计划每两天一份四级真题听力限时练习，在听的时候尽量不要嫌麻烦将其翻译成汉语。

殊不知，“No deadline, no completion!” (没有截止日期，永远无法完成!)而且，经历过大学生活的人都有这样的切身体会：进入大学后，很多人的英语水平呈直线下降趋势。
一方面，大学中的公共英语课排课比较松散，一周一节大课很正常，可同学们早已习惯了高中填鸭式教学，不会自学，也没有方法，而语言终究是工具，不说不听不读不写，水平只能下降。
另一方面，大学英语课程和高中英语课程有着本质区别：高中英语针对高考，大学英语不针对四级。
习惯了用考试促进学习的同学很难把课程内容和四级考试联系起来，也很难将课上学习到的语言能力成功地转化为四级需要的应试能力。
