中文摘要

本文主要研究实验室中药配方1（香蕉花蕊、野菇娘、芒枝芯、英德红茶）和自制中药配方2（黑木耳、鹿茸、黄莲、葛根）对四氧嘧啶糖尿病模型小鼠的降糖降脂作用，筛选出降血糖降血脂效果较好的中药配方。实验通过建立四氧嘧啶高血糖小鼠模型，分别制备两种中药配方溶液灌胃小鼠11天，并选用降糖中成药消渴丸作对照，测定小鼠血糖浓度值和体重，并与喂药前相比较，结果中药配方1降糖率为19．14%，体重降幅为1.89。中药配方2降糖效果稍差一些，降糖率为16．81%，体重降幅为3.39。因此，降血糖效果最好的是中药配方1，在降血脂预防糖尿病并发症上效果更好的是中药配方2。

Abstract

This text mainly study traditional Chinese medicine formula 1 (stamen of banana, Physalis peruviana, awn branch core, Yingde black tea) and self-made prescription of traditional Chinese medicine 2 (Auriculariaor Wood ear, Cornu Cervi elaphi parvum, golden thread, radices puerarire) hypoglycemic lipid-lowering effect on four mice, screening hypoglycemic drop formula of traditional Chinese medicine blood lipid effect is good. The experiment through the establishment of four alloxan-induced hyperglycemia mice, respectively preparing two kinds of traditional Chinese medicine formulations in mice for 11 days, and the hypoglycemic medicines Xiaoke pill as control group, the blood glucose concentration was measured in mice and the weight value, and compares with the medicine, the prescription of traditional Chinese medicine 1 hypoglycemic rate was 19.14%, a decline of 1.89 in weight. Traditional Chinese medicine formula 2 hypoglycemic effect is poorer, hypoglycemic rate was 16.81%, a decline of 3.39 in weight. Therefore, the hypoglycemic effect is the best prescription of traditional Chinese medicine 1, prevention of diabetic complications in lowering effect is better prescription of traditional Chinese medicine 2.
