值得一提的是,G 110M和G 105M看起来非常接近,但其实分别对应G96和G98两种核心;G 110M和GT 130M看起来像是两个系列,但却都是G96核心。显然,NVIDIA笔记本显卡型号混乱的“传统”仍会得到一定程度的延续

GeForce 100M系列稍微混乱一些,同样是四种核心,但对应着六种型号,其中G92核心有GeForce GTX 180M170M两种型号、G96核心则是GeForce G 110MGT 130M两种型号,G94和G98核心则分别命名为GeForce GTS 160M和GeForce G 105M。
具体来说,基于G92核心的GeForce 88009800系列将会统一为GeForce GTS 150,同时G94 GeForce 9600系列统一为GeForce GT 130、G96 GeForce 95009400系列统一为GeForce GT 120,另外G98核心显卡会叫作GeForce G100,估计这里说的应该是GeForce 9300400 mGPU两款集成显卡。

GeForce GT 130M是55纳米工艺,32个流处理器,核心频率600,流处理器频率1500,显存GDDR3频率1600,显存带宽128位;相比之下,GeForce 9600M GT是65纳米工艺,32个流处理器,核心频率500,流处理器频率1250,显存GDDR3频率1600,显存尾款128位,因此GeForce GT 130M更像是9600的工艺升级超频版,因此性能上GeForce GT 130M要稍好一点,但是差距应该不大,但是因为更加先进的制程因此耗能更低。

2. 本表只列出民用显卡的参数,由于专业显卡的应用面和市场份额极小,因此未收录进本表;
3. 表中所有参数均为NVIDIA官方公版参数,与显卡厂商自行生产的显卡参数可能会有较大的不同,主要体现在频率及功耗上;
4. 以绿色字体标注的型号代表移动版显卡,用于笔记本或其他移动图形设备中;
5. 以红色字体标注的型号代表曾经出现在NVIDIA产品计划中,但最终由于各种原因取消生产计划或未能上市的产品;
6. 由于涉及的显卡型号众多,参数纷繁复杂,加之很多产品年代久远,资料匮乏,因此并不能保证参数的绝对准确以及未遗漏部分型号;
7. 流处理器为统一渲染架构的显卡才有的概念,早期的显卡采用了顶点和像素分离处理的方式(流处理器将它们二者的工作统一),所以早期的显卡并没有流处理器的概念,为

NVIDIA全系列显卡对照表在PC组件中,显卡的发展可谓是最快的,几乎每过几个月,便会有新的显卡产品问世。

许多用户常常会被名目繁多的显卡型号弄得眼花缭乱,搞不清楚不同型号间的性能指标、参数差异。

为更好地帮助用户比较不同显卡,我们将NVIDIA全系列显卡规格、参数作成如下对照表,供用户参考。

——当然,并不是绝对意义上的NVIDIA全系列显卡,某些过老的型号如TNT等因早已从市面上消失多年而排除在外。

以“★★”标注的GeForce 7950 GX2使用两块GeForce 7950 显示核心。

以“★★★”标注的GeForce 8 系列显卡使用两个时钟频率,其中较高的频率为shader 频率,注意在G80中NVIDIA采用统一渲染架构,因此并没有pixel shader与vertex shader 之分,而较低的频率则指GPU中其他单元的工作频率,即一般而言的核心频率。

“(TC)”指TurboCache,TurboCache 是NVIDIA为解决显存不足问题而提供的另类解决方案,即允许显卡将部分系统内存当作显存模拟使用。

GPU核心频率、显存频率与显存位宽以GeForce FX 5700 Ultra显卡为例,其核心频率高于GeForce FX 5900、GeForce FX 5900 Ultra 以及GeForce FX 5900 XT 显存,但这并不意味着GeForce FX 5700 Ultra 显卡性能优于5900系列。

原因在于,GeForce FX 5900 系列显卡使用的显存位宽为256位,而FX 5700则仅为其一半,仅128位,这在显存性能方面存在极大的差异。

可以这样理解,要让GeForce FX5700 Ultra得到与GeForce FX 5900 Ultra相当的显存性能,GeForce FX 5700 Ultra的显存频率必须达到1,700 MHz,即要将其使用的频率翻一番!同样的情况也发生在GeForce 6600 GT,单纯从核心频率上看,GeForce 6600 GT的500 MBz远高于GeForce 6800 的325 MHz,但是,GeForce 6800 显存位宽为256 位而GeForce 6600 GT 仅为128 位,同时,GeForce 6800 可在一个时钟周期内处理12 pixels 而GeForce 6600 GT 的相应指标则仅为每周期8像素,这些都比单纯的核心频率更影响显卡的实际性能。

一般而言,显存传输率是衡量不同显卡显存性能的指标,而不是显存频率。

显卡显存传输率的计算也相当简单,即显存传输率=(显存频率x 显存位宽) / 8。

在选择NVIDIA低端显卡时,尤其需要注意显卡的具体规格,特别是显存接口位宽,以GeForce FX 5200、GeForce FX 5500 与GeForce 6600 来说,显卡制造商可以使用64位或128位显存接口,这样带来的性能差异是很大的。
