三、三菱FX2 PLC 实物图及面板上的LED 指示说明(用鼠标在各处点点)全屏观看第二节 PLC 的工作过程PLC 大多采用成批输入/输出的周期扫描方式工作,按用户程序的先后次序逐条运行。
一个完整的周期可分为三个阶段: (一)输入刷新阶段程序开始时,监控程序使机器以扫描方式逐个输入所有输入端口上的信号,并依次存入对应的输入映象寄存器。
(二)程序处理阶段所有的输入端口采样结束后,即开始进行逻辑运算处理,根据用户输入的控制程序,从第一条开始,逐条加以执行,并将相应的逻辑运行结果,存入对应的中间元件和输出元件映象寄存器,当最后一条控制程序执行完毕后,即转入输出刷新处理。
(三)输出刷新阶段将输出元件映象寄存器的内容,从第一个输出端口开始,到最后一个结束,依次读入对应的输出锁存器,从而驱动输出器件形成可编程的实际输出。
一般地,PLC 的一个扫描周期约10ms ,另外,可编程序控制器的输入/输出还有响应滞后(输入滤波约10ms ),继电器机械滞后约10ms ,所以,一个信号从输入到实际输出,大约有20--30ms 的滞后。
输入信号的有效宽度应大于1个周期+10ms 。
第三节 三菱FX PLC 中各种元件介绍(以FX2-64MR 为例) 一、输入继电器 X •X 、Y 还有无数个常开、常闭触点供编程使用。
• Y 外部分仅有一个常开触点供带动负载使用。
• 可以看出每组都是8个X0--X7 X10-X17(共32点)X20-X27 X30-X37 •输入输出点数根据实际工程需要来确定。
•可采用主机+扩展的方式来使用,扩展的编号依次编下去。
二、输出继电器 YY0--Y7Y10--Y17Y20--Y27Y30--Y37(共32点)三、辅助继电器 M(1)通用辅助继电器M0--M499(共500个),关闭电源后重新启动后,通用继电器不能保护断电前的状态。
(2)掉电保持辅助继电器M500--M1023(共524个),PLC断电后再运行时,能保持断电前的工作状态,采用锂电池作为PLC掉电保持的后备电源。

This represents a fail-safe function. Electrical contactsPS1 / PS2 pressure controls are equipped with high rated double snap action contacts for shatter-free and reliable operation. All contacts are designed as Single Pole Double Throw (SPDT) contacts. Dual Pressostats PS2 come with two independently actuated SPDT contacts.Switch PointsThe set points are adjustable with internal adjustment spindles. The range spindle allows presetting the upper switch point together with the lower switch point. The differential spindle is used to preset the lower switch point. The dependency between upper and lower set point is as follows:lower set point = upper set point – differentialParts with manual reset feature a fixed differential. Manual reset is possible as soon as pressure falls below / rises above this fixed differential (see selection table).Contact functionContacts on Single Pressostats PS1 are labeled 1-2-4, contacts on Dual Pressostats are labeled 11-12-14 on the left side and 21-22-24 on the right side.‘1’, ‘11’, ‘21’ refer to the common pole.‘2’, ‘12’, ‘22’ refer to the lower setpoint and‘4’, ‘14’, ‘24’ refer to the upper setpoint. This is true for all functions: low pressure controls, high pressure controls, manual or automatic reset types.Automatic resetOn pressure rise above the upper setpoint, contacts 1-2 (11-12; 21-22) open and contacts 1-4 (11-14, 21-24) close. On decreasing pressure below lower setpoint contacts 1-4 (11-14; 21-24) open and contacts 1-2 (11-12; 21-22) close. Manual reset low pressureOn decreasing pressure below the lower setpoint, contacts 1-4 open, contacts 1-2 close and latch. On pressure rise above fixed differential per Selection Table and after pressing the manual reset button, contacts 1-2 will open and contacts 1-4 will close again.Manual reset high pressureOn increasing pressure above the upper setpoint, contacts 1-2 open, contacts 1-4 close and latch. On falling pressure below fixed differential per Selection Table and after pressing the manual reset button, contacts 1-4 will open and contacts 1-2 will close again.For operational safety, all PS1 / PS2 with manual reset are designed as trip-free controls, i.e. pressing the manual reset button while the pressure has not reached its reset threshold will not operate the electrical contacts.Installation and maintenanceA front access manual toggleis provided for checking outcontrol operation. On lowpressure controls this togglemay be used to override thelow pressure signal duringsystem evacuation, avoidingthe need to undo the electricalwiring for this purpose.The standard mounting holes for mounting brackets are equipped with a universal thread to fit both, M4 and UNC 8-32 screws.The standard wholesalepackage includes twomounting screws and alocking plate. 本次评估目的是对衡阳南风化工有限公司的99%股权进行评估,提供其在评估基准日的市场价值,作为南风化工集团股份有限公司拟转让衡阳南风化工有限公司99%股权的价值参考。
本次评估对象为衡阳南风化工有限公司99%股权;评估范围为衡阳南风化工有限公司全部资产及负债;评估的价值类型为市场价值;评估基准日为2014年9月30日。
评估师履行了必要的评估程序,以资产的持续使用和公开市场等为前提,采用资产基础法进行了评定估算。
并将其评估结果作为评估报告的最终结论。
至评估基准日,衡阳南风化工有限公司经审计后的全部资产账面价值为18,574.83万元,全部负债账面价值为24,399.20万元,股东全部权益(净资产)账面价值为-5,824.37万元,经过评估,全部资产评估价值为35,676.87万元,全部负债评估价值为24,399.20万元,股东全部权益(净资产)评估价值为11,277.67万元。
股东全部权益评估增值17,102.04万元,增值率为293.63%。

具体情况详见此两专项评估报告。
2.列入本次评估范围的资产明细和账面价值由立信会计师事务所(特殊普通合伙人)审定,并出具了立信专审字[2014]第711263号审计报告。
(二)权属资料瑕疵事项1.纳入本次评估的固定资产账面价值为被评估单位预转固打包入账形成,本次评估,企业根据评估人员的要求,对该部分资产进行了明细拆分,且企业承诺委估资产至评估基准日不存在未付工程款情形。
本次评估,评估师是在设定完整产权情况下作出的估值,未考虑可能存在的工程欠款对评估值的影响。
2.纳入本次评估范围的采矿权,其证载权利人为南风化工集团股份有限公司,对此证载权利人及被评估单位均已出具说明,承诺委估采矿权为衡阳南风化工有限公司所有,产权无瑕疵。
3.纳入本次评估范围的房屋建筑物共计33项,建筑面积总计19,674.92平方米,均未办理房屋所有权证。
但被评估单位已取得建设用地规划许可证、建设施工许可证,且被评估单位已就上述无证房屋出具了权属说明,承诺该部分建筑为其合法拥有,产权不存在瑕疵事项。
4.至评估基准日,被评估单位委估车辆共计三辆,其中牌照号为湘D96772皮卡车正在进行年检,尚未取得年检后的车辆行驶证;牌照号为湘DA1448救护车,于2013年5月停止使用,且未进行车辆年检。
(三)本次资产评估对应的经济行为中,可能对评估结论产生重大影响的事项南风化工集团股份有限公司与衡阳市国土资源局于2003年7月签订了衡阳市珠晖塔矿区钙芒硝矿采矿权出让合同。
合同规定:该采矿权出让期限为24年,有效期自颁发采矿许可证之日起24年;资源储量:10855万吨,其中可采储量921万吨;采矿权价款为人民币340万元。
本次评估,被评估单位根据衡阳市投资咨询中心编制的《南风化工元明粉年产30万吨可行性研究报告》及湘国土资储备字(2006)45号矿产资源储量评审备案书,确定该采矿权的服务年限为41.3年;资源储量:10323.10万吨,可采储量北京大正海地人资产评估有限公司电话:010-8586 8816 传真:010-8586 8385 邮编:1000254129.24万吨。
鉴于上述事项,委托方南风化工集团股份有限公司已出具声明,承诺股权转让后,如委估采矿权因上述事项涉及补缴采矿权价款,将由南风化工集团股份有限公司全部承担。
本次评估中,评估师未考虑可能存在的补交采矿权价款对评估结论的影响。
特此提请报告使用者注意!(四)评估程序受到限制的情形1.对衡阳南风化工有限公司所拥有的隐蔽工程,评估人员无法通过现场勘察方式了解资产的实际状态和性能,本次评估根据被评估单位相关人员的情况介绍和收集有关工程预结算等相关资料基础上,通过评估人员分析判断测算出的上述资产评估结论。
2.评估师未对各种设备在评估基准日时的技术参数和性能做技术检测,而是在假定被评估单位提供的有关技术资料和运行记录真实有效的前提下和在未借助任何检测仪器的条件下,通过实地勘察作出的判断。
(五)矿权报告特殊事项说明1、“衡阳市珠晖塔矿区钙芒硝矿采矿权出让合同”开采标高为+110~-100米,资源储量10855万吨;2007年取得采矿许可证开采深度为+110~-180米,2006年3月提交的《湖南省衡阳市盐类矿区珠晖塔矿段钙芒硝矿3-6线资源储量核实报告》估算资源储量标高范围为+110~-180米,估算保有资源储量10855万吨,2010年3月提交的《湖南省衡阳市盐类矿区珠晖塔矿段(衡阳南风)钙芒销矿矿山资源储量检测报告(2006年4月~2010年3月)》估算资源储量+110~-180米标高范围为10323.1万吨,-180米标高以下为370.65万吨,本次评估资源储量依据“检测报告”确定,特此披露。
2、“衡阳市珠晖塔矿区钙芒硝矿采矿权出让合同”出让期限为24年,有效期自颁发采矿许可证之日起24年,2003年采矿权价款评估矿山服务年限取30年,动用可采储量3484.50万吨,本次评估按《湖南省衡阳市盐类矿区珠晖塔矿段(衡阳南风)钙北京大正海地人资产评估有限公司电话:010-8586 8816 传真:010-8586 8385 邮编:100025芒销矿矿山资源储量检测报告(2006年4月~2010年3月)》估算资源储量10323.1万吨计算采矿权评估价值,其中(可采储量)1224.26万吨未价款处置,特此披露。

本评估报告评估结论使用有效期限自评估基准日起为一年,即从资产评估基准日2014年9月30日起至2015年9月29日止。
