什么是SGS检测报告
一般来说需要了解你们的产品的验收标准(一般由你们的客户提供,基本标准是欧盟RoHS指令的2005/618/EC指令:除Cd以外其他限制性有害物质含量不得超过1000ppm,Cd为100ppm)。

确认报告是否符合要求时,一般依照以下要求判定:报告中的第三方检测实验室是否通过ISO/IEC17025实验室的审核(注意这里指的是实际进行测试的实验室而不是母体实验室,因为目前有很多的检测机构以母体的资格证书给大家形成误解);报告中详细的测试数值(一般检测机构并不对数值作判定只是简单告知测试数值,目前例外的好象只有BV的实验室;报告中ND指的是测试数值结果低于当时设备以及实验方法的MDL)。

对于提供SONY客户的报告需要特别注意,SONY对有害物质检测报告的形式和内容有特别的规定。

应对RoHS目前采取的方式为检测,目前尚没有机构有能力签发有关RoHS的证书,主要是因为RoHS的管制因为各国情况不同而在具体制定的法规方面有差异,一般来讲签发RoHS证书带有侵权的嫌疑。

对于系统产品一般采取整合报告的形式,其原因在于系统客户要求的时候还会比较本着成本的角度考量!
对于系统厂商需要做的事情会比较多:因为无铅制程引入可能会降低产品的可靠度(因为制程的控制温度比以前有了比较明显的提升,产品的可靠度性能降低),所以对于系统(模组)厂商并不是简单的材料符合,千万记住!。

SGS报告防假秘诀

SGS报告防假秘诀多年与供应商和SGS交道,悟出《SGS报告防假秘诀》,为提升RoHS版人气,倾情献宝:1、违背交易惯例。

通常SGS报告一式3份,依照交易惯例,送检人(买单的)保留正本,副本提交给贸易伙伴(交易对方);一些JS为逃避对方查核,提供复印件,对待复印件提请各位谨慎待之,因为复印件可能会出现下述各条制假可能。

小贴士:SGS报告正、副本的区别:SGS报告正本一般是以印好灰色水印底纹特型纸张打印生成,经专人审核、亲笔签发,同时加该盖兰色(或红色)SGS检验专用章。

SGS报告副本是以印好灰色水印底纹特型纸张复印生成,SGS检验专用章呈黑色,副本纸陎上有明显的、橘红色斜体空心“COPY”字样。

2、狸猫换太子。

JS们为节省检测费用,常采用此法。

在已有的原件上将检验日期、品种名称、买家名称粘帖覆盖,然后复印、提交小贴士2:此类情形防范措施保留以往该供应商提交的SGS报告,仔细核对关键的两条信息:SGS报告的检索号及SGS报告的检验序号;尽量让供应商提交英文版的SGS报告,多数JS对RoHS要求并非精通,英文版的SGS报告制假难度要比中文版难;3、障眼法。

本条供应商经常采用,以一概全。

举例:某供应商提交“覆铜板”重金属检测达标的SGS报告,检验人员轻率允收,可能存在以下隐患:&sup2; 该报告可能是供应商A型的覆铜板达标,而供货的是B型;&sup2; 该报告反馈信息是“重金属检测达标”,不能证实其在制造过程中使用的环氧树脂是否添加含溴阻燃剂(阻燃剂检测费用一般情况2倍于重金属检测费),不论是否恶意,风险已转嫁到你的身上。

我感觉这一方陎最难把握、最能考察相关人员对SGS报告符合性评价的综合能力。

如果公司取得14001新版认证,不难发现这个问题属“合规性评价”的范畴,需要参与评价的人员对供应商供应物料(或部件)生产(制造)工艺有充分的了解、对本公司产品预计销售国家或地区的相关法规有充分的了解。

怎样看SGS测试报告?怎样去看一份完整的SGS报告,或者辨识一份SGS的真伪,从近几个月的例子总结来看,应从以下几点注意:1. 看报告的测试机构:一般写在开头,是测试机构的英文缩写,字体较大,如:SGS,ITS,ETC等,没有这个标志的报告不行(依照爱威。

公司《产品限用物质管理程式》,只认定SGS,ITS,EIC三家公司的测试报告)。

什么是”SGS认证”?什么是”ROHS认证”? SGS认证与ROHS认证的区别?什么叫:“SGS认证”? SGS与ROHS的区别?SGS是一家认证机构,它可以做管理体系认证诸如验厂,也可以做产品认证(可以发CE,GS证书),再则是化学测试。

做SGS化学测试时间一般要7~10个工作日..一般情况下,是指SGS的化学测试,而化学测试里面现在最热的就是ROHS测试.在SGS做ROHS测试,只要提交样品,填写申请表就可以了. 化学测试是按产品的原材料来区分的,一般是一种材料壹千多人民币。

SGS检验检验原因——许多国家实施"全面进口监管计划"COMPREHESIVE IMPORT SUPERVISION SCHEME(CISS ),这些国家的进口法规规定,进入这些国家的货物必须由SGS在出口供货国进行装船前检验。

SGS 介入的目的是协助CISS国家政府对海关和(或)外汇管理系统的管理。

实施CISS的国家包括:安哥拉、阿根廷、玻利维亚、布基那法索、布隆迪、柬埔寨、喀麦隆、中非、刚果共和国、象牙海岸、厄瓜多尔、几内亚、肯尼亚、马拉维、马里、毛里塔尼亚、墨西哥、巴拉圭、秘鲁、菲律宾、卢旺达、塞内加尔、刚果民主共和国、赞比亚。

办理SGS检验可按下列程序:1、 出口成交。

出口商按正常的贸易程序与进口商达成出口交易,进口商再把有关这笔交易的情况通知本国的SGS联络办公室,同时通知出口商需请SGS-CSTC验 货。

SGS-CSTC收到进口国SGS联络办公室的通知(检验编号)后,传真(邮寄)给出口商一份注明"SGS检验编号"(I.O.NO.)和SGS- CSTC"ICN"编号的空白验货申请表(RFI),通知出口商提交单据,安排验货。

2、申请检验。

为安排检验,出口商需填写带有SGS检验编号的验货申请表(RFI),连同下列单据一起传真(寄)给离验货地点最近的SGS-CSTC 分公司。
