小学科普版英语课前教研活动记录我们学校的英语教研组积极的提高自己的水平,在过去的一个学期里,实现了教学成绩的大丰收。

以全面提高学生的素质为目标,要求教师们积极探索勇于创新,更好地实施新课程标准,努力优化课堂教学,提高教育教学质量,提高我校教师的教育教学水平。

本学期我校英语科开展了一系列教研活动,总结如下:1、以课改为中心,各年级开展了一月一研讨活动:针对课改实施过程中出现的新问题进行了教学观摩,研讨,予以解决;在个人备课的基础上,加强集体备课,互相切磋,取长补短,集思广益,组织研究上好教研课。

本学期各年级老师都开展了研讨课,各自的课堂教学效果甚好。

2、规范地积极开展了一次主题化系列活动,努力提高校本教研组的质量。

例如十二月份的“英语节”活动。

英语节活动准备工作了差不多一个月,可以看看的出来每位老师都在不懈努力的准备工作着活动,可以惋惜的就是天气的变故引致这次活动的失利。

从这次活动中可以窥见学校的设施还比较健全,尚待改良。

同时也表明方案比较周全。

3、定期和不定期两种形式,开展了常规检查工作,检查教师的备课、听课,各个老师都能按要求做好工作。

4、本学期积极开展了为高年级为单位的书写比赛,这样既提升学生自学英语的兴趣,又改良了学生规范书写单词的能力。

总之,在全体英语老师的共同努力下,学校的英语教育教学质量有所提高。

在本学期的期末测试中,各个年级的成绩都比较好。

在以后的教学工作中,我们将一如既往,加倍努力,争取更大的进步。

英语教学教研活动记录(一)火花小学英语校本教研计划英语科组以教师为主体,以学校为主阵地,通过有计划、系统的研究活动,解决课程中的多层次问题,促进教师的成长和学校的发展。

下面是学校英语科组在英语课程改革试验中的一些做法及收获:1.在教学观念上、从授知转化为启智随着课改的深化,我校教师通过一系列的学习和实践逐步体会和理解到了在教学上要重兴趣、重成就感、重自信心。

在教育方式上,要体现出以人为本,以学生为中心(即:充分体现学生的主体地位),让学生真正成为学习的主人而不是知识的奴隶。

应帮助学生掌握终生学习的能力,唤起学生成长的渴望;帮助学生寻找、搜集和利用学习资源,设计恰当的学习活动;帮助学生发现他们所学东西的实际意义,营造和维持学习过程中积极的心理氛围;帮助学生对学习过程和结果进行评价,并促进评价的内在化。

2、从单一知识传授转化为人的整体的和谐发展(1)在语言教学的目标上要重语感、重语音语调基础、重交流能力以培养学生用语言进行交流的能力为教学重点,淡化语法概念。

突出语言的实践性,从呈现方式上不以语言知识体系的描述作为主线,而是以学生语言能力的发展和应用为主线;在内容描述上要突出语言的功能和运用的价值。

(2)在学习方式上要重视学生的体验和实践在教学中要注意扩大听和读的输入量,创设丰富的实践活动情景,增加语言实践的真实感,鼓励学生参与语言实践活动,通过大量的语言实践活动,提高学生综合运用英语的能力。

在校园英语角活动中,在全体英语教师的共同努力下,全校学生的积极参与下,活动获得圆满成功。

郭老师主要从以下两个方面进行的:

Andy老师的示范课实在非常和谐、宽松的氛围中进行的,通过Andy老师的讲解,我有了以下感悟:
1.要发挥自身的优势,开发自己的特色课堂,而不是盲目地模仿别人。

2.课堂用语一定要凝练,不要拖泥带水。

3.要真正的融入学生,而不是死板地去完成自己的教学任务。

要求模仿正确,语调自然。

教学重点:学生学习早上问候语 Good morning. 及介绍人物用语 This is …。

教学难点:介绍人物用语 This is …一句的发音较难,口型和发音不易到位,教师要适当提示,切不可盲目纠正发音,从而挫伤孩子的学习积极性。

教学过程:1、热身、复习 (Warm-up/Revision)(1)教师播放第一单元的歌曲 Hello,师生共唱。

(2)用所学打招呼用语,师生互相问候。

(3)学生用英语名字,自由下座位同别人打招呼并询问姓名。

2、呈现新课、操练 (Presentation/ Practice)(1)教师告诉学生英语的打招呼用语有很多,除Hello/Hi 以外,在早上或上午可用 God morning. 来进行。

同时教师出示表示上午的图片,或在黑板上画一个升起的太阳,并在旁边标上时间7:30和 Good morning.一句。

(2)学生操练Good morning.(3)教师向学生打招呼:T: Good morning. I’m Miss Wang /Mr. … What’s your name? 学生回答 S: My name’s …(4)教师呈现句式This is ….并把新朋友Miss Green 介绍给学生。

(5)学生操练句式This is ….(6)听录音或VCD来展示Let’s talk部分的对话时,教师联合几位学生表演一下,帮助学生理解。

(7)学生展示练习情况。

3、活动、操练 (Activities/ Practice)(1)游戏1:“击鼓传花”(2)游戏2:“听声音,猜朋友”4、课堂评价 (Assessment)情景再现Let’t talk5、课外活动(Add-activities)①听录音,仿读会话,并在实际情景中运用所学内容。

万丰镇小学英语联片教研活动计划为更好地开展教研活动,进一步加强校际之间的教研合作,发挥区域教研的整体优势,提高教研工作的针对性、实效性,经研究,决定开展小学英语联片教研活动。

根据县教研室关于开展联片教研的指示精神和我镇中心校关于联片教研的具体工作要求,特制订本活动计划。

一、联片教研的指导思想:进一步促进教研活动的开展,加强校校之间和老师之间的教研合作,充分发挥区域性教研的整体优势,提高教研工作的针对性、实效性。

二、联片教研的活动要求:1、每学期,在各校校本教研的基础上,针对教育教学实际,由英语学科教研组长确定教研的主题(同时做为县小学英语学科集中网络教研活动主题的主要来源),进行组织活动。

2、每学期开展一次联片教研活动,由学科教研组长组织,各学校英语教师积极参与;每次活动的地点将会安排在不同的学校,届时各校应给予积极配合。

3、每次联片教研活动,学科教研组长要负责组织研讨和作好活动记录,收集好活动过程中的各项原始材料。

活动后撰写活动简报并及时在县学科主页的“镇区教研动态”上公布。

要与校本教研、网络教研相结合,创新教研形式。

二、本学期小学英语联片教研活动安排:1、活动时间:2012年06月15日上午2、活动地点:万丰镇白楼小学3、活动主题:“同课异构”活动4、活动内容:pep五年级下册Unit 6 Part B Read and write (教材第75页)5、活动要求:①参与教师认真听课,做好记录,并进行评课。

人教版三年级英语下册第三单元B部分教研会议记录上课:时间:2019年11月17日下午2点。

地点:东校区三年级英语组。

内容:组织全体老师共同讨论三年级英语教学过程中的重难点问题。

一、《我和我的朋友》赵晓玲老师认为三年级英语学习的重点在于巩固和应用。

第一次学习时,对于这些词汇,教师可以从学生熟悉的词和日常生活情境中导入新单词、儿歌等,让学生快速理解其含义;第二次学习时:将新单词和常用单词联系起来,让学生进一步理解单词的意思以及它们之间的联系。

第三次学习时:结合生活实际情境中的单词和句型导入新单词和句型学习,学生对单词的理解更加深刻和准确。

胡雪琼老师认为词汇是英语学习成败的关键因素之一,因此教师应根据不同的情景对词的使用和运用进行不同的引导;同时教师也要引导学生多听多说以提高他们对单词的理解。

李慧芳老师认为三年级学生正处于语言学习的关键时期,因此教师应该在教学之前对学生进行语言知识的教育和培养。

1、课前学习的目的是让学生熟悉日常生活中常用的单词和句型,同时让他们掌握这些词汇的用法和功能;在学生听的基础上,再通过教师的讲解将一些句子、单词等进行朗读。

要求朗读的速度要慢,不能有断续;同时学生必须有说英语的意识,并能够听懂文章中的每一个句子中所用到的词语。

在这一过程中可以让学生自己来说出所记内容,然后让学生去听故事,做好笔记。

要求课堂上要把这一过程作为练习口语最好的机会,多问、多听,同时还要做一个有心人。

李燕老师认为上课前教师要注重课堂语言环境的创设和师生互动过程中学生情感上的培养。

2、课前学习的重点是培养他们对常用单词的使用以及语言运用的能力;同时要培养他们的主动学习意识。

刘慧老师认为三年级在学习语言时应该注重培养学生的语音和语调,而语音的发音是三年级学习时的重点;在实际的语言教学中,尤其是在三年级语文课堂教学中,一定要注意发音和音调的训练。

朱小玲老师认为教学词汇是课程体系里相当重要而又非常基础的一个环节,所以学生只要能掌握好常用词、多说和多做几个句子就能够掌握大部分核心词汇。

根据我镇小学英语教研计划安排,经过镇中心校领导的精心筹划,我们组织了这次全镇小学英语公开课活动。

按照镇中心校的通知要求,我们全体小学英语教师冒着绵绵细雨顶着微微刺骨的寒风,齐聚镇中心小学。

在镇中心小学领导和全体师生的大力支持下,我们依次听取了育才小学陈璐老师和泗合小学任霞老师执教的公开课。

课堂上,两位老师饱满的激情、精彩的演讲,令我们全体老师十分佩服。

从课件的制作、教学环节的设计、教具的准备和熟练操作等,都体现了以学生为中心、以兴趣为支点和以任务为基础的教学思想。

设计的课堂活动贴近学生生活实际,学生参与积极性高,达到了学生运用英语进行交际的目的,充分体现了“学生从所学到所用,从知识到能力”的教学原则。

从课堂教学上来看,两位老师的课都准备得很充分,思路清晰连贯,内容充实,能较好地调动起学生的积极性,课堂氛围活跃,游戏设计新颖,课件设计全面,突破重难点方法得当,
适当渗透了语法知识,实现了任务教学目标,并且都能较熟练地使用电子白板进行教学,可见两位老师在课下没少付出了辛苦和努力!但在取得较好成绩的同时,难免会带出一些缺点和不足。

诸如:两位老师都没有板书课题;课件的某些幻灯片的位置放置不恰当;词汇教学老师领读和操练不够;陈璐的课堂容量太多、课堂用语不够熟练、某些地方引导不到位等;任霞的声音太小、紧张、教学环节之间缺乏过渡语、鼓励评价语言太少、课堂时间分配不合理、某些单词发音不准确、控制学生不到位、活动集体参与多个人参与少等。

总体来说,两位老师的课堂教学还是可取的!
课后,我们全体英语老师在镇中心校会议室进行了评课活动。

会上,气氛十分热烈,各位老师踊跃发言,各抒己见。

该肯定的给予表扬、鼓励。

该否定的直言不讳,并积极给出修改建议。

两位公开课执教老师也都虚心地接受了老师们的批评和指导。

最后,向精心筹划组织这次活动的领导、两位认真执教的老师和积极参与活动的诸位教师说一声:辛苦啦!谢谢!
会后反思:通知、组织、听课、评课一系列任务结束后,我长长地松了口气,感到有些累,但是让我收获的更多的是感动。

自接到我们邵主任通知说是让我自己组织我们英语学科的活动时,我确实有点紧张,担心完成不好任务。

但看到两位执教老师参与的积极性、讲课的认真态度和在课堂上听课教师的细心听课、认真记录的情形,我心里踏实了许多。

更令我意想不到的是在会议室评课的时候,老师们的
直言不讳、真诚的话语、中肯的建议,还有为某个教学环节几个人争执得面红耳赤,评课的热烈场面让我深受感动。

在此,我看到了老师们的教学激情、老师们的积极进取、老师们的真诚相待!有这样一个温暖的集体,何愁我们整体的素质上不去呢?我想:我们的未来将会是一片晴空!!
