模具快速铜水咀型号:DME DME-EOC HASCO MISUM、STAUBL、PCS等各种品牌的型号,可按客户要求的尺寸或图纸或编号生产。

材质:佛山铜,用的是棒材而不是管材。

用途:适用于塑胶模具、压铸模具、模温机、注塑机、压铸机等设备的冷却系统,可通水、通油、通气作用。

加工工艺:CNC车床加工,用进口刀具,保证每批生产的尺寸一致及配合度良好。

,模具水咀和模具快速接头的一般叫法(按尺寸):小组、大组、加大组.尺寸分别如下:三,模具水咀分为传统模具水咀和快接水咀:传统水咀一头是牙,另一头是插软管,常用的牙为1/8PT、1/4PT、1/2AT (粗牙)、3/8AT (粗牙)、M12*1.75、M10*1.5,插软管那头的直径为10MM和12MM也可以按要求的尺寸生产;快接水咀一头是牙,另一头是插快速接头,常用的牙为1/8、1/4、3/8、1/2等,快接那头是根据不同的品牌形状不同。

B, 按使用方式分:接软管(宝塔)、接铁氟龙管(外牙3/8H、1/2H )、接油管(内牙)五、快速接头的解释:模具快速接头是一种不用辅助工具用手操作就能实现管路连通或断开的接头。

由于某些原因啤件容易出现缩水,顶白等。

缩水——料位凹进去的现象;主要是因为走料不均匀,进水量大压力饱和不够,入水太小溶胶密度不够等。

顶白——啤件出现白色痕迹主要是因为扣模太大,抛光不够,出模斜度与出模角不合规格困气——啤件上有烧焦痕迹主要是因为料位很深排气糟开的不够。

水纹——两股或多股胶料融和在一起时,没有完全紧密结合实,在啤件表面形成一条看得的见细纹主要原因是因为入水位流道的设计,内模上有油污原料水份没有烘干。

走料不平衡——一般出现在多合内蘑中,有的件没有走满的现象主要是因为压力不够,流道的设计披锋——一般出现在分型线多出的料主要上司因为fit没有fit好。

AI 上内模功能:为啤件主要成型部分。

检验要求:(1)要在A板上有与其相对应的方向装配字码(原身出的模具除外)如:AI01、AI02等字样;(2)若在上模开有排气检验排气是否有开通到料位,内模做排气槽的作用是为了使啤件不困气,一般模具排气槽宽6mm,渔仔模排气宽7.8mm,深0.02mm;(3)检验硬度是否符合模图要求,原则上与模图相对应的硬度相同,实际上低于3º以内也算合格。
