当讲到“half”的时候,我拿出准备好的圆卡纸,把它剪成一半,告诉学生这是圆的一半,也就是half。
讲到“quarter”时,又把半圆剪成一半,那么剩下来的就是圆的四分之一,也就是“quarter”了。
这样学生就形象地明白了这两个单词。
而讲到如何表达时间时,我用了一个用红卡纸做的大钟,同学们一开始就被它吸引住了,显得颇有积极性。
用实物让学生练习“what’s the time? It’s?”的句型,学生特别用功,教学效果十分理想。

我的外教Morgan是一个很优秀的老师,很用心地去教,总能够把课堂气氛带动起来,至于语言方面,他也尽可能地用比较简单并且适合四年级学生的英语进行交流。
而我个人也倾向于让学生真正地融入到一个全英式的教学环境,所以只在非常需要的时候才向学生翻译。
因此,在课堂上,我的工作便是尽量将课堂纪律维护在某种可以接受的程度上,及时地将学生的信息反馈给外教,协助外教进行各种各样的教学活动。
(一)初始篇我所带的班,据不完全统计,有三分之二是独生子女。
身上也不可避免地显露着独生子女的某些特质,比如自私,爱面子。
12个男生+7个女生,各有性格。
开营的第一天,我就大开眼界。
按要求,开营首日,必须选出班干部,以便我日后的班级管理。
在还没有真正摸清孩子底细的情况下就要我选出班干部,还是比较难了一点。
为了避免选下就不能更改,我决定让孩子们轮流做班干,做得好的再嘉奖。
竞选的时候,孩子们都精得很,个个争着当第二大,就是不愿意背上班长的责任。
中间冒出了一个女生想当班长,却不是我心中的理想人选。
无奈,我明主的旗子之前就高高挂起,学生自荐应当鼓励,便让她暂时担任,日后再见机行事。
折腾了好一会儿,总算把大概的班干队伍给解决了。
我也总算松了一口气。
但是这帮孩子那种对班集体不上心,事不关己,高高挂起的态度,让我有点失望。

英语助教社会实践报告3篇WTT整理,仅供参考!今年的这个暑假对于我来说注定是沉甸甸的--假期中所有的感悟与思索让我坚定了一个信念:一定要做一名好老师!放暑假前,当得知疯狂英语夏令营在我校招聘英语助教的消息后,我便按捺不住内心的激动,跃跃欲试。
经过提交个人简历、两轮面试、课件考核、培训等环节,我幸运地被录用了!从那刻起,我便想象着在疯狂英语夏令营的10天“美好”生活--每天带着夏令营里的学生在户外、室内边做游戏边学习,轻松而快乐。
在那里,通过疯狂英语这一桥梁,与一群素不相识的人朝夕相处,建立友谊。
而我,也一定会以十足的信心与耐心做得非常出色。
这必将是一段和谐而难忘的生活!就是带着这样的憧憬,我开始了长达10天的暑期社会实践助教之旅。
第一天“当头棒喝”直到见到学生的那一刻,我才真正意识到自身身份的转变:我不是以大学生的身份出现在他们面前,而是一名为人师表的老师。
这样想着,我的言行就不禁有板有眼起来。
严肃的自我介绍、夏令营流程简介以及班级规划管理介绍等便成为实践第一天我给学生的“见面礼”。
然而,一切都没那么简单。
本以为简简单单的自我介绍硬是被“羞羞答答”地拖了许久;本以为着重强调的集合整队纪律不会出现差错,却硬是在第一天偷偷溜走了俩孩子;本以为课堂气氛一定会异常活跃,然而任凭你怎么想法子,整个课堂气氛却总像老牛拉破车一样行进困难。
我们四位助教高涨的热情在第一天就被狠狠地浇了冷水,难道我那美好和谐的助教生活就要这样被扼杀在摇篮里了吗?我开始抱怨,这些初一的孩子根本没有我们想象中那么听话懂事,也根本没有我们认为的那么机灵活泼。
这第一天我们对学生的“当头棒喝”没有起到丝毫作用,却把我们膨胀的自信硬生生地打压了。
触动心灵的转变在疯狂英语的夏令营活动流程中,有五级通关测试一项,每次过关的同学将得到一个手环以示鼓励。
我暗自想着,终于有机会整你们了!于是,我采取“鸡蛋里面挑骨头”的策略,第一次测试,学生统统没有过关。
两次、三次、四次、五次--我窃喜。
有一个男生,有一处发音问题,是受方言影响,我坚决不给他手环。
就这样,一次不过两次,两次不过三次,三次不过四次--直到第25次,看着他始终坚毅的神情,我怔住了。
他似乎在告诉我,我是不会被轻易打败的,你尽管放马过来吧!这种表情唤起了我最初那份饱满的热情,在夏令营开始之前,我曾下定决心,即使遇到再大的困难也绝不退缩,我可以征服一切阻力!然而,回首这几天自己的表现,我暗自摇头。
许多次给学生纠正发音,我脸上流露的不耐烦与学生脸上的挫败感始终萦绕在脑海,这令我惭愧不已。
他们都还只是初一的孩子,需要精心呵护,耐心引导,来到这个英语夏令营本身就是为了提高自己的学习兴趣,况且在任何时候,强制都有可能抹杀一个人欢乐的天性,更别谈“提高”二。
而我来到这里的目的不就是希望能够影响他们向着更好的方向发展吗?但是这几天我都干了什么啊,竟然在和这些学生斤斤计较,实在不应该。
愈想愈愧疚,于是我制定了一份爱心计划,争取让班上每一名学生10天后不仅能够发音更标准,还要积极自信,以饱满的热情迎接生活,克服万难。
为此,我全力以赴,认真对待每一名学生,认真利用好课上课下的每一分钟来帮助他们提升口语发音技巧。
之后的特色感恩课上,当孩子们大声喊出“老师辛苦了”的时候,我潸然泪下;每天过关考核时,看到他们用心地一遍遍纠正错误发音,直到条件反射式地突破难点,我欣慰的同时总会向他们伸出大拇指说,“你是最棒的! ” ;拔河比赛上,看到孩子们齐心协力,使出浑身解数对抗比自己大两岁的对手时,我声嘶力竭地为他们加油打气;最后一天的终极测试上,他们用完美的行动证明了自己10天的收获与成长,那一刻,我热泪盈眶。
虽然自己只是担任了10天的英语助教,但是这期间的收获却是不能用言语来表达的,看着学生们一点点的进步,看着他们在自己的努力下取得的成绩和自信,我深深感觉到一名教师的魅力。
我暗暗对自己说,我一定要做一名好老师!三省吾身,总结中成长收获一:在疯狂英语夏令营工作的10天里,我体会很深的一点就是学生们之间的英语水平差异。
除个人因素外,主要体现在地区差异上。
很多学生的英语发音受到方言的严重影响,这对于处于英语学习入门阶段的他们来讲是一个非常不利的因素,这不仅是学生自身的问题,还与他们学校里的任课老师有很大关系。
只有任课老师的发音标准,具备引导学生纠正发音的意识,才会影响学生们主动向着标准的方向改进。
除此之外,这种差异还体现在城市与农村上。
不少农村学生步入初高中后,大都是因为英语成绩不好而落在城市学生的后面。
这并非说他们的资质不好,只是由于起步晚,加之没有受到优良的英语基础教育所造成的。
为此,我认为国家应该加大对农村地区的教育与师资投入,提高教师队伍整体的专业水平,力求农村的孩子能与城市的孩子站在同一条起跑线上。
而对于当代大学生,尤其是作为师范生的我们来说,理应主动走到社会需要的第一线上,走到广大农村地区去实现我们的价值,让青春在那片土地上绽放最美的光芒。
收获二:作为一名英语专业的师范生,在疯狂英语担任助教的经历让我积累了在讲台上讲课的实战经验。
我深刻地认识到,当一名优秀教师相当不易。
首先需要丰富的知识储备。
所谓“要给人一杯水,自己必须有一桶水”讲的就是这个道理,教师具备了过硬的知识才能运用自如,有效地达到教学目标,从而在学生面前树立起权威。
其次,有效的教学方法是关键。
一名优秀的教师应该着重在如何提高学生学习兴趣,总结什么知识学生比较容易接受、什么知识相对难以接受,如何因材施教,每节课后总结自己的得失作为经验,不断探索更好的教学方法。
最后,学生很容易先入为主,是否喜欢一门课程很大程度上取决于是否欣赏这门课程的任课老师。
因而,一名优秀的教师应该为人师表,充分发挥教师的个人魅力。
倡导身教重于言传,具有较高师德的教师才会受到学生的尊重。
同时,维持师生关系和谐融洽将大大减小教学工作开展的阻力。
没有人能随随便便成功,想要做好任何一件事情都需要付出更多的辛勤与努力。
教师是一门需要爱心与责任心的职业,想起对自己有深刻影响的老师,我下定决心,一定要做一名好老师!收获三:这是一个竞争激烈的多元化社会,每一个个体都不可能脱离他人而单独存在。
正如,一只蚂蚁的力量十分渺小,是难以获得成功大餐的;而一群蚂蚁的力量是巨大的,因为我为人人,人人为我,团队的整体力量是不可小窥的,所以必须要学会和重视团队精神。
在疯狂英语夏令营的10天生活里,教师团队的合作、班级之间的合作、学生之间的合作贯穿始终,正是这种团队精神维系着整个班级乃至整个夏令营的向心力。
而人在社会中的生存发展更是离不开这种团队精神,团队精神维系着人与人之间的和谐关系,能够促进整个社会的和谐发展。
对于我们来说,能够时刻重视并熟练运用“团队精神”,对于自己将来在社会竞争中立于不败之地,有着重要作用。
大学生暑期社会实践报告—疯狂英语助教人生就是一个旅程,想让它变得精彩,只有自己捉住每一个瞬间,让经历填满它。
为此,我让自己的这个暑假过得很充实。
今年暑假的疯狂英语助教之旅,是我人生的第二次。
但也是这一次让我对“助教”这个名词有了更深刻的了解。
从助教培训时团队组建的沟通,对助教职责的了解,对学生问题的解析,做活动时的付出和相互配合,到开场舞的辛苦训练,再到开营前为学生们准备的糖果和礼的细心,这些准备都让我对第二次的助教旅程充满了信心与期待。
暑期社会实践在做助教时,虽然我平时对路的记忆能力差,但是在预备天给学生们安排寝室时,我就已经记熟了所有路线,只为在接下来的教学中,更好的配合主讲的工作。
虽然我怕热怕晒,但是我还是会每天中午坚持查寝,即使有伞,也不会在学生列队时拿出来,因为我开始懂得融入学生。
虽然每天都会有各种突发状况,但是我相信自己的能力可以应对。
渐渐地我开始明白,在集训营里做助教和在那里做学生是两个概念。
不仅要关心自己的学生,配合主讲老师的上课进程,还有就是和其他助教老师一起协作。
给予学生一个可以放心展示的舞台,让他们相信每一个人都可以创造奇迹。
我想连我自己都没有想过,有一天我可以自如处理学生间打架的问题,让他们握手言和;可以解决助教之间的问题;可以当学生哭着想要回家时,转移他们的焦点,找到方法让他们继续在这里收获不一样的体验······只有付出、经历才能带给我这样的成长。
尽管每一天都很忙,还要抓紧时间给学生写小鱼,写卡片,但是每一次查寝听到他们说,老师你也累了,早点休息;看着他们怀着期待的眼神询问,我寒假还来不来当助教;下课时,听见学生们“老师”“老师”的叫声,让我觉得一切都是值得的。
除此之外,离营后每一次手机响起,是学生的问候,都会让我欣喜不已······点点滴滴温暖着我,让我辛苦并快乐着,一切都是值得的。
从四年前,我刚认识kevin和steven,接触疯狂英语,他们为我打开了一个不一样的格局后,我就一直跟随着他们,践行着我所学到的一切:我可以一天都穿着不合脚的高跟鞋为他们演讲,凌晨三点就赶到侨鸿为去合肥宣传做准备;熬通宵给班上的孩子写卡片······我知道世界上最难的事情就是坚持,但同时我也知道你每一分私下的努力,终有一天会在公众被表扬出来。
因为同样世界上没有人可以取代坚持。
每一次的付出都会让我得到不一样收获。
我知道中国梦是每一个中国人的梦编织起来的,教师的工作让我意识到这一份工作的意义。
就如梁启超所说,故今日之责任,不在他人,而全在我少年。
对他们的负责也是对中国未来的负责,所以我始终充满着热情地对待我的工作,对待我的学生,对待我自己的心灵。
我会一步一步实现我的梦,然后付出铸就他们的中国梦!单位评价:XX年,我们相识,这一走就是四年。
