My Unforgettable Trip

Last year I with my friend, Min,went to Hunan Fenghuang. We stayed there for three days in the Fenghuang Ancient City. It was the most unforgettable experience within my university period .

We spent about 7 hours in the train K1262 from Yichang to Jishou. It was so long a trip that when we arrived at the old city we found Local-style dwelling houses to sleep immediately . First day when the night fall we went out and climbed to the south gate of the ancient city of phoenix,from this way we saw a amazing beautiful city surrounding by the glittering stars which were built by the shining lamps in the old houses. The beautiful scene shocked me and I was sure that I would never forget it. And so did those who were taking photos here at a special observation.

I deemed that many person went asleep with beautiful dreams like me.

Then the next day morning we got a perfect suggestion from the host to have a one-day travel in Guizhou nearby Hunan.We choose the King of miao village as our destination.During the journey We visited the ten thousand acres of tea plantations at border of Guizhou the hometown of one of the most famous wine Maotai in China. when I stood in the Tea trees I just felt that a fantastic green sea waved around with some refreshing tea scent. It was a pity that we could just stayed here for a break. Then we backed to the bus and went on our way.

We had lunch at one peak of a series of mountain and from the top we saw a clear brook, which seemed to be a green ribbon flying, running at the foot of the mountains. After lunch the guide led us down the hill ,two sides of the rugged road stood lots of houses with national characteristics of Miao, people here were so warmhearted that they invited us to drink some sake brewed by themselves. Girls there, wearing traditional Chinese costume of the minority group, all were smiling heartedly. Some of them wore a long pair of earings, some wore necklace with pearl tassel. Time flying, at last,we took a little boat on the river that we just saw at the top of the mountain then I found that it looked like a jade,a tremendous jade;but when I put my hand in it I found it much more like jelly,my favourite apple jelly.

When it came to be late,we went back to the old city and then we watched a particular show named Jiangxi corpse at Peach blossom island.The show was a kind of folk arts inherited by the Miao,the performers dressed up with some special clothes and wore scary masks on their face.I felt the warm atmosphere there with the people screaming and laughing.

So, at the last day morning I finally saw the true colors of Fenghuang like a elegant lady with a unique flavor that deeply attracted me.But eventually I had to leave at the moment I found myself falling love with her.
