分类按拼装位置分类：
型材是铝合金门窗的主要材料之一，是门窗的主要的组装、受力构件。
按铝合金型材拼装位置可分为框料、扇料、中挺料（横档料）、门窗压线及其它铝料这几类，这几类型材的具体区别可参照下表：
推拉系列：通过框料间组装，形成铝合金门窗外框，与墙体相连，固定门窗位置。
扇料平开系列：
通过扇料间组装，形成铝合金门扇、窗扇，通过五金配件与门窗外框相连。
中挺料（横档料）：
通过与外框的连接，分割门窗，也有加强门窗整体强度的作用。
压线：
通过压线与框料、扇料的组装，起到固定平开扇、固定扇玻璃的作用。

二、搬运、贮存、安装须知事项断桥隔热铝合金门窗是表面平整、光洁、色彩和谐、造型美观、装饰效果好，但遇硬物易划伤，型材容易腐蚀、沾污变色，一旦划伤会造成永久性伤痕，碰撞和挤压容易造成局部开裂和损伤，因此要求：1、断桥隔热铝合金门窗窗框、窗扇的贮存①铝合金门窗应放在通风、防雨、干燥、清洗、平整的地方，严禁与腐蚀物质接触，防止型材变形。
②贮存环境温度应低于50°C远离火源，以防受热变形。
③铝合金门窗不应直接接触地面，底面垫高不应低于10cm，产品应立放，立放角度不小于70°，并有防倾倒措施。
2、包装及运输①应用无腐蚀作用的材料包装，包装应牢固可靠，每批产品包装后，应附有产品清单及产品质量合格证。
②装运门窗和运输工具，应有防雨措施，并保持清洁，在运输装卸时，应保证产品不变形、不损伤、表面完好。
③运输、安装过程要做好防护，带有玻璃门窗扇应轻放，小心移动，以防玻璃破损伤及人体；安装前后要检查产品外漏装饰面防护胶纸是否有效；与水泥砂浆等接触时要及时清洁。
安装完毕后，应加上小心防损警示标志。
三、五金使用说明1、五金使用（内平开窗）在窗扇确认锁闭的情况下转动窗执手90°（至水平位置）可平开窗扇，关闭窗扇时旋转执手至向下的位置。
2、在窗扇确认锁闭的情况下转动窗执手90°（至垂直位置）可打开窗扇，关闭窗扇时旋转执手至水平位置。
开关窗扇和旋动执手时不宜用力过猛，同时需使窗扇与窗框紧密接触，以免损坏五金件。
门窗用户安装说明
铝合金门窗用户安装说明一、三线定位1、水平标高线：控制水平位置2、垂直控制线：控制窗的垂直位置，一般在外墙上拉通先，以窗框洞口的中线作为控制钱。
3、进出位控制线：控制窗的进出位，可以直接以抹灰控制线为基准控制，也可以将抹灰控制线抄到墙面上，在窗洞四角打出抹灰灰饼进而控制窗框的进出位置。
图1三线定位二、安装钢副框（推荐用户使用）：1、定位：将钢副框嵌入洞口内，并用木楔临时固定，然后根据三线位置调整副框位置直至符合图纸要求，可用靠尺加卷尺直接拉出尺寸来定位，也可以用激光扫平仪抄线至洞内侧。
2、固定：先在洞口两侧面弹出控制副框中间控制线，根据副框上地脚的孔位用冲击钻在墙体上打出膨胀螺栓孔再将钢副框通过膨胀螺栓锁紧在墙体上，如图23、塞缝：用干硬性水泥砂浆填补副框与墙体间缝隙并收平整，砂浆需要全部覆盖地脚螺栓。
4、收口：在窗台处先将内侧砂浆面收平至和钢副框面平齐，再做装饰面，外侧装饰面收平至和副框平齐并向外放坡，这样使窗台的内侧面比外墙面高，不使雨水内灌。
5、防水：待防水砂浆干燥后，在洞口外侧四周多遍涂刷防水漆。
6、特点：装修前后均可安装铝窗，不受铝窗制作周期影响装修。
三、安装窗框（有钢副框的情况）1、定位：将窗框扣在钢副框上，利用垂直和水平控制线调整好窗框在洞口中的位置,并用木楔做临时固定。
2、固定：用户先在窗框上标出打孔位置，孔的尺寸距框边角的距离≤180mm，孔间距≤500mm，窗边框小于1米时，每边至少需要用两个自攻螺钉来进行和副框固定。
将窗框预装到副框上，根据垂直控制线和水平标高线调整好位置并用木楔临时固定，用电批在窗框需要打孔的标记上将燕尾自攻螺钉打进窗框直至将窗框固定在副框上，如图23、填缝：窗框固定好后与副框之间一般留有5mm的缝隙，从窗框内两侧分别打入发泡剂填充，等待10分钟待发泡剂固化后将溢出的部分压入缝内并预留5mm的槽深用于填充密封胶，保证填充密实，严禁将溢出部分切割掉，如图24、涂密封胶：在窗框和副框之间用耐候密封胶填充抹平，正常推荐用户使用耐候密封胶，如用户要求用其他密封胶，可由用户自主选择。

所谓隔热铝合金型材，即内、外层由铝合金型材组成，中间由低导热性能的非金属隔热材料连接成“隔热桥”的复合材料，简称隔热型材。
隔热型材的生产方式主要有两种，一种是采用隔热条材料与铝型材，通过机械开齿、穿条、滚压等工序形成“隔热桥”，称为隔热型材“穿条式”；另一种是把隔热材料浇注入铝合金型材的隔热腔体内，经过固化，去除断桥金属等工序形成“隔热桥”，称为“浇注式”隔热型材。
隔热型材的内外两面，可以是不同断面的型材，也可以是不同表面处理方式的不同颜色型材。
但受地域，气候的影响，避免因隔热材料和铝型材的线膨胀系数的差距很大，在热胀冷缩时二者之间产生较大应力和间隙；同时隔热材料和铝型材组合成一体，在门窗和幕墙结构中，同样和铝材一样受力。
因此，要求隔热材料还必须有与铝合金型材相接近的抗拉强度、抗弯强度，膨胀系数和弹性模量，否则就会使隔热桥遭到断开和破坏。
因此，隔热材料的选用是非常重要的。
☆断桥铝合金门窗的原理：在铝型材中间穿入隔热条，将铝型材断开形成断桥，有效阻止热量的传导。
断桥铝合金型材门窗的热传导性比非断桥铝合金型材门窗降低40～70%。
☆断桥铝合金门窗的新技术特点：1、应用断桥铝合金型材。
使用滚压方式把内外铝合金和隔热条组合在一起。
2、采用中空玻璃，提高保温性能和隔声效果。
3、采用独立的密封结构，推拉窗采用双胶条双毛条婚纱摄影四密封结构；平开窗利用等压原理，采用一道硬密封和两道软密封三密封结构，具有优良的气密性和水密性。

以平开窗为例一、材料清单 1、 铝合金型材型材是铝合金门窗的主要材料之一，是门窗的主要的组装、受力构件。

表面处理方式中，我们常用的是粉末喷涂、电泳。
四种表面处理方式比较铝合金型材是铝合金门窗最主要的组成部分，在市场上较为知名的品牌有兴发、凤铝、亚铝、广亚、华加日等多个型材品牌。
目前，我们常用的品牌为佛山南海广亚型材，其综合实力较符合万科要求。
优质铝型材有如下几个特点：●优质铝型材表面平整，手感光滑平整。
●所购同一根或同一批型材，表面处理颜色均匀一致，无明显色差。
●铝合金型材表面，应无凹陷或鼓出。
●铝合金型材表面无开口气泡（白点）和灰渣（黑点），以及裂纹、毛刺、起皮等明显缺陷。
2、五金配件五金配件是铝合金门窗完成开启、关闭、固定的主要部件，不同类型的窗可以配置不同的五金配件，下表即为目前各种窗型我们常用的五金配件：常用五金配件列表目前，国产五金配件品牌较为知名的有立兴、合和兴、坚朗等，进口品牌有诺托、萨维奥、斯吉利亚、吉盛等。
目前，我们国产五金配件主要选用香港杨氏立兴的五金配件。
3、玻璃铝合金门窗面积最大的部分即为玻璃，由于保温节能要求，上海地区住宅铝合金门窗均已要求使用双层中空玻璃，最低中空玻璃配置要求为5+6A+5。

铝合金门窗规范主要有6个方面可以参考：1、厚度铝合金推拉门有70系列、90系列两种，住宅内部的铝合金推拉门用70系列即可。
系列数表示门框厚度构造尺寸的毫米数。
铝合金推拉窗有55系列、60系列、70系列、90系列四种。
系列选用应根据窗洞大小及当地风压值而定。
用作封闭阳台的铝合金推拉窗应不小于70系列。
2、强度抗拉强度应达到每平方米毫米157牛顿，屈服强度要达到每平方毫米108牛顿。
选购时，可用手适度弯曲型材，松手后应能复原状。
3、色度同一根铝合金型材色泽应一致，如色差明显，即不宜选购。
4、平整度检查铝合金型材表面，应无凹陷或鼓出。
5、光泽度铝合金门窗避免选购表面有开口气泡（白点）和灰渣（黑点），以及裂纹、毛刺、起皮等明显缺陷的型材。
6、氧化度氧化膜厚度应达到10微米。
选购时可在型材表面轻划一下，看其表面的氧化膜是否可以擦掉。

根据保温性能的不同，将传热阻值不小于0.25m2.K/W的门窗定义为保温门窗。

铝合金门窗种类纷繁复杂，有内开内倒式，推拉式，平开式等，分布位置也多种多样，有阳台落地窗、阳台窗、卧室窗、卧室飘窗、阳台门、卫生间门等。
不同风格特色的高级住宅区的装修设计、装修标准必然不同。
一些高级住宅比如一些花园别墅对装修就有很高的标准。
像广州的二沙岛别墅区、上海的陆家嘴花园等使用的多是派雅门窗的铝合金门窗产品。
然而对于不同标准的铝合金门窗有不同的使用说明。
一．铝合金平开窗使用说明
铝合金平开窗，顶端根据窗的大小采用2-3个铝合金合页，窗上下端采用两个不锈钢限位撑杆（开启后自动定位），如遇开启不灵活，首先检查不锈钢伸缩臂的支撑点有无问题，开启扇是否有下沉问题，不得强行开启或关闭。
二．铝合金推拉窗使用说明
在派雅门窗的铝合金门窗使用说明说中有介绍，内/外拉把手上下控制两点自动锁控制开启。
从开启状态到关闭，应先将窗推向窗框点即可关闭。

三．铝合金内开内倒窗使用说明
（1）、内开：在窗扇确认锁闭的情况下转动窗执手90°（至水平位置）可平开窗扇，关闭窗扇时旋转执手至向下的位置。
（2）、内倒：在窗扇确认锁闭的情况下转动窗执手180°（至向上垂直位置）可内倒窗扇，关闭窗扇时旋转执手至向下垂直的位置。
开关窗扇和旋动执手时不宜用力过猛，同时需使窗扇与窗框紧密接触，以免损坏五金件。
内开内倒窗限位可限制窗的最大开启角度，避免磕碰。
四．外上悬窗的使用说明
外悬：在窗扇确认锁闭的情况下转动窗执手90°（至垂直 4/7位置）可打开窗扇，关闭窗扇时旋转执手至向下的位置。
外悬窗开启只需把执手转动到开启位置，慢慢向外推即可。
关闭需要先向外推一下再往回拉，才能完成窗扇的关闭。
五．铝合金外开门的使用说明
外开：在门扇确认锁闭的情况下转动窗执手90°（至垂直位置）可打开窗扇，关闭门扇时旋转执手至向下的位置。
六．纱窗及纱门的使用说明
（1）、室内纱窗: 手按下纱窗把手往里拉即可开启；关闭时手拉拉绳到底部，另一手抓把手按下轻轻外推即可挂住纱窗。
（2）、室外纱窗: 手按下纱窗拉梁往外推即可开启；关闭时手拉拉绳到底部，另一手扣住拉梁按下轻轻向里拉即可挂住纱窗。
（3）、单开纱门：手拉拉梁向左右可开启关闭。
（4）、双开纱门：左右拉梁向中间即可开启关闭。
七．铝合金门窗的使用与维护
（1）铝合金门窗在使用过程中，要轻开轻关，不要用力过大过猛，更不能生拉硬拽，以免损坏玻璃或门窗框扇而给使用带来不必要的麻烦。
（2）铝合金门窗在使用中，应经常用软质纱布或棉丝擦洗干净，保持铝合金门窗表面的清洁，不受污染。
（3）推拉门窗在使用中，应经常检查零配件是否受损，发现有损坏现象应及时修理或更换，以免影响门窗的使用性能。
（4）严禁酸性，碱性化学物品接触铝合金门窗表面，以免受到腐蚀。
（5）铝合金门窗固定玻璃的橡胶嵌条由于老化收缩容易变短、变细后松脱，应及时镶嵌或更换，否则玻璃易松动，产生缝隙，容易渗漏风雨。
（6）铝合金门窗玻璃应选择蓝色玻璃。
（7）在重新粉刷房间时，要把铝合金门窗用布包上。
（8）风雨天气，请及时关闭门窗，以免雨水，尘土等侵入室内及其他情况发生。
（9）门窗应远离热源，因为过高的温度会使门窗变形及损坏。
（10）外墙装修粉刷勿堵塞门窗下水孔，以免渗水。
（11）轨、滑轮忌粘水泥、杂物，以免受破坏，造成推拉不畅顺。
（12）单点锁，执手传动器使用时一定看清是否在锁定点，切勿用力过猛使门窗变形。
（13）卫生间、厨房塑钢门窗关闭时一定要打开排气窗，确保空气流通。
（14）请勿攀爬门窗或将门窗做支撑悬挂物品，过重的物品会导致窗扇坠落及门窗变形，造成安全隐患。
