一般原产地证的缮制：（一般原产地证的样本在一般原产地证的缮制及样本-2的文尾）在中国大陆地区，签发一般原产正证书（Certif icate of Origin，简称CO）的机构有官方机构和民间机构两种。
官方机构是各地出入境检验检疫局，民间机构是各地贸促会。
