考官：欢迎你来到 ×××公司参加面试，请坐，请问你叫什么名字？
应考人员：我叫×××。很高兴能再次介绍我自己。
考官：请问你为什么想当一名空姐？
应考人员：因为空姐是我从小的梦想，我喜欢为人民服务，我又开朗的性格，尤其喜欢与别人沟通，我也喜欢旅游，当一名空姐更适合我。
考官：请谈谈你的特长好吗？
应考人员：我热爱音乐、舞蹈，我在大学主科是英语副科是日语。我能讲一口流利的英语，能自如的与旅客沟通（简单的英语会话）。
考官：能表演一下你的特长吗？
应考人员：（适当表演）。
考官：你能否告诉我成为一名乘务员应注意什么？
应考人员：做一名合格的乘务员首先要热爱乘务工作，树立为旅客服务的思想，必须对旅客耐心、热心和关心，有工作责任心，不怕吃苦。用自己的微笑为旅客服务。
考官：你能告诉我你的优点是什么？
应考人员：我我性格开朗，容易与周围的同事相处，我有许多好朋友。
考官：能聚一件具体的事说明你的性格吗？
应考人员：（举一件日常的事例说明）
考官：谈谈你的缺点怎么样？
应考人员：我性格比较直爽，往往容易得罪人。
考官：你准备如何改变自己的缺点？如果在飞机上遇到不讲理的旅客，像你这样的性格能不能处理好与旅客之间的矛盾？
应考人员：我想只要热爱自己的服务工作我会在工作中时时注意改正自己的毛病，加强学习，提高自己的自控能力，处理好与旅客之间的矛盾。
考官：你对本公司了解多少？为什么选择本公司？
应考人员：贵公司有多年安全的飞行记录，社会各界对贵公司优质服务都表示肯定，这是我希望到贵公司工作的根本原因。
考官：如果我们没有录取你，你会有什么想法？
应考人员：我对我的能力和条件充满信心，我相信贵公司如果录取我成为贵公司的一名乘务员，我的工作一定不会令贵公司失望，如果贵公司没有录取我，说明我身上还有一些不尽人意的地方，我会继续努力，实现我的蓝天梦。

A:My name is×××.I am very please to be here to introduce myself.
Q:Here I would like to know why you wish to be a stewardess.
A:Indeed,I do have a longing to be a stewardess. my dream to be a stewardess.It is really my dream to be stewardess ever sinse I was a child .You know I like to serve others,I have a bright and cheerful disposition,in particular I do like to communicate with other people ,and I also

like traveling.And so being a stewardess is more suitable to me
Q:Well,would you please tell me about your strong points?
A:OK.I like music and dancing.My major is English while Japaness is only my second foreign language.I could speak English fluently.And what's more,I could communicate with passengers smoothly in English(I could have a simple conversation in English)
Q:Could you please demonstrate some of your strong pointes?
A:Sure.(Do demonstration.as appropriate)
Q:Could you tell me what is the most important thing to be a stewardess?
A:Yes.To be a qualified stewardess,first of all, it is necessary for her to love her flight service jib,foster the thought of serving the passengers,be patient warm－hearted and concerned for the passengers,have a sense of working responsibility,fear no hardship ,and provide the best service to the passengers with a smile.
Q:could you tell me what your merits are?
A:Certainly.My nature is bright and cheerful.It is easy for me to get along well with my colleagues aroud.I have a lot of friends.
Q:Could you please give me an example to show your nature?
A:OK.(Take a routine even to show that)
Q:Would you please tell me something about your weak points?
A:Okey.My weakness is that I'm so forthright in character as easily to offend some people.
Q:How are you going overcome your weakness?If you meet a passenger whobis not amenable to reason,like you character,how can you deal well with the contradiction between you and the passenger?
A:I believe that so long as I myself love my own service job,I would constantly pay attention to my own weakness.I would strengthen study,heighten my self-control,and well handle the contradictions with the passengers.
Q:How many things do you know about our company? Why do you like to work in our company?
A:As we all know,your company has got very good safety flight records for many years and has been highly affirmed by the public for your best service.This is basic reason why I could work in your company.
Q:If you are not hired by us, what will you think about it?
A:I am full of confidence inmy competence and qualifications. I believe that if I am hired by you as a flight attendant in your company,definitly sure that I will not disappoint your company about my work .However,If I am not hired by you,that means there is still something unsatisfactory in me.I will continuously make a great effort to realize my dream of flying in the blue sky.
