绝缘子一般由绝缘体,金属附件和胶合剂三部分组成。
绝缘体主要起绝缘作用,制造绝缘体的材料目前广泛应用的是瓷,其次是钢化玻璃以及有机绝缘材料。
用电瓷制造高压输电用的绝缘子具有以下优良的性能:绝缘性能好,机械强度高,耐冷热急变性能强,和有机绝缘材料相比不易老化,在机械负荷的长期作用下不会产生永久的变形。
此外,原料来源广,成本低。
缺点是:脆性大,冲击强度小,瓷件机械加工困难,不易制成尺寸精确的制品。
目前我国电瓷工业就产品种类而言具有以下几个系列:高低压输电线路用的盘形悬式绝缘子,横担绝缘子,实心棒形支柱绝缘子以及各种大型电站设备用的空心瓷套和电容式瓷套管等。

低温胶选用低温中心的DWZ 胶,固化机制为:80度1小时,100度1小时,120度1小时,130度1小时,随炉降温。
毛胚加工成型时要做到无油加工,加工后要用丙酮轻洗。

3.3 在端管电刻编号,送粗检,在液氮温度不漏,才进入下一步。
4,外围缠绕补强
把粗检合格的粘结件固定在缠绕机上,通过边涂DWZ胶边缠绕的方式,将多股(约20股无捻玻璃先纤维丝缠绕补强至设计尺寸。
缠绕角度在30度-60度之间。
预紧力内紧外松,不超过2公斤。
缠绕速度控制在涂胶均匀充分的基础上。
缠绕完玻璃纤维后,在外面再包三层热缩带和两层脱模四氟带,并且用胶带固定好,放进烘箱内固化成型,固化机制同内衬管。
5,清理表面,随制作登记表一起送检。

2,缠绕设备、清洗设备、检漏设备、烘箱和刻字机3,材料无硼高强玻璃纤维,超低温胶粘剂,脱模热缩材料、316LN材料和其他辅助材料三、绝缘子制作工艺1,内衬管制备先按上图加工玻璃钢芯棒,把玻璃钢芯棒夹在缠绕机上,将玻璃纤维带通过边刮低温胶边缠绕方式,半迭包缠绕到需要的尺寸,具体尺寸比内衬管实际约大2mm留给加工就可以了。
刮低温胶要保证纤维带渗透,肉眼看纤维带是透明的。
缠绕过程中预紧力在2 KG上下,里紧外松。
纤维缠绕达尺寸后,用热缩带紧包三层,再在外面包两层脱模四氟带,并用胶带固定好。
最后垂直放在烘箱内固化。
下图为内衬管的加工尺寸。

2, 端管制备绝缘子两端的金属管米用两种材料,一种是316L,—种是316LN。
加工尺寸相同,采用焊接结构形式,见下图。
按图加工焊接成型后须对其进行表面处理,处理工艺如下:2.1把酸洗液加热到60度,工件在酸洗液里酸洗20分钟。
酸洗液为硫酸80-120克/升,盐酸80-100克/升。
2. 2水冲洗后,在去离子水中超声清洗10分钟。
2. 3 60度烘干2小时。
3,粘结用DWZ占结绝缘子端管与内衬管,粘结须分步进行,粘结过程中注意不要产生富胶区。
固化机制与内衬管相同。
3.1先涂胶粘结其中的一个端管和内衬管,固化时内衬管垂直向上,并且内衬管应在上面,使得低温胶在固化时不要流掉。

一、复合材料绝缘子的结构
复合材料绝缘子是陶瓷绝缘子的新的替代产品,在低温工程领域应用很广泛,其低温力学性能、电性能和耐高压气密性已经经过了实验的考核。
复合材料绝缘子的结构主要包括复合材料内衬管、金属端管和外补强层三个方面。

二、绝缘子制备工装、设备和器材
1,缠绕芯棒
