It this warning is not followed, severe injury can result. Certainfunctional checks during troubleshooting must be performed with power supplied to the device.However, the power supply should be disconnected during removal.Sheet-metal and plastic edges in the device can be sharp. Use caution when servicing this device.Never operate or service the device with the protective cover removed from the laser/scannerassembly. The invisible reflected beam can damage your eyes.CAUTION The device contains components that are sensitive to electrostatic discharge (ESD).Always perform service work at an ESD-protected workstation. If an ESD-protected workstationis not available, discharge body static by grasping the print engine chassis before touching anESD-sensitive component. Ground the print engine chassis before servicing the device.CAUTION Do not bend or fold the FFCs during the removal or reinstallation process.NOTE For service purposes, the upper part of the HP LaserJet M1005 MFP is, in effect, the"scanner" and the lower part is the "printer". Together, they also act as a photocopier, but theservice description here is simplified by referring to copier functionality only when specificallynecessary.Tip To install a self-tapping screw, first turn it counterclockwise to align it with the existing threadpattern, then carefully turn it clockwise to tighten. 21 PAGE TOO COMPLEX与PRESS GO TO CONTINUE交替出现 发送给打印机的数据(过密文本、标尺、光栅或矢量图象)太复杂。按[执行]键打印已传输的数据。(可能会丢失一些数据)。要打印作业而不丢失数据,在打印机控制面板的“配置”菜单中设置PAGE PROTECT=ON[页面保护=开],打印作业,然后将设置改回PAGE PROTECT=AUTO[页面保护=自动]。不要保留设置PAGE PROTECT=ON[页面保护=开];这样可能降低性能。如果该信息频繁出现,简化打印作业。

大家有时候用起来会发现纸上的字可以用手擦掉,那99%就是定影组件有问题了。
打印机都是一个卡着一个,必须要一步一步的下。
这就是HP1005 ,用的就是12A的鼓。
打开盖子
这是用来开关的,左边一个,右边一个
首先就是擦下这个,看见上面那个卡口没有
往上顶一下,就可以下下来了
然后是卡最上面那个板子的,连着卡鼓的齿轮。
右边往下按,往右就可以抽出来
在来下后背
看见那3个螺丝,下下来后,双手托着下面,抬一下,就可以拿下来这是连着面板的2条线
一条黑的,一条白的
在来下侧盖,看见下面的那个卡口了吧,顶一下,在来扒上面的就很轻松
下来了
这边是管面板的
轻轻一抽就可以了,从这里拿出来
上面第二层盖子一翻就开了
这是卡全面口子的
先把这按下去,在从上左右2边往上拉,一起用劲往后抽就出来了
把这边的线全部抽掉
就是这样了
下左边2个螺丝,右边一个
往上一拉就出来了

HP打印机维修HP打印机维修2010-06-0813:07打印机卡纸现象:控制板上指示灯会发光,并向计算机返回一个报警信号原因:忘记关闭盖板、打印机在打印时取出纸张、打印纸张不合规格、送纸辊运转不正常、送纸路径有纸屑、碎纸等异物、装纸盘安装不正常、纸张质量不好(过薄、过厚、受潮)、纸张传感器出错等。
排除:出现卡纸现象时,不要急躁,打开前盖板,以进纸方向取纸。
取纸时双手要平均用力、轻轻拽着被卡住的纸张,缓慢地将卡纸从打印机中取出来,切不可逆方向或反方向转动任何旋钮。
在取出的过程中,应先关闭打印机电源。
如果经常卡纸,就要检查进纸通道,清除输出路径的杂物,纸的前部边缘要刚好在金属板的上面;检查出纸辊是否磨损或弹簧松脱,压力不够,即不能将纸送入机器;出纸辊磨损,一时无法更换时,可用缠绕橡皮筋的办法进行应急处理,缠绕橡皮筋后,增大了搓纸摩擦力,能使进纸恢复正常。
专家提示:卡纸这种故障十分常见,可能有机器的内因,但也有相当大的比例是由于使用不当。
有时打印机内部没有任何纸张,但打印机却提示卡纸,此时可做一下清除内存操作(每种打印机的清除内存操作都不尽相同,可拨打厂商的免费服务热线向工程师咨询)。
为防止打印机卡纸,保证打印纸的质量也很重要,质地优异的打印纸无疑是非常适合的。
在安装打印纸之前,先将打印纸像翻书页一样打开几次,确保每张纸得以单独分离,防止静电感应引起卡纸,更要避免打印纸受潮,有时重复使用打印纸也会导致卡纸现象的发生。
打印机不能检测到墨水类型现象:打印机不能检测到墨水类型或打印出的字符模糊不清排除:先对打印头进行清洗(很多打印机的驱动程序里提供了清洗打印头命令,直接使用该命令即可),如果长时间没有使用打印机,就要多清洗几次,方法是把墨盒拆下来,在靠近打印头的地方用柔软的、吸水性较强的纸擦干净,如果还不能解决问题,那就可能是打印机驱动程序有问题,可把与打印机对应的驱动程序在重新装一遍,一般都能解决问题。

LaserJet M1005 一体机清洁与维护清洁设备清洁外部:使用柔软且不起毛的湿布擦除设备外部的灰尘、污迹和污点。
清洁扫描仪玻璃板:表面带有指印、污迹、毛发等脏物的玻璃板会降低操作性能,并影响特定功能的精确性,如匹配页面和复印。
1. 关闭设备电源,从电气插座上拔下电源线,然后掀起盖板。
2. 使用沾有非磨蚀玻璃清洁剂的软布或海绵清洁玻璃板。

切勿将液体直接倒在玻璃板上。
液体可能会渗入并损坏设备。
3. 用软皮或纤维海绵擦干玻璃板,以免留下污点。
清洁盖板衬底少量灰尘会积聚在扫描仪盖板下的白色文档盖板衬底上。

打印机都是一个卡着一个,必须要一步一步的下
这就是HP1005
用的就是12A的鼓,就是第一篇加粉的那个鼓
打开盖子
这是用来开关的,左边一个,右边一个
首先就是擦下这个,看见上面那个卡口没有
往上顶一下,就可以下下来了
然后是卡最上面那个板子的,连着卡鼓的齿轮。
右边往下按,往右就可以抽出来
在来下后背
看见那3个螺丝,下下来后,双手托着下面,抬一下,就可以拿下来
这是连着面板的2条线
一条黑的,一条白的
在来下侧盖,看见下面的那个卡口了吧,顶一下,在来扒上面的就很轻松
下来了
这边是管面板的
轻轻一抽就可以了,从这里拿出来
上面第二层盖子一翻就开了
这是卡全面口子的
先把这按下去,在从上左右2边往上拉,一起用劲往后抽就出来了
把这边的线全部抽掉
就是这样了
下左边2个螺丝,右边一个
往上一拉就出来了

Occasionally, notes and hints are included to provide directions for difficult or critical replacement procedures.AdmonitionsWARNING!Unplug the power cord from the power outlet (at the wall receptacle) beforeattempting to service the device. It this warning is not followed, severe injury can result. Certainfunctional checks during troubleshooting must be performed with power supplied to the device.However, the power supply should be disconnected during removal.Sheet-metal and plastic edges in the device can be sharp. Use caution when servicing this device.Never operate or service the device with the protective cover removed from the laser/scannerassembly. The invisible reflected beam can damage your eyes.CAUTION The device contains components that are sensitive to electrostatic discharge (ESD).Always perform service work at an ESD-protected workstation. If an ESD-protected workstationis not available, discharge body static by grasping the print engine chassis before touching anESD-sensitive component. Ground the print engine chassis before servicing the device.CAUTION Do not bend or fold the FFCs during the removal or reinstallation process.NOTE For service purposes, the upper part of the HP LaserJet M1005 MFP is, in effect, the"scanner" and the lower part is the "printer". Together, they also act as a photocopier, but theservice description here is simplified by referring to copier functionality only when specificallynecessary.Tip To install a self-tapping screw, first turn it counterclockwise to align it with the existing threadpattern, then carefully turn it clockwise to tighten. Skin oils deposited on the transfer roller might cause print-quality problems.Be very careful not to break the paper guide that is removed during replacement of the transfer roller. Because the paper guide is not a FRU, the entire device will have to be replaced.1.Open the print-cartridge door and remove the print cartridge.2.Release the two locking tabs on the paper guide and rotate the guide up.Figure 6-31 Remove the transfer roller (1 of 3)3.The clamps on the paper guide fit over the bearings on each end of the transfer roller. Do not touchthe black-sponge portion of the transfer roller. Grasp the right end of the paper guide and pull the clamp off the bearing on the right side of the transfer roller. 打开盖子
这是用来开关的,左边一个,右边一个
首先就是擦下这个,看见上面那个卡口没有
往上顶一下,就可以下下来了
然后是卡最上面那个板子的,连着卡鼓的齿轮。
右边往下按,往右就可以抽出来
在来下后背
看见那3个螺丝,下下来后,双手托着下面,抬一下,就可以拿下来这是连着面板的2条线
一条黑的,一条白的
在来下侧盖,看见下面的那个卡口了吧,顶一下,在来扒上面的就很轻松
下来了
这边是管面板的
轻轻一抽就可以了,从这里拿出来
上面第二层盖子一翻就开了
这是卡全面口子的
先把这按下去,在从上左右2边往上拉,一起用劲往后抽就出来了
把这边的线全部抽掉

可能原因•一体机前方的墨盒检测门处于打开状态。
•两个墨盒至少有一个没有安装或者没有安装到位。
•至少一个墨盒没墨、墨盒超过保质期、墨盒损坏、自行灌墨所造成墨盒无法被识别。
•安装的墨盒型号不对。
•一体机的固件(firmware)发生故障,不能正常识别墨盒。
•墨盒检测门处于打开状态:重新扣好一体机前方的墨盒检测门,如果无法扣紧墨盒检测门,请尝试重新安装墨盒。

如果打印机的型号是laserjetM1005,打印正常,复印不清楚。
建议您用标准的A4纸的原稿重新测试复印,如果仍不清楚,有如下方法您可以尝试一下:1.用干净的软布擦拭一下平板玻璃(注意不要用水擦拭)
2.将打印机的设置复位,但是复位后机器的设置会全部清除,机器恢复到出厂状态。
复位后的默认纸张尺寸设置需要重新调节
复位方法如下:在打印机面板,按ok键进入,向左键找到service,按ok进入,显示restore defaults 按ok即可。
调节默认纸张尺寸方法如下:1.在打印机就绪状态下,按打印机面板上的“ok”键,进入打印机的主菜单;
2.按方向键直至屏幕上出现“systemsetup”,此时,按“ok”键,按方向键直至屏幕上出现“papersetup”子菜单,按“ok”键;
3.按方向键直至屏幕上出现“def.paper size”,按“ok”键,找A4,按“ok”键。
3.调节复印浓度:在打印机面板上,按ok键-copy setup-def. light/dark,可以调节复印浓度。
如果上述方法调节均无效,有可能是机器的硬件故障导致的。

4.此案例:定影硅脂少(干固在陶瓷片上),添加专用定影硅脂后打印正常。

清理定影上辊及陶瓷片后(粘住碳粉等杂质),在陶瓷片上均匀加上定影硅脂后装上定影膜(见下图)。

HP 5000,5100打印机的常见问题的原因和解决办法我们以纸张的走动方式向来分析从手动进纸盒放入纸张,电脑把打印命令发送给打印机,打印机开始运转,搓纸轮开始动作。
这里,HP5000打印机因工作量很大,搓纸轮和取纸分离磨损严重,所以它是HP5000打印机的出问题的较多和一个部位之一。
表现为:不进纸,多重进纸,进纸斜,或者有纸张卡在进纸通道,其中进纸斜和多重进还有一个可能是因为它两边两个小分离垫磨损所引起的纸张经过搓纸轮后,就进入了压纸板,这个地方如果出现问题怕话,第一个,还是卡纸,第二个是打印的样张中,纸的尾部模糊不清,这个是由于打印机的两块压纸板变形所产生的。
