Dear my fellows:

It is my great honor to stand here to introduce my major to everyone.I will try my best. My major is business management .

Business management includes all the work on the development process of enterprise ,which can improve the economic benefits .It contains strategic management,marketing management, business strategy, financial management, capital operation,and human resources.Business management has some important significance, just as follows：

First,it greatly enhance operational efficiency of the company.

Second,it makes the enterprise have a clear development direction ,a clear finance,a reasonable capital structure and a appropriate investment financing .

Third,it lets every staff full release their potential and do more contribution to the society.

As a very popular profession,business management has many research orientation,such as:enterprise innovation research ,corporate

finance,operations management ,human resource management,strategic management ,consumer behavior research and marketing management.

The main course of this major are microeconomics, macroeconomics, strategic management, operations management, human resource management, quality management,and corporate finance .

This major aims to cultivate excellent managers who can master modern management theory and the method of professional skills .After graduation,every student who can discovery, analysis and solve problems has a high scientific quality and the ability of innovation.

I like my major ,because interest is the best teacher. So I hope evryone can like his major.
