温度测量仪表的分类温度测量仪表按测温方式可分为接触式和非接触式两大类。
通常来说接触式测温仪表比较简单、可靠,测量精度较高;但受耐高温材料的限制,不能应用于很高的温度测量。
非接触式仪表测温是通过热辐射原理来测量温度的,测温元件不需与被测介质接触,测温范围广,不受测温上限的限制,也不会破坏被测物体的温度场,反应速度一般也比较快;但受到物体的发射率、测量距离、烟尘和水气等外界因素的影响,其测量误差较大。
按工作原理分为膨胀式、电阻式、热电式,辐射式。
玻璃管温度计是根据液体热膨胀原理测温,双金属温度计是根据固体热膨胀原理测温,热电阻根据热阻效应原理测温,热电偶根据热电效应原理测温,辐射高温计根据热辐射原理测温。
一、热电偶热电偶是工业上最常用的温度检测元件之一。
其优点是:①测量精度高、热惯性小。
因热电偶直接与被测对象接触,不受中间介质的影响。
②测量范围广。
常用的热电偶从-50~+1600℃均可边续测量,某些特殊热电偶最低可测到-269℃(如金铁镍铬),最高可达+2800℃(如钨-铼)。
③构造简单,使用方便。
④输出信号为电信号,便于远传。
1.热电偶测温基本原理将两种不同材料的导体或半导体A和B焊接起来,构成一个闭合回路,当导体A和B的两个执着点1和2之间存在温差时,两者之间便产生电动势,因而在回路中形成一个电流,这种现象称为热电效应。
热电偶就是利用这一效应来工S、B、E、K、R、J、T七种标准化热电偶为我国统一设计型热电偶。
工业用热电偶的测温范围见下表:在使用热电偶补偿导线时必须注意型号相配,极性不能接错,补偿导线与热电偶连接端的温度不能超过100℃,B偶不用补偿导线,用普通的屏蔽线。
2、热电偶的结构一般由热电极、绝缘套管、保护管、接线盒组成。
普通型热电偶按其安装时的固定形式可分为固定螺纹连接、固定法兰连接、活动法兰连接无固定装置等多种形式。
热电极:一般金属Φ0.5~3.2mm,昂贵金属Φ0.3~0.6mm,长度与被测物质有关,一般为300~2000mm,通常在350mm左右;绝缘管:隔离热电偶与被测物,一般在室温下要5MΩ左右;保护套管:避免受被测介质的化学腐蚀和机械损伤;接线盒:固定接线座,连接补偿导线。

1热电阻测温计工业热电阻的常见故障是工业热电阻断路和短路。
一般断路更常见,这是因为热电阻丝较细所致。
断路和短路是很容易判断的,可用万用表的“×1Ω”档,如测得的阻值小于R0,则可能有短路的地方;若万用表指示为无穷大,则可判定电阻体已断路。
电阻体短路一般较易处理,只要不影响电阻丝长短和粗细,找到短路处进行吹干,加强绝缘即可。
电阻体断路修理必须要改变电阻丝的长短而影响电阻值,为此以更换新的电阻体为好,若采用焊接修理,焊接后要校验合格后才能使用。
热电阻测温系统在运行中常见故障及处理方法如下表:2热电偶测温计正确使用热电偶不但可以准确得到温度的数值,保证产品合格,而且还可节省热电偶的材料消耗,既节省资金又能保证产品质量。
除了补偿导线接反,用错及接线松动引起的常见误差外(处理方法:正确使用补偿导线,紧固接线端子),安装不正确,热导率和时间滞后等误差,它们是热电偶在使用中的主要误差。

2.2.绝缘变差而引入的误差如热电偶绝缘了,保护管和拉线板污垢或盐渣过多致使热电偶极间与炉壁间绝缘不良,在高温下更为严重,这不仅会引起热电势的损耗而且还会引入干扰,由此引起的误差有时可达上百度。

人体温度相对恒定是维持人体正常生命活动的重要条件之一,当体温高于41度或低于35度时将严重影响人体各系统的机能活动,甚至危害生命。很多疾病都可使体温正常调节机能发生障碍而使体温发生变化,如非典型肺炎的首要症状就是发烧。临床上对病人检查体温,观察其变化对诊断疾病或判断某些疾病的预防有重要意义。
三、设计步骤及原理分析
1设计方法
依据测温原理的不同,红外测温仪的设计有三种方法,通过测量辐射物体的全波长的热辐射来确定物体的辐射温度的称为全辐射测温法;通过测量物体在一定波长下的单色辐射亮度来确定它的亮度温度的称为亮度测温法;如果是通过被测物体在两个波长下的单色辐射亮度之比随温度变化来定温的称为比色测温法。
红外测温模块包括:获取温度数据,计算温度值。
键盘扫描模块 :获取按键信息,处理按键请求等。
显示模块:获取并处理相应的温度数据,
在此红外测温仪的软件系统设计中,时钟的设置是相当重要的,通过时钟的设置才能获得良好的时钟频率,这个时钟频率是整个软件系统是否能正常有序地运行的关键。具体的软件方案设计如下图b:
温度测量主要有两种方法:一种是传统的接触式测量,另一种是以红外测温为代表的非接触式测量。传统的温度测量不仅反应速度慢,而且必须与被测物体接触。在人们的日常生活中,测量温度普遍使用水银温度计,反应比较慢,而且水银一旦泄露会产生污染并且有毒。红外测温以红外传感器为核心进行非接触式测量,克服了传统测温的不足,得到了广泛的应用。

此红外测温仪的软件设计同样采用模块化的设计思想,它把整个系统分成若干模块分别予以解决,它包括主程序模块,红外测温模块,键盘扫描模块和显示模块。
主程序模块主要完成系统初始化,温度的检测,串行口通信,键盘和显示等功能。其中系统初始化包括:时间中断的初始化、外部中断源的初始化、串口通信中断的初始化、LED显示的初始化。

3.3设计原理分析
红外测温仪的测温原理是黑体辐射定律,众所周知,自然界中一切高于绝对零度的物体都在不停向外辐射能量,物体的向外辐射能量的大小及其按波长的分布与它的表面温度有着十分密切的联系,物体的温度越高,所发出的红外辐射能力越强。黑体的光谱辐射出射度由普朗克公式确定,即:

一、设计目的
传统的温度测量不仅反应速度慢,而且必须与被测物体接触。在人们的日常生活中,测量温度普遍使用水银温度计,反应比较慢,而且水银一旦泄露会产生污染并且有毒。红外测温以红外传感器为核心进行非接触式温度计,克服了传统测温的不足。
亮度测温法无需环境温度补偿,发射率误差较小,测温精度高,但工作于短波区,只适于高温测量。比色测温法的光学系统可局部遮挡,受烟雾灰尘影响小,测温误差小,但必须选择适当波段,使波段的发射率相差不大。本文选用全辐射测温法来计算被测量物体的温度,全辐射测温法是根据所有波长范围内的总辐射而定温,得到的是物体的辐射温度。选用这种方法是因为中低温物体的波长较大,辐射信号很弱,而且结构简单,成本较低,但它的测温精度稍差,受物体辐射率影响大。下面是全辐射测温法的相关方法介绍:

由于调制片辐射信号的影响,辐射率修正后的真实温度为高于环境的温度,还必须作环温补偿,即真实温度加上环温才能最终得到被测物体的实际温度。
3.2设计步骤
红外测温技术在生产过程中,在产品质量控制和监测,设备在线故障诊断和安全保护以及节约能源等方面发挥了着重要作用。可以对正在运行的设备进行非接触检测,拍摄其温度场的分布、测量任何部位的温度值,据此对各种外部及内部故障进行诊断,具有实时、遥测、直观和定量测温等优点,用来检测发电厂、变电所和输电线路的运转设备和带电设备非常方便、有效。用红外测温仪,你可连续诊断电子连接问题和查找连接处的热点,以检测设备的功能状态,还可检验电池组件和功率配电盘接线端子,开关齿轮或保险丝连接,防止能源消耗。
四、课程设计小结与体会
此红外测温仪的特点:有温度分辨率高、响应速度快、不扰动被测目标温度分布场、测量精度高、稳定性好等优点。该设计方案主要包括:软件设计部分与软件设计部分。
a红外测温仪的硬件系统方案设计
本红外测温仪采用模块化的设计思想,它的硬件结构由STC89C51单片机模块,红外测温模块,RS232转换电路模块,电源模块,键盘模块和LED显示模块组成。
STC89C51单片机是本系统的控制中心,它负责控制启动温度测量、接收测量数据、计算温度值、并根据取得的键值控制显示过程;红外测温模块负责温度数据的采集、测量,并将采集到的数据通过数据端口传送给STC89C51单片机;RS232转换电路模块可以使单片机方便地同PC机进行串口通信,并可以同时接收或传送外部送来的资料;通过键盘模块可以方便地进行测温及各种操作;LED显示模块把测量的温度值直观地显示给观测者;电源模块负责本红外测温仪电源的供应。此红外测温仪系统的硬件结构框图如图a所示:

从上图中曲线可以看出黑体辐射具有几个特征:
1在任何温度下,黑体的光谱辐射度都随着波长连续变化,每条曲线只有一个极大值;
2随着温度的升高,与光谱辐射度极大值对应的波长减小。这表明随着温度的升高,黑体辐射中的短波长辐射所占比例增加;
3随着温度的升高,黑体辐射曲线全面提高,即在任一指定波长处,与较高温度相应的光谱辐射度也较大,反之亦然。
自然界一切温度高于绝对零度的物体,都在不停地向外发出红外线。物体发出的红外线能量大小及其波长分布同它的表面温度有密切关系,物体的辐射能量与温度4次方成正比,其辐射能量密度与物体本身的温度关系符合普朗克定律。因此如果通过测量物体辐射出的红外能量的大小就能测定物体的表面温度。微小的温度变化会就会引起明显的辐射能量变化,因此利用红外辐射测量温度的灵敏度很高。
二、设计任务与要求
2.1设计任务
利用红外测温仪选用热电红外温度传感器。热电红外温度传感器是利用红外辐射的热效应,通过温差电效应、热释电效应和热敏电阻等来测量所吸收的红外辐射,间接地测量辐射红外光物体的温度。
2.2设计要求
本设计根据现代非接触故障检测技术的需求选用了型号为凌阳的TN9温度传感器。它的测量距离大约为30米,测量回应时间大约为0.5秒。而且它具备SPI接口,可以很方便地与单片机(MCU)传输数据。
