Mr. Lin, Mr.Smith is the Manager of Far East Trade Department of Timex Company. S: It’s my pleasure to meet you. L: Glad to meet you ,too. How is service here? S: Quite good. And I like the food here. L: I’ve come to make sure your stay in Xiamen is a pleasant one. If it is convenient for you right now, let’s talk about the schedule of your visit. I think we can draw up a tentative plan together. Tomorrow I’ll show you round our factory at half past eight. What do you say to it?
L: Right. Is there anything special you’d like to do? S: There is. I would like to talk to some of the technicians, if it is possible. L: That can be easily arranged. That can be done when you visit the factory. After that you’ll know our factory and products better. S: Yes, it’ll be easier for us to get down to facts.
