安装
SM913 电源模块采用平面螺钉安装方式,在电源模块的背面有一块带有安装孔的铝板,用来固定 模块。外观尺寸如图 4 所示。

在平板上按照模块尺寸打好安装孔,如图 5 所示: 1. 将 M4 螺钉拧入平板,注意不要全部拧入,基本固定即可。 2. 将模块的上安装孔套入螺钉,此时下安装孔应该和平板的安装孔刚好重合,用 M4 螺钉定。 3. 将上安装孔的螺钉完全拧入。
SM913 采用模块化设计,整体结构为铝质材料,抗震抗干扰能力强,平面螺钉固定。

SM 二级电源解决方案说明:SM913 与 SM941 搭配使用,SM913 试制无问题后将改为量产,即时 SM911-A(明伟产,支持 93.5-242VAC 的宽电压输入)将由量产改为限产,只在 FM 系统及国外 110V 项目 SM 系统配电中搭配 SM941 使用。SM941 量产后,SM940 将停产。

I/O connectors are sealed M12 style. The mounting base ships with the module. 三、电位器调整说明(顺时针增大)1、限制调整:TORQUE可以限制驱动板最大输出电流,根据所选马达的额定电流调整该电位器,使驱动板的最大输出电流为马达额定电流的120%~200%。

2、力矩补偿调整:IR COMPIR COMP 电位器用于调整马达工作在不同的负载时,使其转速保持恒定。

3、软启动-----升速时间调整:ACCEL调整ACCEL可以确定马达从初始速度到设定速度的上升斜率(既上升时间,设定时间在0-10秒内可调)。

见图1图14、软停止------降速时间调整(内部已固定):DECEL调整DECEL可以确定电机从最高速度下降到最低转速的下降斜率(既下降时间,设定时间在0-10秒内可调)。

First, it distributes the current ofa large power source to four lower current output channels and therefore, allows for smaller wires to be used. 0-30V 可调电压、电流稳压电源安装使用说明书这是一个高品质的连续可调稳压电源,电压调整范围为0-30V,还包含了一个电流输出限制电路,有效地控制最大输出电流从 2毫安到3安连续可调,这个特色让这个稳压电源成为电路实验不可或缺的利器,它可以把电流限制在实验电路的典型最大工作电流,大胆地开启电源,不用担心因故障或安装错误造成大电流破坏实验电路。

元件清单:安装步骤:1.按照 PCB 标示安装电阻、二极管等,电阻安装前务必用万用表核对阻值确保正确,二极管注意型号、安装方向。

2.依照从小到大、从低到高的原则安装其他元件。

3.注意集成电路的安装方向,电位器可直接安装在板上,也可用配套的插座及连线引到面板安装。

4.全部安装完毕,仔细检查无误后,即可通电试机,通电前务必确保 Q4(D1047)安装了足够大面积的散热片,散热片需与电路绝缘电路调整:左边电位器用于电流调节,右边电位器用于电压调节。

1.将电压调整电位器设在最小位置(逆时针旋到最小) ,调整 RV1(100K 可调电阻),使输出电压为0V 即可(调整中可能会出现负电压并且数值很小,请使用数字万用表进行)。

最大输出电压不需调整,使用 24V 交流输入时,最大输出电压约为 31V 左右。

2.电流标定:使用合适的负载电阻接在输出端,比如 10 欧(确保功率足够),电流电位器旋至最大,电压电位器旋至最小,开机慢慢增加电压至 1V,逆时针调整电流电位器至发光管刚刚发亮,此时电路限制电流为 0.1A,标记下此时电位器的位置。

依次调整至 2V、5V、10V、20V、30V 等数值,即可标定不同的输出电流,计算公式为:I=U/ R,如使用 10 欧负载,当 U 为 30V 时,I=3A (最大输出)。

五、输出电压调整1 有的地区系统电压偏底,电磁阀不能正常工作,为了适应不同情况的需求,在电源变压器次级(26V)绕组的两端又分别串联了两组(3V)绕组,如图1所示,3 4为26V线圈绕组抽头,5 6分别为串联在26V线圈绕组两头的3V 线圈绕组抽头,7 8为桥式整流输入端接头;2 电源出厂时桥式整流输入接头7 8与26V线圈绕组抽头上的3 4相接,如图3所示,如果输出电压偏低不能让电磁阀正常工作时,应该将3 7之间短接线去掉,让桥式整流输入接头的7与一组3V线圈绕组抽头5连接(即在后面板接线端子上的5 7短接),如果电压还不能达到要求,应把4 8之间短接线去掉,再把桥式整流输入的另一个接头8与另一组3V线圈绕组抽头6连接(即在后面板接线端子上的6 8短接)每增加一组备用绕组可使直流输出提高2.5V。

六、注意事项1新到的电源应打开机箱检查螺丝是否松动,散热片是否相碰,以及接线是否牢固,如有以上情况应即时处理;2 现场接线时请不要将24V正负极接反(一般要求阀站公共线接24V电源正极);3 调整输出电压时应先关闭电源,然后再调整短路线,且勿带电操作;4 系统运行前,应细心检查系统接线情况,确保接线准确无误,方可投入运行。

而触发控制系统是低压弱电系统。

为了保障触发系统安全,必需采取高压隔离措施,将高低压单元隔离。

目前采用变压器隔离或光藕隔离方式能解决数千伏电压的隔离问题,但要隔离更高等级电压比较困难,也无法解决触发系统长距离传输过程中抗干扰问题。

为了有效解决低压电路、高压电路的隔离问题,触发脉冲长距离传输过程中抗干扰问题,采用晶闸管光纤触发方案。

晶闸管光纤触发方案是先将电的晶闸管触发信号转化为光信号,通过光纤实现信号远距离传输,然后将光信号转化为电信号触发高压晶闸管。

高压电源模块,为光变电模块、高压触发模块提供稳定的工作电源。

一、ACT24MD30III直流电力电源充电模块称说明概述
ACT24MD30III直流电力电源充电模块称可在工作电流范围内进行频繁的操作或多次开断短路电流;机械寿命可高达30,000次,满容量短路电流开断次数可达50次。

直流电力电源充电模块适于重合闸操作并有极高的操作可靠性与使用寿命。

直流电力电源充电模块(普通型)采用了立式的绝缘筒防御各种气候的影响;且在维护和保养方面,通常仅需对操作机构做间或性的清扫或润滑。

直流电力电源充电模块(极柱型)采用了固体绝缘结构—集成固封极柱,实现了免维护。

直流电力电源充电模块在开关柜内的安装形式既可以是固定式,也可以是可抽出式的,还可安装于框架上使用

五、直流电力电源充电模块使用条件:
1.适用于户内、外;
2.环境温度-40℃~+40℃;
3.海拔高度不超过3000m(瓷套式不超过1000m);
4.电源频率不小于48Hz、不超过62 Hz;
5.长期施加在直流电力电源充电模块端子间的工频电压不超过直流电力电源充电模块的持续运行电压;
6.地震烈度8度及以下地区;
7.大风速不超过35m/s。

8.直流电力电源充电模块保护发电厂、变电站的交流电气设备免受大气过电压和操作电压的损坏。

直流电
力电源充电模块是变电站被保护设备免遭雷电冲击波袭击的设备。

直流电力电源充电模块测量电流是否超过电动机的额定电流值,调整整定电流值。

电动机运行时过载,热继电器的辅助头,常闭点断开,常开点闭合的特性进行保护。

在继电控制中把常闭点与停止按钮串入,过载时停止电动机运行,并给出报警信号。

六、直流电力电源充电模块基本原理
直流电力电源充电模块是一种过电压(电流)保护器,主要用于保护电力系统、铁道电气化系统、通讯系统中的各种电气设备(变压器、开关、电容器、阻波器、互感器、发电机、电动力、电力电缆等)免遭大气过电压、电流操作过电压(电流)和工频暂态过电压(电流)等损坏,是电力系统绝缘配合的基础。

直流电力电源充电模块的其核心元件采用了以航空标准的先进配方,具有十分优异的非线性(伏一安)特性,即在正常工作电压、电流之下,通过的电流有微安级,当遭受到过电压时,通过的电流瞬间达到数千安培,使避雷器处于导通状态,释放过电压能量,从而有效地限制了过电压对输变电设备的侵害。

传统的直流电力电源充电模块有因放电电压高、操作波放电分散性大导致辞操作波放电电压高等缺点,而扬州福一开关有限公司研发的直流电力电源充电模块具有良好的陡波响应特性,对陡波电压电流无延迟,操作残压低,没有放电分散性等优点,使得陡波、操作波下的保护裕度大大提高,而且在绝缘配合方面,能够作到陡波,雷电波、操作波的保护裕度近接一致,从而对电力设备提供最佳的保护。
