称重管理软件安装说明书运行环境:1.Windows XP/2000操作系统2.SQL Server 2000数据库3.称重管理软件控件安装:1.MSCOMM32.OCX驱动安装(硬件选配)1.串口卡驱动2.视频采集卡驱动3.打印机驱动====================================================================一.操作系统设置步骤:安装完操作系统并将显卡、声卡等系统所需驱动安装完毕后,需要对计算机进行如下必要的设置1.将其中一台计算机选为服务器,将计算机名更改为ht44,记录该服务器的工作组,并按提示重启计算机。

2.将其他计算机名按地磅号更改为ht4401,ht4402,……,依次类推,将工作组修改为与服务器相同的工作组名,并按提示重启计算机。

3.分别设置各个计算机IP地址,使得各个计算机在同一个网段内并IP号不重复,记录服务器的IP地址。

注意:各个计算机的计算机名不能相同,IP地址不能重复,所有计算机工作组名相同。

二.SQL Server 2000数据库安装步骤:1.在SQL安装文件夹中双击AUTORUN.EXE2.选择“安装SQL Server 2000简体中文个人版”3.选择“安装SQL Server 2000组件”4.选择“安装数据库服务器”5.点击“下一步”6.选择“本地计算机”点击“下一步”提示:在安装过程中如果出现挂起提示不能安装,可以点击【开始】(键盘左下脚第二个键)弹出开始菜单-》【运行】-》在输入框中输入:regedit –》注册表打开后在[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager]中找到PendingFileRenameOperations,将该键值删除7.“选择创建新的安装实例或安装客户端工具”点击“下一步”8. 直接点击“下一步”9. 选择“是”10. 选择“服务器和客户端工具”点击“下一步”11 直接点击“下一步”12. 选择“典型”点击“下一步”13. 选择“使用本地系统帐户”,然后点击“下一步”14. 选择“混合模式(Windows身份验证和SQL Server身份验证)”并且选中“空密码(不推荐)”,然后点击“下一步”15. 直接点击“下一步”16. 点击“确定”(弹出提示框时候直接都点击确定按钮)17. 点击“确定”18. 等待片刻后点击“完成”SQL安装完成后需要查看服务器是否开启,点击【开始】-》【所有程序】-》【Microsoft SQL Server】-》点击【服务管理器】服务器名与本计算机名相同,当暂停和停止按钮不是如上状态亮起时,点击开始/继续按钮,然后点击刷新服务,直到达到如上状态即可,勾选“当启动OS时自启动服务”。

上篇文章我们讲了PLC连接称重传感器的几种方法以及这几种方法的优缺点,今天我们说一下如何使用西门子S7-200编写称重程序。

下篇文章我们会再讲一下西门子S7-300的称重程序;本文提到的所有程序实例,手册和库文件还有称重模块的详细信息以及校称软件等等我都已打包好,有需要的在评论区留下邮箱,我会一一发送。

1 称重传感器+二次表+模拟量输入的方式比较简单,只需要识别好模拟量输入通道,然后将模拟量输入转换为需要的数值范围就可以。

2 称重传感器+二次表+通讯的方式,需要选择带232/485通讯接口的PLC,设置好通讯参数后,从接收口读到的数值就是称重的实际数值,然后进行换算即可,232/485通讯也是PLC使用的一个知识点,大家有兴趣的话可以在下方留言,我可以给大家讲解。

3 我们主要讲讲这个最经典的方式吧,那就是重传感器+接线盒+称重模块。

要想使用这种方式称量的话,我们需要编写PLC程序,并且通过软件设置称重模块参数,并进行校称等操作。

一首先我们先说说PLC编程,其实称重系统的编程学起来非常难,但应用起来非常简单。

为什么这么说呢?举个例子,1+1=2大家都知道,但是要问1加1为什么等于2那就复杂多了。

所以大家想用PLC控制称重系统的话,只需要把我给大家做的例子按照现场实际设备简单修改一下,然后下到PLC里就可以使用,下载后有疑问的话再去测试各个点的功能,多用几次后就熟练了。

(几乎所有人的第一套PLC程序都是抄袭别人的,一点一点探索然后自己才有思路。

)但是为了让大家理解更深一些,我除了把程序发给你们让你们模仿外,还会将一些重要的信息列出来,让大家对称重系统有一个系统的了解,这样才能快速的学会称重的编程。

其基本功能是将称重传感器的模拟信号变成数字重量信号;再经过动态数字滤波和静态数字滤波,使数字重量信号响应更快更准确,通过串口可将数字重量信号发送出去。

模块具有RS485通讯接口,支持标准MODBUS RTU通讯协议,能够与计算机、PLC等上位机通信。

该模块既可以实现静态下的高精度称重,也可以在冲击和振动的情况下实现高速准确的动态称重。

(2)激励电压:3VDC~12VDC解释:保证激励电压在有效范围呢,否则可能毁坏传感器,亦或线性失真。

(3)安全过载范围:120%解释:实验装置额定量程为3Kg,那么在以内的外力下为安全载重。

(4)极限过载范围:150%解释:实验装置额定量程为3Kg,那么在为极限载重(包括瞬间冲击力),如果大于此力,有可能造成传感器不可恢复之形变,毁坏传感器。

称重传感器接线、传感器的检测首先测量一下传感器输入端及输出端的电阻值,如果有此传感器的合格证的话,与合格证中标明的电阻做对比,如测得的数值超出标准范围,说明此传感器有问题。

将红笔接传感器的红线;黑笔接传感器的黑线,这2根是电压输入端。

结果显示1028欧姆,和1000欧姆标准相近,说明传感器正常。

将红笔接传感器的白线;黑笔接传感器的绿线,这2根是信号输出端。

结果显示986欧姆,和1000欧姆标准相近,也说明传感器正常。

如果电压线和信号线一起接,就会出现阻值相差很多的情况,买家不要误认为是传感器坏了。

第二章称重仪表、仪表操作及接线说明、仪表通讯协议说明DS8 /DS8B MODBUS通讯协议1, RS485 通讯波特率为9600bps,采用异步主从半双工方式, 采用8位二进制,每个代码由两个十六进制字符表示。

操作说明书第一篇:系统的结构本套控制系统包含:硬件系统和软件系统。

硬件系统:可编程控制器(PLC),模拟量采集模块,触摸屏,重量检测装置,台式电脑。

软件系统:1)PLC程序,用来采集计算数据并控制各个进料泵和出料泵的状态。

2)触摸屏程序,用于操作员控制整个系统。

3)组态监控系统,用来监控自动称重配料系统实时流程,并采集所需数据存于电脑中。

4)报表系统,用来统计原料使用量。

当操作完毕后,可按下“主画面”按钮,返回到主画面2)自动操作的步骤:启动操作完成后,触摸屏会显示“主画面”如下图所示或处于其他画面时按下“主画面”按钮后显示如下图所示:在此画面下:按下“配料比和总重量设定”按钮后,弹出如下图画面:在此画面下可进行:搅拌时间的设定,总重量的设定。

这两项设定完后,按下“配方选择”按钮,会弹出配方选择画面如下图所示:1:在此画面可以进行配方的选择:按下相应配方的下载按钮后,后面相应的指示灯如果闪烁,说明配方下载完毕,如果指示灯不闪烁说明配方没下载好,重新进行上面操作进行配方的下载。

单片机电子秤说明书秤是一种在实际工作和生活中经常用到的测量器具。

随着计量技术和电子技术的发展,传统纯机械结构的杆秤、台秤、磅秤等称量装置逐步被淘汰,电子称量装置电子秤、电子天平等以其准确、快速、方便、显示直观等诸多优点而受到人们的青睐。

和传统秤相比较,电子秤利用新型传感器、高精度AD转换器件、单片机设计实现,具有精度高、功能强等特点。

本课题设计的电子秤具有基本称重、键盘输入、计算价格、显示、超重报警功能。

该电子秤的测量范围为0-10Kg,测量精度达到5g,有高精度,低成本,易携带的特点。

电子秤采用液晶显示汉字和测量记过,比传统秤具有更高的准确性和直观性。

另外,该电子秤电路简单,使用寿命长,应用范围广,可以应用于商场、超市、家庭等场所,成为人们日常生活中不可少的必需品。

一、功能描述1、采用高精度电阻应变式压力传感器,测量量程0-10kg,测量精度可达5g。

2、采用电子秤专用模拟/数字(A/D)转换器芯片hx711对传感器信号进行调理转换,HX711 采用了海芯科技集成电路专利技术,是一款专为高精度电子秤而设计的24 位A/D 转换器芯片。

3、采用STC89C52单片机作为主控芯片,实现称重、计算价格等主控功能。

4、采用128*64汉字液晶屏显示称重重量、单价、总价等信息。

5、采用4*4矩阵键盘进行人机交互,键盘容量大,操作便捷。

6、具有超量程报警功能,可以通过蜂鸣器和LED灯报警。

7、系统通过USB电源供电,单片机程序也可通过USB线串行下载。

二、硬件设计1、硬件方案单片机电子秤硬件方案如图1所示:图1 单片机电子秤硬件方案称重传感器感应被测重力,输出微弱的毫伏级电压信号。

该电压信号经过电子秤专用模拟/数字(A/D)转换器芯片hx711对传感器信号进行调理转换。

HX711 采用了海芯科技集成电路专利技术,是一款专为高精度电子秤而设计的24 位A/D 转换器芯片,内置增益控制,精度高,性能稳定。

HX711芯片通过2线串行方式与单片机通信。
